But by t hethird二曲中学教师专业发展五年总体规划( 2011-2015 年)为了适应教育事业不断发展的需要,努力建设具有良好思想品德和业务素质的教师队伍,使我校教师专业发展培训工作进一步

2、规范化、制度化,根据教育部中小学教师继续教育规定、中小学校长培训规定和 周至县教育局关于开展中小学教师校本研修工作的实施方案及周至县中小学校本研修工作考核方案结合我校实际特制定本规划。一、指导思想以科学发展观为指导,以构建“多功能、大服务”的教师继续教育体系为导向,以提高教师实践能力为根本,更新培训理念,完善培训机制,创新培训模式,丰富培训内容,使培训更具自主性、选择性和实效性,促进我校师资队伍向“师德高尚,业务精谌,结构合理,充满活力”的高素质专业化方向发展。二、培训目标(一)总体目标以“自主、多元、实效”为主题,积极开展以教师发展需求为着眼点的教师专业发展培训,主要指为教师提高职业道德、专

3、业知识与教学技能而组织和举办的非学历培训,包括校本培训、集中培训、远程培训等,教师参加高一级学历进修也可纳入专业发展培训范围。不断完善教师培训机制,提高教师培训活动的实效性,努力使教师成为教育思想先进,教育规律熟悉,教育技能扎实,教科意识强烈,个体风格显现,富有团队意识和创新精神的专家型教师,着力打造一支讲师德、爱学习、肯钻研、有品位的教师队伍,为提高我校教育质量提供强大精神动力和智力支持。(二)阶段目标1.2011 学年:分析校情,建立教师专业发展培训工作领导小组,加强对培训工作的领导。制订教师专业发展培训五年规划与学年计划。 初建以校本培训为基础的教师专业发展培训制度。启动培训工作。安排好

12、est,and strive toachievend bettermeet5.2015 学年:制订教师专业发展培训学年计划。安排各学科未参加外出集中培训教师参加集中培训,顺利实施完毕五年培训工作。做好工作总结,评比先进教师。三、培训任务1. 教师专业发展培训每5 年为一个周期。在职教师周期内参加专业发展培训时间应累计不少于360 学时, 其中校本培训120 学时。 教师周期内培训时间可以集中使用,也可分散使用,但每年参加培训时间一般不低于48 学时,最高不超过144 学时(省中小学教师专业发展管理平台设定)。周期内至少参加一次不少于90 学时的脱产集中培训。2. 班主任周期内应参加不少于30

13、学时的专题培训。3. 新录用的、教龄在一年以内的新任教师,在试用期内须参加不少于 180 学时的培训,其中实践培训不少于60 学时。新任教师在试用期内接受规定培训的时数,不列入教师周期内专业发展培训时数。4. 新任校长到岗一年内须参加300学时的任职资格培训,其中集中培训不少于90 学时。新任校长任职资格培训的时数,不列入校长周期内在职提高培训时数。5. 在培训周期内退休的教师(退休前)每年应参加24 学时的校本培训和不少于24 学时的其他短期培训。四、策略措施(一)培训内容lenary sessi on,e achsession oftheCe ntral Committeeofnation

But by t hethird1. 师德专题培训。贯彻落实 教育部关于进一步加强和改进师德建设的意见,深入开展以学习中小学教师职业道德规范为重点的专题培训活动。进一步深化 “师德推进年”活动, 大力弘扬 “敬业、爱生、奉献”精神。深入学习全国、全省、全市教育工

18、作会议精神及国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要、陕西教育规划纲要、陕西省义务教育条例,更新教职工教育教学理念,提高思想政治水平和政策理论水平。2. 教育理论培训。从教育学、心理学、管理学等基础理论入手,通过专家引领、教育理论专著自学、学校漂流书等途径,主动吸收和借鉴国内外教育发展过程中形成的各种最新理论成果,对教师实施有针对性的培训,帮助教师不断更新教育思想、创新教育观念、提高教育水平。3. 学科实践培训。着眼深化素质教育,以课程标准为依据,充分运用专题教研、教学竞赛、知识竞赛等有效形式,引导广大教师深入学习课程标准,帮助教师把握理念、驾驭教材,并将其转化为先进的教学行为,切实提高教育教学质量,

39、动设计与组织、班级管理等方面内容,帮助班主任确立先进的教育理念,掌握现代青少年思想政治工作和思想道德教育的基本方法,提高班主任工作艺术水平,营造和谐班级氛围,促进青少年健康成长。3. 青年教师培训。对新教师进行职业道德规范、政策法规、新课程标准、 教育理论和课堂教学基本功等方面的培训,使新教师尽快完成角色的转换,在试用期内树立正确的职业道德观念,熟知教育教学常规, 掌握现代教育技术,基本胜任教育教学工作。继续大力实施 “青蓝工程” , 指导青年教师科学制订并认真执行教师专业发展培训五年规划和年度计划,积极创设有利于青年教师快速成长的学术环境。4. 骨干教师培训。继续探索实施“骨干教师工程”,既

51、,切实提高学科带头人的专业水平。5. 其他分组培训。其他分组培训主要指教师所在的年级组、学科组、课题组、不同发展阶段组、学术组等培训学习活动。要充分发挥各小组的教育培训功能,让教师在组内互帮互学、内化成长。小组活动可以在校内,也可以在校外。(三)培训形式从加强针对性、注重实效性出发,立足校本资源开发和利用,充分发挥现有教师的作用,坚持理论学习与实际训练相结合、集中研修与分散自学相结合,通过集中学习、专家讲座、专题培训、自我反思等多种形式开展培训。大力加强校本培训,主要采取主题培训、协作交流、教学竞赛、教学观摩、课题研究、师徒结对等形式,积极探索“教师讲坛”这种教师自主参与、行之有效的培训模式,
