19、发,1点到达清华,到了面试地点确认了一下,一共13人在我报的所面试,我排在第二位,1:50开始。可以看出,每个人的面试时间大约是20分钟。等到1:20,除了几个清华本校的,外校的同学都已到齐。1:30各导师陆续过来,教学秘书拿来了抽题的纸条。1:40面试开始,其余的同学被请到隔壁的一间教室去等待。我心态尚可,略感紧张,在教室里和周围的同学聊聊天,互相问问问题,20分钟很快过去,第一位同学出来了,脸上洋溢着笑容,估计回答的不错。比较可惜的是,我是第二位,没有时间去问他面试题目就直接进去了。包括我的导师在内一共有五位老师在里面,进去找个椅子坐下后,导师示意我可以开始自我介绍了(中英文的自我介绍都准

20、备了,但整个面试过程一句英文都没有考。自我介绍大概说了两分钟,期间各老师浏览着我的资料。说完自我介绍,没有老师发问,教学秘书让我从桌上抽第一道题。桌上一共有几十张纸条,我随便抽了一张:“什么是创新,创新的基础和条件有哪一些,举例说明”。平时我喜好浏览新闻,关心时事创业等方面的内容,这种问题略有涉及。我低头思考了十几秒,然后从两方面进行了阐释,第一道题回答了5分多钟,较长。第二道题遇到问题了,是让介绍机械制造设计的,脑子里一片空白。一老师看我面露难色,和蔼的说,如果这一题有困难可以换一道,我要求换了一道,是关于齿轮的,“两个硬齿相啮合,发生哪种失效形式?”(还有一问,记不清了。齿轮失效有五种形式
