1、电子与通信工程 牵头单位: 上海交通大学 代码430109电 子 与 通 信 工 程 Electronics and Communication Engineering 摘要:电子与通信工程是电子技术与信息技术相结合的构建现代信息社会的工程领域,电子技术是利用物理电子与光电子学、微电子学与固体电子学的基础理论解决电子元器件、集成电路、仪器仪表及计算机设计和制造等工程技术问题;信息技术研究信息传输、信息交换、信息处理、信号检测等理论与技术。其工程硕士学位授权单位培养从事信号与
2、信息处理、通讯与信息系统、电路与系统、电磁场与微波技术、电子元器件、集成电路等工程技术的高级工程技术人才。研修的主要课程有:政治理论课、外语课、矩阵论、泛函分析、数值分析、半导体光电子学导论、半导体器件物理、固体电子学、电子信息材料与技术、现代材料分析技术、电路设计自动化、电路优化设计、数字信息处理、信息检测与估值理论、导波原理与方法、导波光学、微波电路理论、高等电磁场理论、应用信息论基础、数字通讯、系统通信网络理论基础、现代管理学基础等。 一、概述信息技术是当今社会经济发展的一个重要支柱。信息产业,包括信息交流所用的媒介(如通信、广播电视、报刊图书以及信息服务)、信息采集、传输和处
3、理所需用的器件设备和原材料的制造和销售,以至计算机、光纤、卫星、激光、自动控制等由于其技术新、产值高、范围广而已成为或正在成为许多国家或地区的支柱产业。电子技术及微电子技术的迅猛发展给新技术革命带来根本性和普遍性的影响,电子技术水平的不断提高,既出现了超大规模集成电路和计算机,又促成了现代通信的实现。电子技术正在向光子技术演进,微电子集成正在引伸至光子集成。光子技术和电子技术的结合与发展,正在推动通信向全光化方向通信的快速发展,而通信与计算机越来越紧密的结合与发展,正在构建崭新的网络社会和数字时代。电子与通信工程领域涉及了信息与通信系统和电子科学与技术两个一级学科以及通信与信息系统、信号与信息
4、处理、电路与系统、电磁场与微波技术、物理电子与光电子学、微电子学与固体电子学等六个二级学科。研究内容包括信息传输、信息交换、信息处理、信号检测、集成电路设计与制造、电子元器件、微波与天线、仪器仪表技术、计算机工程与应用等。二、培养目标培养从事通信与信息系统、信号与信息处理、电路与系统、电磁场与微波技术、物理电子与光电子学、微电子学与固体电子学等学科,从事光纤通信、计算机与数据通信、卫星通信、移动通信、多媒体通信、信号与信息处理、通信网设计与管理,集成电路设计与制造、电子元器件、电磁场与微波技术等领域从事管理、研究、设计运营、维修和开发的高级工程技术和管理人才。电子与通信工程领域工程硕士要求掌握
5、本领域扎实的基础理论和宽广的专业知识以及管理知识,较为熟练地掌握一门外国语,掌握解决工程问题的先进技术方法和现代技术手段,具有创新意识和独立承担工程技术或工程管理等方面的能力。三、领域范围由于工程硕士是直接为企业培养的高层次工程技术和工程管理人才,以行业来看覆盖面为:通信系统与通信网及其设备,广播电视系统与设备,电子仪器仪表,集成电路与微电子系统,电子、光子及光电子元器件,电真空器件,家用电器,微波器件、设备与系统,电子材料与纳米材料等。从工程技术角度来看,本领域包括:计算机通信网络及其安全技术,移动通信与个人通信,卫星通信、光通信,宽带通信与宽带通信网,多媒体通信,语音处理及人机交互,图像处
6、理与图像通信,信号处理及其应用技术,集成电路设计与制造,电子设计自动化(EDA)技术及其应用,通信与测量系统的电路技术,微波技术及其应用,微波传输、辐射及散射,微波电路,微波元器件,微波工程,光电子学与光纤通信工程,信息光电子工程,电子束、离子束及显示工程,真空电子工程,电子与光电子器件,微电子系统设计与制备,纳米材料与技术。四、课程设置基础课:自然辩证法、科学社会主义理论、外语、矩阵理论、随机过程与排队论、高等代数、应用泛函分析、数值分析等。技术基础课:应用信息论基础、统计信号处理、数字通信、系统通信网理论基础、数字信号处理、信号检测与估值理论、导波原理与方法、微波电路理论、高等模拟集成电路
7、、高等电磁场理论、导波光学、半导体光电子学导论、半导体器件物理、电路的优化设计、电子设计自动化、VLSI系统设计基础、固体电子学、电子信息材料与技术、现代材料分析技术、软件技术基础等。专业课:专业课程可由各培养点根据各自的培养方向和行业实际需要确定。上述课程可定为学位课和非学位课。课程学习总学分不少于28学分。五、学位论文工程硕士的学位论文的选题直接来源于生产实际或具有明确的生产背景和应用价值。学位论文选题应具有一定的技术难度、先进性和工作量,能体现工程硕士研究生综合运用科学理论、方法和技术手段解决工程实际问题的能力。学位论文选题一般应与工程硕士生所在单位的科研或工程项目相结合,可以是一个完整
8、的工程项目策划、工程设计项目或技术改革项目,可以是技术工程研究专题,也可以是新工艺、新设备、新材料、新产品的研制与开发。学位论文应包括:课题意义的说明、国内外动态、设计方案的比较与评估、需要解决的主要问题和途径、本人在课题中所做的工作、理论分析、设计计算书、测试装置和试验手段、计算程序、试验数据处理、必要的图纸、图表曲线与结论、结果的技术和经济效果分析、所引用的参考文献等。与他人合作或前人基础上继续进行的课题,必须在论文中明确指出本人所做的工作。Code: 430109 Electronics and Communication Engineering Abstract:E

14、nd modern management science. I. IntroductionInformation technology is one of the most important supports of the current social and economic development. Information industry means the manufacture and sales of the raw materials and equipment that the media (including communication systems, radi
15、o, television, newspaper, magazine and books) need in information service, collection, transmission and treatment. Thus, the computer, fiber, satellite, laser and automatic control have become or are becoming pillar industries in many counties and regions due to their new technology, high-value outp
16、ut and extensive coverage. The rapid development of electronic and microelectronic technologies has brought along fundamental and universal impact on the new technological revolution. Continuous improvements of the electronic technology give birth to not only the super large-scale integrated circuit
17、 but also modern communication. Meanwhile, electronic technology is developing toward photon technology while micro-electron integration is extending to photon integration. The combination and development of the photon and electronic technologies are propelling the rapid evolution of communication i
18、nto complete photon communication while the increasingly close combination between communication and computers are leading to the emergence of new network society and digital times.Electronics and communication engineering involves two research fields - information and communication system, and elec
19、tric science and technology - and six research orientations - communication and information system, signal and information processing, circuit and system, magnetic field and microwave technique, physical electron and photoelectronics, microelectronics and solid electronics. It covers such subjects a
20、s information transmission, information exchange, information processing, signal detection, design and manufacture of the integrated circuit, electronic components, microwave and antenna, apparatus and instrument technology, computer engineering and application.II. Program ObjectivesThe specialty of
21、 electronics and communication engineering aims to turn out talents within such disciplines as communication and information system, signal and information processing, circuit and system, magnetic field and microwave technique, physical electron and photoelectron, micro-electron and solid electron.
22、They are senior technicians and managers to be engaged in the management, research, development, designing, operation and maintenance of fiber communication, computer and data communication, satellite communication, mobile communication, multimedia communication, signal and information treatment, de
23、sign and management of communication networks, design and manufacture of integrated circuits, electronic components, magnetic field and microwave technique. The graduates must have a solid background in fundamental theories, extensive expertise and management knowledge. Expected to have a good comma
24、nd of one foreign language, they must be innovative enough to master advanced techniques and modern methods to settle engineering problems and undertake independently engineering projects and management.III.
