2、行了反复的调研和细致的需求 分析，并以此课题为蓝本，进行港口集团人力资源管理信息系统规划研究。 本文首先介绍了研究的理论框架，综述了国内外港口人力资源管理信息化现 状，分析了港口集团人力资源管理信息化中存在的问题。 然后，以企业信息化理论和人力资源管理理论为指导，结合港口集团自身的 特点，详细分析了广州港集团人力资源管理的业务流程，优化了其中的关键流程， 得出了广州港集团人力资源管理数据流程，进而提出了一个具有一般性的港口集 团人力资源系统规划方案，并深入探讨了方案中的接口策略问题。 最后，对一种数学模型马尔可夫链在港口集团人力资源预测中的应用进 行了初步研究，提出了港口集团人力资源管理信息系
