2、effectively3 帮助员工改进工作方式,提高工作绩效。Help employee improve the work way and work efficiency二、适用范围 Scope of application 公司所有高级经理级及以下员工。All the senior managers and employees三、考核频率 Assessment frequency 1季度考核,对当季度的工作表现进行考核,考核实施时间为下月的15日,遇节假日顺延。 Quarter assessment, assess the work performance in the quarter, t

7、 the department mangers will be assessed by the CEO, and all the assessment result should be submitted to HR and it will work after HRs approve2考核实施程序 Assessment procedure (1)各部门负责人、各校区校长组织、学术部每季度组织对员工实际工作表现进行评估,并将结果汇总上交人力资源部。 Department managers, principals and academic department should do the ass

8、essment to the employee each quarter and also submit the result to HR.(2)人力资源部于审批结束后的五个工作日内将考核结果反馈被考核者,进行绩效面谈。HR will tell the result to the employee within 5 workdays after approval and will talk face to face 六、考核结果运用 Assessment result utilize1季度考核 Quarter assessment 季度考核的结果主要为员工年度绩效工资、年度调薪提供依据。The

9、 assessment result works as the basis of performance bonus and annual salary adjustment .2年度审核 Annual assessment 年度考核的结果主要用于员工职务调整、奖金分配与培训的安排。Annual assessment is used for employees position adjustment , bonus and training arrangement(1)奖金分配调薪安排 Bonus distribution and salary adjustment plan 公司根据员工实际

12、调薪PS: There will be no any bonus and salary adjustment if under C (2)培训与发展 Training and development 考核等级为A级和B级的员工,有资格享受公司安排的提升培训。The employees who get the A or B will have the chance to attend the promotion training考评比例中出现C公司则安排其参加相关培训并没有奖金及年度调薪相应培训The employees who get the C will attend some training but there will be no any bonus and salary adjustment 考评比例中出现D公司则会考虑其调岗并安排相应培训The company will arrange the position adjustment and training to the employees who get the D考评比例中出现E公司则有权给予辞退The company will have the righ
