1、9A U2-3 语法:宾语从句一定义:位于及物动词介词或形容词后的,在句中充当宾语的从句常用的连接词有: that; if; whether; what; which; who; whom; when; where;how; why 等二结构:及物动词/介词 +连词 +从句三连词类型 (一)陈述句连词: that用法:宾语从句是陈述句,且从句完整,单独拿出来不缺成分时,连词填that,( that 本身没有意义)大多数情况可以省略。Do you know that he will graduate next year?I supposed you were punished by your p

2、arents.【注意】1 .在以下情况中that 不能省略(1)当一个动词连接了两个/多个宾语从句时,第一个that 可以省略,第二个that不能省略I think (that) you should apologize to him and that he will forgive you.(2)当that从何是双宾语中的直接宾语时,that不可省2 .宾语从句的时态主句是过去时,从句(除真理用一般现以外)只能是过去的时态范畴I thought you were watching TV alone at home from 5 to 8 yesterday.Sorry for having

3、you wait here for long. I didn't know you were here.Our teacher once told us that the earth moves around the Sun.【注意】不以时间地点为转移的才叫真理,如春去秋来,早起的鸟儿有虫吃等,类似“德国在几几年被分成了两部分”这样的句子并不是真理;另外如果在真理前加上“是否” ,仍然是一般现Lisa asked whether light travels at the speed of 3*108 m/s.主句是一般现在时,从句的时态根据情况决定I think you will le

4、ave for London tomorrow.I think you have left for London already.I think you left for London yesterday afternoon.【注意】Could you tell me+宾语从旬,could表示委婉语气,不表示过去时,从何的时态看情况决定形式宾语结构:某些动词 +it+adj./n. +(for/of sb.) to do这样的动词有:feel, think, believe, make 等I find that it is difficult to do today's Math ho

6、it(二)疑问句连词疑问代词:what, which, who, whom, whose疑问副词:when, where, why, how连接代词或者连接副词引导的宾语从句实际上是由特殊疑问句变化而来的, 宾语从句要用陈述句语序。用法: 当宾语从句带有疑问句语义时, 需要使用疑问句连词, 若宾语从句单独看是完整的,则用疑问副词,若宾语从句单独看是不完整的,则用疑问代词。宾语从句的语序: 要换成陈述句语序, 即: 连接代词 /副词 +主语 +谓语 +其他成分。He didn't tell us what he was doing at that moment.Nobody knows

7、who the new teacher is.I don't know when they will leave here.This is a book on how we can speak English well.I wonder how many books there are on the shelf缭常考 there are的语序)(三) if/whether 连词表示“是否”时,以下几种情况只能用whether,不能用if后面有or或or not时He didn't tell me whether he would do it or not.跟在介词后They a

8、re talking about whether they should do it.疑问词 +to doThey are talking about whether to buy a new computer.【辨析when/if 引导两种不同从句的情况】考察if作为“如果”和“是否”的区别以及 when表示“何时”和“当时候”的区别He doesn't know when his father will return tonight.He will know it when his father returns.She asked me if I was watching a fi

9、lm then.He will be driven crazy if you continue asking him such questions.【what 和 which 的区别】What 和 which 都是疑问代词,在从句中作成分,但用到 which 时一定会有一个明显的范围,用 what 时则没有范围There are so many work. I don't know which I should do first.I don't know what I should do now.【注意】疑问词 +to do 结构当主句的主语和从句的主语一致时,从句可以改成 t

10、o do 的简化结构I do not know who/whom to talk to.Could you tell me how to deal with it?Please teach us what action to take.2 .一个宾语从句只能有一个连词,即疑问连词不能和that混在一起使用He found out who had broken the vase/He found out that who had broken the vase.【注意】3 .只有一种情况,在表示“是否”时只能用 if不能用whether:宾从是否定何时They asked me if Tom w

11、ouldn't come.4 .介词后的宾语从句一般都是加疑问连词,很少加that5 .有些疑问句型的宾语从句比较特殊I wonder what happened.I wonder what is the matter with you.I wonder what is wrong with you.上面提到在宾语从句中疑问句要改成陈述句语序,而陈述句语序就是主谓语序,以第二句为例,what在句中作主语,is是系动词,the matter是表语,已经构成了主系表结构,不能改成 whatthe matter is。【特别注意】 who 引导的宾语从句,若 who 后有主语,则 who 为

12、宾语,需要改语序;若 who 后直接是谓语动词,则 who 为主语,不需要改语序I wonder who he is.I wonder who broke the window.6 .常考一些句型的肯定句/否定句搭配的不同连词含 know 和 idea 的句子不管是肯定句还是否定句,都可以使用疑问连词或that含 doubt 的句子肯定句用疑问连词(一般是whether): I doubt whether he will come.否定句用 that: I never doubt/don't doubt that It is beyond doubt that 含 sure 的句子肯定

13、句用 that: I am sure that he can recognize me.否定句用疑问连词: I am not sure whether he can recognize me.否定前移当宾语从句前的动词是think, believe, guess, suppose等词时,要把从句中的否定词移到主句动词前She thinks he is not a teache 区She doesn't think he is a teacher.否定前移之后,反义疑问句就是前否后肯She doesn't think he is a teacher, does s?he当主语是

14、I/We 时,反义疑问句由从句决定,且否定需还原I don't think he is a teacher, is he?(五)宾语从句的简化1 .【考查点】当宾语从句的主语和主句的主语相同,且谓语动词是hope, wish,decide等时,从何可简化为不定式结构。如: I hope that I can see you again.=I hope to see you again.2 .【 考查点】 当宾语从句的主语和主句的主语相同, 且谓语动词是 know, remember, forget, learn等时,句可简化为疑问词+不定式”结构。如: I don t know wha

15、t I should say.=I don ' t know what to say.3 .【考查点】当主句的谓语动词是 ask, tell, show, teach,且宾语从句的主语和主句的间接宾语一致时,从句可简化为不定式结构或 “疑问词不定式”结构。如: Mr Hu tells us that we shouldn t draw on the wall.=Mr Hu tells us not to draw on the wall.Will you please tell me where I can buy stamp?s =Will you please tell me wh

16、ere to buy stamps宾语从句的特点宾语从句可以作及物动词、介词及形容词的宾语。宾语从句要用陈述句语序连接词 that 引导宾语从句时, that 在句中无词义,不充当句子成分,多数情况下可以省略。如果从句太长,可以用形式宾语it.【星火练习】1. Your T-shirt is so cool.
