DesignstandardThewatersupplyanddrainageengineeringdesignisprocessedaccordingtothedesignspecification,“CodeforDesignofBuildingWaterSupplyandDrainage”(GB50015-2003)strictly,whilethefire-fightingsystemdesignisaccordingtothe
3、“CodeforDesignofWaterExtinguishingSystemOfCivilBuildings”(DGJ08-94-2001).III. Designprinciple1. DesignconsiderationsandrangeofthedesigningAccordingtothedesigntrustdeedandwritteninstructionsorcommentsoftherelateddepartmentsgivenbytheowner,thedesignofthewatersupplyanddrainagesystemandfire-fightingsyst
4、emintheroomiscarriedoutaccordingtocurrentdesignspecificationandrelevantregulations.2. WatersupplyanddrainagesystemBecausethepressureofthemunicipalwatersupplypipenetworkisinsufficientthroughouttheyear,thelifewatersupplysystemisthepond-thewatersupplysystemofthewaterpumporiginally.Thepondandthewaterpum
5、pconcentrateonlocatingthebasement.15Troofwatertankisusedinfirecontrolonly,storingindoorfirecontrolwaterconsumptionof10min.Thewaterissuppliedbythelifewaterpump.Thelifewaterpumpisstartedautomatically.Inthisproject,itisadopteddirtytoabolishmoisturedischargedtoshedinprinciple.3. Fire-fightingsystemThein
6、doorfirehydrantsystemadoptsthetemporaryhigh-pressuresystem.Thewaterconsumptionoffirecontrolis20L/s.Twofirepumpswhicharesetupinthepumphouseforfirecontrol(standbyforeachother)suckthefeedpipeofmunicipalfirecontroldirectly.Twosetscombiningdeviceofwaterpumpsaresetup.4. Equipmentandpipefittings(1) Capital
7、equipmentandfittingsmeetthecapitalequipmentandmaterialform.(2) Pipematerialandvalvea. FeedpipesadoptPP-Rpipes,hottomeltandjoin;thedrainagepipesadoptUPVCpipes;b. Penstock,outletpipes,blowdownpipesofthewatertankandpond,andthepipessincewatertankandpondtovalvesalsoadoptPP-Rpipesall.Thepondinboardwallsti
8、ckstotheceramictile;c. Thefirecontrolpipelineadoptscastironpipe,theflangeisjoined;d. Valvesonthewaterpipe,<DN50,adoptthestopvalveoftheModelJ11T-10,while>DN50,adoptthefloodgatevalveoftheModelZ45T.5. Thepipelineandrigup(1) Pipelinelevelprophangershouldsetupliveaccordingtoneed,concretemethodpayre
9、spectstonationalstandardS161.Allpipelinesshouldtrybesttobeinstalledsticktothefloor,roofbeam,thepost.(2) Seenationalstandard99S304indomestichygienerigup.(3) Theslopeoftheindoordrainagepipeline:De50i=0.035De75i=0.025De110i=0.020(4) Drainagepipelineshouldadopt45threedirectlinksorfourdirectlinksand90obl
10、iquethreedirectlinksorobliquefourdirectlinks.(5) Allcleanersandpolishesaretakenbyoneselforrelatedtrap.(6) Thepipelinepassesthroughthefloor,roofingplace,itsspacepartadoptsthedetailedstoneconcreteofC10twotimestosmashreally,thebottomshouldadoptthecementmortarofM10.Thewidthofbrickslayingarenotsmallertha
11、n30mm,andtheheightofwaterblockingringisnotsmallerthan25mm.Sleevepiperootinlayingroundmakinglevellayerinconformitywithnest.(7) Givedrainagepipelinewearroofbeam,floor,etc.,itshouldreserveholesinautensil,unitinchargeofconstructionmustcooperatewiththebuildingconstructioncloselyinfrontoftheconcreteincast
12、ing,checkthelocalizationandsizeofreservingholes.(8) Indoorfirehydrantcasehavewallofficetoputtheothersinlaywallinstall,eachfirehydrantcaseistosee2001ShanghaiS313toinstall.(9) Theadaptertypeofthewaterpump,fortheSQtypeonthegroundfirecontrolwaterpumpadapter(takingthereliefvalve).6. Pipelineequipmentpain
13、tingandwarmkeeping(1) PaintingRoommetalequipmentsthatrevealpropuphanger,areneededtobebrushedtwolayersofredleadaftereliminating,andtwolayersofantirustpaint.(2) WarmkeepingThewatersupplypipelinethatwillbeexposedinstallationintheroomadoptstheultrathinglasswooltokeepwarm,thethicknessofheatpreservationis
14、30mm.Outsidemakeglassclothtobewaterproof,theconcretemethodcanbelookedupfromnationalstandard87S159.7. Pressureinpipelinestest(1) Afterthesupplywaterpipelineisinstalledintheroom,itshouldbetestedby1.5timesofworkingpressure.Thefire-fightingpipelinepressuretestisprocessedby1.6MPa.(2) Thedrainagepipelineo
15、fthegroundisputorburiedsecretlyintheroom,mustbepouredwatertotestbeforebeingconcealed.Itshouldhighlynotbelowerthantheheightofgroundfloortopourwater.Pouringwaterfor15minutesafterthesurfaceofwaterdrops,fillwithandlast5minutes,itisqualifiednottodroptotheliquid.(3) Drainoffwaterandsetupandisinchargeofnee
16、dingtomakeopenballofopenwatertotest.Originallyprovethathasnotbeenstated,dealwiththeadditionalremarksonthedrawingaccordingtothepertinentregulationsofstate.Thisdesigndrawingisexceptthatelevationiscountedwiththerice,theothersarecountedwithmm.,levelgroundelevationistherelativeelevationinsideandoutsideth
17、eroom,regardinlandlevelgroundelevationofroomofgroundfloorasbasicelevation.Thefeedpipereferstoinchargeofthecentreelevationing,thedrainpipereferstothebottomelevationwhilemanaging.IV. Architecturaldesignmaterials1. Constructiondesignmaterial(1) Theplanefigureofeverystoreyofthebuilding,elevation,thebigm
18、asterdrawingofthebathroom.(2) Thisofficebuildingisabuildingofstructureofafive-storeyreinforcedstthconcreteframe.Storeyofthebasementis4.9mhigh,andthe1floortothe5floorissuccessively4.5m,3.8m,5.5m,4.9m,3.8mhigh.Theelevationofthefirstlayerofindoorgroundis0.00±0m.2. OperatingpositionofthebuildingThe
19、buildingoriginallydesignedisthefive-storeyofficebuilding.Therearethemunicipalwatersupplypipenetworkintheeastofthebuilding,municipalfirecontrolwatersupplypipenetworkinthenorth.ThepipediameterisDN150,itis1metertoinchargeofcarryingandcoveringthethicknessofsoil,long-termworkingpressurethatcanbeofferedis
20、100kPa.译文:上海某办公楼给排水系统设计设计总说明一、设计任务来源此次设计的对象是上海某办公楼给排水工程(含消防),经复兴东路隧道工程隧道管理中心委托,由上海市隧道工程轨道交通设计研究院委派进行设计。二、设计标准本设计中,给排水系统设计严格按照设计规范:建筑给水排水设计规范(GB50015-2003)实施;消防系统设计则按照设计规范:上海民用建筑水灭火系统设计规程(DGJ08-94-2001)实施。三、设计原则(一)设计依据及设计范围根据业主所提设计委托书及有关部门批文,按照现行设计规范和有关规定,负责本工程的室内给排水系统及消防系统的设计。(二)给水排水系统由于市政给水管网所提供的压力
21、常年不足,本设计生活给水系统为水池水泵供水系统,水池水泵集中设于地下室。15T屋顶水箱仅用于消防,贮存室内10min的消防用水量,由生活水泵供水。生活水泵采用自动启动。本工程室内原则上采用污废水分流排放。(三)消防系统室内消火栓系统采用临时高压系统,消防用水量为20L/s,由设在消防泵房内的消火栓泵两台(互备),直接抽吸市政消防给水管,设水泵结合器二套。(四)设备及管材配件1 .主要设备及配件见主要设备及材料表。2 .管材及阀门a.给水管采用PP-R管,热熔连接;污、废水管采用硬聚氯乙烯排水管;b.水箱、水池的进水管、出水管、排污管,自水箱、水池至阀门间的管段也采用PP-R管。水池内壁贴瓷砖;
22、c.消防管道均采用铸铁管,法兰连接;d.水管上的阀门DN50,采用J11T-10型截止阀,DN5林用Z45T-10型闸阀。(五)管道及设备安装S161。所有管道1 .管道水平支吊架应根据需要现场设置,具体做法参见国标应尽量贴楼板,梁,柱安装。2 .国产卫生设备安装见国标99S3043 .室内排水管道的坡度:De50i=0.035De75i=0.025De110i=0.0204 .排水管道的横管与横管、横管与立管的连接,应采用450三通或四通和90°斜三通或斜四通。立管底部与排出管连接处,应采用两个45。弯头或采用半径不小于4倍管径的900弯头。5 .所有卫生洁具自带或配套存水弯。6 .管道穿越楼板、屋面处,具空隙部分采用C10细石混凝土二次捣实,底部应采用M10水泥砂浆,砌筑宽度不小于30mm,阻水圈高度不小于25mm,或设置高出地平面不小于50mm的硬聚氯乙烯护套管,套管根部应窝嵌在地面找平层I7 .给排水管道穿梁、楼板等处需预留孔洞,施工单位务必在浇铸混凝
