34、而出现故障。本实用新型设计的刮板捞渣机,正是为了克服上述捞渣机之不足,使其具有设计合理,结构简单,运行可靠,安装、使用、维护方便等特点;既适用于单个锅炉又适用于多个锅炉同时出渣;且干湿式除渣均可兼容,若采用湿性除渣,则能改善锅炉房环境卫生条件,其水封结构又可防止冷空气进入炉膛,保证了热效率的提高,使其成为中小型电厂锅炉除渣的理想设备。为了保证炉渣顺利输出,起运渣作用的牵引部份是关键:由于传统的框链和链板式结构以及套筒滚子链和刮板式结构,其链条价格昂贵,不易安装,而且笨重,特别是在锈蚀的情况下,拆卸、安装往往要耽误很多时间。本实用新型将该部份设计成圆环链、联接环及铸造的轻型刮板组成的刮板链式结构

35、,使其不但具备链条强度高、空载负荷小、运动平稳噪音小等特点外,而且还具有安全可靠性高,寿命长,拆卸、安装、维护均很方便,并且价格大大低于套筒滚子链;为了让刮板链顺利运行,槽体的设计亦十分重要,槽体由中板焊在两侧板之间构成,槽体分为上下两槽体,上槽体既作为捞渣机冷却水槽,又是炉渣承载体,下槽体为刮板链承载体,为了使刮板链在槽体中稳定运行,在槽体中设计安装了滚轮压链装置,有效地克服了捞渣机常见的飘链现象;传动部份将传统的圆柱齿轮减速机改为摆线针轮减速机,其速比大,体积小,重量轻。其中还设计有过载保护装置,减速机输出轴通过保险销装置的剪切盘与链轮轴相连,机器在运转过程中,如迂到异常情况,负荷突然增加时,保险销即被切断,机器停止工作,以保证电动机及其它机件不致损坏。传动部中还具有紧链装置,安装调试链条的松紧程度十分方便。本实用新型在使用场地铺设完毕后,将运渣的过渡弯槽,中部槽与机尾首尾相连后再连接成一刚性整体,本实用新型所采用的一系列技术措施,均有其独到之处,其优点是十分明显的。图1是本实用新型的主要结构图,图2是其工作状态图,图3是传动装置,图4是过渡弯槽,图5是中部槽,图6是
