23、 105MPa 抗 压、抗弯强度设计值f=215N/mm2。脚手架搭设材料要求1、脚手架各种杆件采用外径48mm壁厚3.5mm的3号钢焊接钢管，使用生产厂家合格的 产品并持有合格证，其力学性能应符合国家现行标准碳素结构钢GBT700中Q235A钢的规 定，用于立杆、大横杆、斜杆的钢管长度为4-6米，小横杆、拉结杆2.1-2.3米，使用的钢管不 得弯曲、变形、开焊、裂纹等缺陷，并涂防锈漆作防腐处理，不合格的钢管决不允许使用。2、扣件使用生产厂家合格的产品，并持有产品合格证，扣件锻铸铁的技术性能符合钢管 脚手架GB15831-1995®定的要求，对使用的扣件要全数进行检查，不得有气孔、砂

33、不得有积水。 脚手架搭设1、施工准备1）在脚手架搭设之前，由工地技术负责人依脚手架搭拆方案向专业班组长逐段的进行书面 技术交底，并履行交底签字手续，各持一份，互相监督，由专业班组长向操作人员进行班前技 术交底，并做好交底记录入档。2）按对脚手架使用的各种材料的要求，对使用的材料进行全数检查、验收，方准进场使用， 并进入现场后分类堆放整齐，并挂牌标识。3）搭拆脚手架的操作人员必须是经过劳动部门培训合格发证，持证上岗。2、脚手架的基础脚手架立杆均搭设在抗滑桩锁口碎上，保证脚手架基础稳定、牢固，锁口上放置钢底座， 钢底座上放置立杆，之后按设计的立杆间距进行放线定位，铺设木脚手板要平稳，不得悬空。3、

34、脚手架结构技术要求1）脚手架立杆距受荷段桩身立面模板30cm,立杆排距1.2m,立杆纵距1.05m,大横杆步 距1.2m,立杆、大横杆均采用一字扣件对接，在搭设过程中立杆要搭设在大横杆的外侧，相邻 两根杆件接头要相互错开一步且不于50cm各接头中心距主节点的距离不应大于步距的1/3。立 杆搭设要垂直，横杆搭设要水平，立杆搭设垂直度为1/40Q全高不大于S0mm,大横杆搭设要 水平，全长水平差不大于受0mm,立杆的纵距排距偏差不大于受0mm,小横杆外侧伸出架体的 长度为14cm,小横杆偏离主节点的距离不应大于150cm，靠桩身一侧的外伸长度不应大于50cm. 距地面20cm处设扫地杆。2）剪刀撑

45、1mm）垂直自 由落下，不穿透即为合格产品。密目风的绑扎方法：用14#&丝将密目网绑扎至立杆或大横杆上， 使网与架体牢固的连接在一起。系蝇的材质应符合GB16909的规定。6）脚手架的上下通道：脚手架体要设置爬梯： 爬梯宽度不小于1米，坡度设置为1:1,。 爬梯的立杆、横杆间距应与脚手架相适应，基础按脚手架要求处理，立面设剪刀撑。人行 斜道小横杆间距不超过1.5米。爬梯台阶上满铺脚手板，板上钉防滑条，防滑条不大于300mm。 设置护栏杆，上部护身栏杆1.2米，下部护身栏杆距脚手板0.6米，同时设180mm宽档脚板。7）脚手架的作业平台：作业平台上面要挂牌标明控制荷载，要严格按照搭设方案
