DEFINITIONS 定义2.1 Affected Employees: 受影响员工Are those which would / could be affected by radioactive material指那些将会可能会受到放射性材料影响的人员。2.2 Autho

4、rized Employees: 授权许可的员工Any person who is licensed by the Chinese governing body to use a radio active isotope任何由中国主管机构许可操作使用放射性同位素体的人员。2.3 Restricted Area: 限制区域A zone immediately surrounding the radiographic isotope / source which is sufficiently large so as to protect personnel if they remain outs

5、ide the area boundaries.紧贴放射性同位素体源周围的区域，该区域应足够大，使在该区域边界以外的人员不会受到辐射。3. GENERAL 概述3.1 Prior to performing any radiation activities on site a method statement listing detailed procedures and consignee by plans must be submitted to the Project HSE Manager for approval.在现场从事任何与放射有关的工作之前，应提交包括详细程序和工作人员计划的

6、施工方案给项目HSE经理审批。3.2 Radiographers must hold a valid certificate of registration to perform and or supervise such work.从事或监督该工作的放射线技师必须持有有效注册证书。3.3 Each and every radioactive isotope must be registered transported and stored as per Chinese Law / Regulations.每个种放射性同位素体都必须按照中国相关法律法规进行登记，运输和储放。 Ray

7、detection unit shall have suitable device and equipment for such work.ray source must be kept in safe place and transported in safety. Professional management person and efficient safety measures for prevention of fire, stealing and leakage shall be equipped and put in place. Strict regulations

8、 for hand over and records keeping are required for storage and usage. 射线检测单位应具有与射线工作相适应的装备。射线源必须有安全放置保管场所和安全运输工具，并配有专职管理人员，应具备有效的防火、防盗、防泄漏的安全措施。贮存和使用应有严格交接制度和记录。3.4 All companies / persons, who intend to transport / store or use radioactive isotopes within the boundary limits of

9、 the SECCO Project site, must gain written authorization from the Project Manager, also the site Project HSE Manager prior to transporting / storing and or using the said materials on and off the project site.所有将要在赛科项目现场区域范围内运输储放或使用放射性同位素体的公司人员，在现场内和现场外运输储放或使用前述材料之前，必须取得项目经理和现场HSE经理的授权批准。3.5 The fol

10、lowing information must be recorded on the site register which is held by the HSE Department (refer to Attachment “A”):下述内容必须记录在HSE部门负责的现场登记单上（参见附录“A”）：· Name of company公司名称· Name and registration number of each radiographer放射线技师的姓名和注册号码· Name and registration number of persons licens

12、chart)在意外情况时可以求助的负责人员的姓名和注册号码（流程图）3.6 All Radiographic activities must be pre-planned and a permit to work must be obtained as per the Permit To Work.所有放射性工作一定要预先计划，并按工作许可要求取得工作许可证。3.7 Each area of where radiography work is performed shall be barricaded off with yellow and black strip tape.所有进行放射性施工

13、的区域都应设置带有黄黑条指示的围栏。3.8 Warning signs with the following wording “DANGER RADIATION HAZARD” both in Chinese and English, and the international symbol for radiation shall be posted so as to be visible from all approaches to the barricaded / taped area.应在接近设置围栏区域的各个方向悬挂明显警告牌，警告牌上应用中英文写上“危险：放射性危险物”，并有国际通用

14、放射性物标志。3.9 Flashing / strobe lights are to be installed and each barricade approach.应在每个入口围栏上安装闪光频闪灯。3.10 The supervisor / inspector will use a radiation dosimeter to measure and ensure that radiation levels are within the acceptable limits of less than 0.75 milligrams per hour at the boundary of th

15、e barricade / secured area.监督检查人员应使用放射量测定仪测量围栏安全区域边界处的放射量，确保放射量水平在合格范围内，即小于每小时0.75毫克。3.11 Radiography work must be carried out by at lease two (2) persons certified as radiographers, one (1) of which will act as a supervisor, the other will act as the safetyman and assistant.放射性施工应由至少两名合格的放射线技师进行，一人

16、监督，另一人负责安全和协助。3.12 Each person who is involved in or exposed to radiation will wear a personnel exposure badge. As per Chinese and international standards.参与放射性施工或暴露在辐射下的每位人员都应穿戴人身防护服，同时遵照中国和国际标准。3.13 Whenever possible, radiographic inspection work will be performed during the night time, or outside

17、 normal working hours.尽可能将放射性检查工作放在夜晚或正常工作时间外进行。4.
