9、N high spee d .County secincmpeedbytheendofst Ur ba a nd r ura路基清表作业指导书为了实现“高标准、高质量、高效率，建设一流工程”，按照国家和行业相关规范、标准 要求，结合长沙县段工程项目的实际情况，制定我管段路基清表施工作业指导书。1、适用范围适用于K13+979.424K19+996.831段管区路基表层处理。2、工程概况根据长沙东沿线长沙县段（K13+979.424K19+996.831）总长6.017km。路基主线填方112.4 万方，路基主线挖方97万方。全线清表数量为21.4万方。其中贯通便道分别于K14+010（长 株高

10、速路旁）、K17+250 （项目钢筋加工场旁）、K19+970 （机场联络线旁）三处作为便道施工 的主要引入道路，材料、设备进出施工现场较方便，施工便道中和便道贯通前我部需利用3条道路进行材料机械等的运输，且另在 K14+500、K15+240、K18+270、K19+100、K19+500, 5次与既有水泥路面村道相交，可作为临时交通道路。施工贯通便道如遇鱼塘时，先避开鱼 塘，绕道修建便道，待鱼塘排水、清淤、换填完成后，在贯通施工。3、作业准备3.1 内业技术准备开工前组织技术人员认真学习实施性施工组织设计，阅读、审核施工图纸，澄清有关技 术问题，熟悉规范和技术标准。对施工人员进行技术交底，

11、对参加施工人员进行上岗前技术 培训，考核合格后持证上岗。3.2 外业技术准备涉及的各种外部技术数据收集。开工前的地形调查、原地面复测、水系调查和磴场布置 临时便道修建等。施工前应充分做好三线迁改和地下管线的调查工作并及时完善排水系统。做好弃磴场的选定和临时便道修筑工作，弃土运输便道结合弃土场实际地理位置，尽量 不占用耕地，便道修筑不宜太宽，应弃土场便道不是施工的主要便道，不长期使用，能够满 足弃土车辆运行即可。修筑弃土场运输便道，只要能够满足车辆荷载要求，尽量少填筑。填 筑时不得采用砂砾卵石作为填料，最好采用可耕植土填筑，以便施工结束后，可以复耕。3.3 技术标准及要求1、施工路基清表工作，必

19、组织、先进的技术、 可靠的管理、有力的保障”，确保本工程“按期、优质、低耗”的建设总体目标的实现。4、清表施工方法4.1施工方法1、横断面复测结束后，对与设计无较大差异的段落，根据已经复测并上报批复后的水准 点、导线点放样出清表段的逐桩边桩，并沿边线洒石灰线。边线放线位置为制定红线范围放 大50cm,避免由于施工过程中破坏红线桩造成多次放线影响施工进度。2、清表施工开始由现场工程师通知监理工程师， 清表结束后及时让监理工程师签认清表 工程量。对表土厚度和设计表土厚度有较大差异的路段，应及时通知监理工程，要求其现场 查看，确认与设计不符所增加的工程量。如监理工程师不能够给予肯定确认工程量，要告知

20、 项目部现场工程师，由现场工程师作出决定。如遇此情况，在施工过程中要妥善考，做好原 始记录，收集好变更基础资料。3、在根据施工图纸由测量队准确测量线路中桩及路基坡脚线位置、标高，并用白灰明显 标记清楚。利用推土机，挖掘机及自卸车配合，对红线范围内的有机土、种植土、围墙和垃 圾等进行清理。线路无水段挖除树根后，清表前必须首先修筑临时排水、挡水工程。有水段 必须先疏通排干地表积水及做好雨季防排水工作。在多水地段修筑挡水土围堰。高按 1米左 右控制，完成后再进行挖树根等工作。4、将路基范围内的树木、灌木丛、杂草等进行砍伐或移植清理，并对清理出来的含有植 物根系的地表土和腐殖土集中妥善存放在就进的界桩

21、边界之处，并统一运至弃土场或存放预 订场地，严禁填埋在路基填筑范围之内以致路基下沉。5、清表过程中对于机械不能清理的部位例如树根等应配合人工进行清除。清除完毕后 对人工造成的坑穴应填平压实，并对其碾压至规定的压实度为止。清表时应做好临时排水设 施，并将原地面积水排干，地基范围内的地下水出露处应严格按设计要求处理。清表后应取 样，进行地基试验检测。6、在有大片低洼积水地段路基清表填筑时，将先作土境排除积水，并将杂草、等不适 宜的材料清除出路基清表铺设地面以外，并翻晒湿土，再进行填筑与压实。7、当地面横坡徒于1:5时，应将原地面挖空成宽度大于1m的台阶，台阶顶面做成2%Buildingi ndus

32、 ural4%的内倾斜坡，再行填筑。清表后的场地要求：当地面横坡为01: 10时，填土前必须碾压至规定的压实度。当地面横坡为 1: 101: 5时，填土前挖松再碾压。当地面横坡大于 1: 5 时，应自上而下挖台阶，台阶宽度应符合设计要求。零填地段应清表后挖至表面以下0.8米后再回填压实。填挖交界处的路基必须清除较松散的岩石以及地表植被有机土以防路基出现不均匀沉降。8、路堤段一般清表厚为60cm100cm,由于线路沿线基本全部为水田，淤泥及腐殖土厚度较厚，清表厚度一般控制在80cm 左右，对于个别段耕植土、鱼塘地段，需要加深清表厚度，清表原则为彻底清除路基填土范围内的耕植土和腐质土及淤泥。路堑段

33、清表厚度为彻底清除山体坡面的草皮、耕植土、腐质土。清表厚度一般控制在30cm 左右。路堑段清表在测量放样洒出的白灰线范围内，采用挖掘机自上而下挖除清表。如山体坡面较陡，在清表前应先修筑施工机械上山便道。在半填半挖段，清表至山脚处，由推土机横向推土集堆。在全断 面挖方段，可视实际地形，自上而下用挖掘机清表，在通往便道的地段，堆集土堆。如山体 坡面较陡，修筑施工便道困难，清表在路堑开挖过程中，边开挖边清表。4.2 施工顺序安排主要设两个路基清表施工作业面：主线 K13+979.424 K15+540段路基，长度1560.57米为一个作业面；K15+540 K19+996.831 段路基， 长度 4

34、456.83米为一个作业面。清表的废土均堆积在路基坡脚外侧，以后防护绿化施工时作为种植土资源。对于清表土为不能利用土的，要采用运输车辆及时运到指定的弃土场位置。取土场、弃土场的路基清表：取土场征地完成后用推土机清除表面的杂草及表土，用挖 掘机挖除树根，辅以人工清除杂质，清表完成后即可取土。5、弃土场工程严格按设计要求选择低洼、无地表径流、远离线路的荒地作为弃碴场，不得乱挖乱弃， 严禁侵占河道。弃土之前先做好挡护及排水系统，不让废土、弃土扩散、流失，影响周围环境和景观。弃碴完成后顶面及时平整，边坡刷顺，覆盖绿化，完善排水系统。拦土墙严格按照水保设计要求和标准实施，做到坡面泥沙不下沟，沟道泥沙不出
