42、god" la r shi pcnsucin, ffl play escms in enteprie deve opmet i n the回填土必须按规定分层夯压密实，并分层取样进行检验。3.3.1 土方正式回填前，取1520kg 土样送至试验室进行标准击实试 验并确定土样最大干密度和最佳含水率，以此作为控制回填土质量指标。3.3.3 回填取样按100m2取一点进行取样试验。3.3.4 回填过程中应及时通知试验室来现场取样。四、主要施工方法及施工注意点4.1 工艺流程清理基底一检验土质-分层铺土一分层碾压密实一检验密实度一修 整、找平、验收4.2 土方回填前先将基梢内的垃圾杂物清理干

43、净，配以勾机填土。4.3 检验回填土料的种类、粒径，有无杂物，是否符合规定；以及土料 的含水量是否在控制范围内；如含水量偏高，可采用翻松、晾晒或均匀掺 入干土等措施；如遇填料含水量偏低，可采用预先洒水润湿等措施。现场 含水量测定方法：以手捏紧后，松手土不散，易变形而不挤出，抛在地上 即呈碎裂为合适。4.4 4回填时应分层铺摊，采用机械打夯和人工气夯夯填密实。打夯时 每层铺土厚度为300mm，人工打夯不超过150mm。每层铺摊后，随之耙平。4.5 回填土每层至少夯打三遍。打夯应一夯压半夯，夯夯连接，纵横交 叉，防止漏压或漏夯。对于阴阳角等打夯机夯不到的边角部位，采用人力 夯，不得漏夯。4.6 人
