5、e family educators' education concepts. These traditional values always affect rural family education consciously or unconsciously. The third is family educators' status. Family education needs to implement by family educators. So the factors of family educators' own quality, profession,

6、 and their attitude towards cooperation with school will influence the education quality. This paper mainly analyzes the factors above, and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
