1、建筑施工高空作业安全技术规范Theconstructionofaerialworksafetytechnicalcodeforconstructionofhigh-altitudeoperationsafetytechnicalspecification(JGJ8091)ChapterIGeneralProvisionsArticle1.0.1Thisregulationisformulatedforthepurposeofcarryingoutthepolicyofsafeproductionintheworkofconstructionandconstruction,andensuring
2、theprotectionrequirementstobeclear,technicallyreasonableandeconomicallyapplicable.Article1.0.2ThisRegulationappliestotheconstructionofindustrialandcivilbuildings,buildingsandgeneralstructures,suchasfacing,opening,climbing,hanging,operatingplatformandcrossingduringheightoperation.Thisspecificationisa
3、lsoapplicabletotheconstructionofallkindsofholes,pits,ditches,troughsandotherworksonotherheights.Clause1.0.3Theheightoperationsreferredtointhiscodeshallbeinlinewiththenationalstandardclassificationofheightoperations,GB3608-83,wheretheheightofthefallingheightabove2m(including2m)maybecarriedoutatthehei
4、ghtofthefall.Article1.0.4inthecaseofheightoperations,inadditiontotheperformanceofthiscode,itshallalsocomplywiththestatescurrentprovisionsrelatingtotheheightoperationandsafetytechnicalstandards.ThesecondchapteristhebasicprovisionsArticle2.0.1safetytechnicalmeasuresforheightoperationsandthenecessaryma
5、terialsmustbeincludedintheconstructionorganizationdesignoftheproject.Article2.0.2thepersonresponsiblefortheconstructionoftheunitshallberesponsiblefortheoperationsafetytechnologyoftheprojectandshallestablishthecorrespondingresponsibilitysystem.Priortoconstruction,safetytechnicaleducationanddisclosure
6、shallbecarriedoutstepbystep,andallsafetytechnicalmeasuresandpersonalprotectivearticlesshallbeimplemented,andconstructionshallnotbecarriedoutwithoutfallinginreal-time.Article2.0.3safetysigns,tools,meters,electricalequipmentandequipmentinoperationatheightmustbecheckedbeforeconstructionandconfirmedtobe
7、ingoodconditionbeforetheycanbeputintouse.Article2.0.4personnelwhoclimbandhangup,aswellasthosewhosetuphighoperationsafetyfacilities,mustundergoprofessionaltechnicaltrainingandprofessionalexaminations,becertified,andmustundergoregularmedicalexaminations.Article2.0.5thesafety,technicalfacilitiesandthed
8、efectsintheoperationoftheworkattheheightshallbesolvedintime,andtheworkmustbestoppedwhenendangeringthesafetyoftheperson.Article2.0.6allfallingobjectsinaconstructionsiteshallberemovedorfixedinadvance.Materialsusedinheightoperationsshallbestoredstablywithoutobstructionofpassageandloadingandunloading.Th
9、etoolshouldbereadilyintothetoolbag;workintheaisle,channelboardandclimbingequipment,shouldbeclean;removetheobjectsandresidualmaterialandwasteshallpromptlycleanaway,shallnotbearbitrarilydiscardedordownthechaos.Transferobjectsnotthrown.Clause2.0.7Rainandsnowhighaltitudeoperation,mustadoptreliableantisk
10、id,coldproofandantifreezingmeasures.Allwater,ice,frostandsnowshouldbeclearedintime.Alightningprotectioninstallationshallbeprovidedforthehigh-risebuildingforcarryingouttheworkathighaltitude.Incaseofsevereweathersuchasstrongwindsorthickfogovergradesix,noclimbingorhangingaloftoperationisallowed.Afterth
11、esnowstormandtyphoonstorm,weshouldcheckthesafetyfacilitiesoftheworkontopofeachother,andfindthatthereareloose,deformed,damagedorfallenoff,Shouldberepairedandperfectedimmediately.Article2.0.8fortemporaryremovaloralterationofsafetyprotectionfacilitieswhennecessary,itmustbeagreeduponbytheconstructionsup
12、ervisorandtakencorrespondingreliablemeasures,andshallberesumedimmediatelyafteroperation.Article2.0.9whenashelteriserectedanddismantled,awarningzoneshallbesetupandspecialpersonnelshallbesenttomonitorit.Itisstrictlyforbiddentodismantlebothatthetopandbottom.Clause2.0.10Safetyfacilitiesforhighaltitudeop
13、erationofthemainforcemember,accordingtothegeneralformulaofstructuralmechanicscomputationalmechanics,strengthanddeflectioncalculatedinaccordancewiththerelevantnorms,butthesteelflexuralstrengthcalculationwithoutconsideringtheplasticeffect,thestructureshouldcomplywiththerelevantrequirementsofthecurrent
14、specification.ThethirdchapterisaboutthesafetyprotectionofthetemporaryandsideopeningsSection1approachingworkArticle 3.1.1 protectionmeasuresshallbeprovidedforoperationsonthesideoftheslope,andshallconformtothefollowingprovisions:Arailingorbalustradearoundthepit,notinstalledbalcony,feedingtableandpicka
15、roundthetable,andthecanopycorniceedge,noroofandfloorandthesurroundingwatertankandthewatertoweratthehandsaroundtheouterfoot,mustsetuptheprotectionrailing.Twofloorsofaroundtwo,thefirstlayerofthewallheightofmorethan3.2m,andnofoothandover3.2mhighflooraround,mustbeattheperipheryoferectingasafetynet.Three
16、,layeredconstructionofthestaircaseandladderside,mustbeinstalledtemporaryguardrail.Thetopfloorshouldbeequippedwithformalprotectiverailingalongwiththeprogressoftheproject.Four,thederrickandtheconstructionofelevatorsandscaffolding,andthebuildingonbothsidesofthechannelmustbeprovidedwithprotectiverailing
17、s.Safetysheltershallbeinstalledontheupperpartofthegroundpassage.Thedoublecagederrickshouldbeseparatedandclosedinthemiddleofthepassageway.Five,allkindsofverticaltransportplatform,inadditiontobothsidesofthefencebars,theplatformshouldalsobeequippedwithsecuritydoorsormovableprotectiverailing.Article 3.1
18、.2 specificationsandconnectionrequirementsforrailingbarsfortemporaryprotectionshallcomplywiththefollowingprovisions:Firstly,theeffectivediameterofthebamboolegshouldnotbelessthan72mm,thediameterofthebalustershouldnotbelessthan80mm,andthegalvanizedsteelwirenotlessthan16shallbeboundwithlessthan3rings,a
19、ndthereshallbenoslip.Two,lograilrodtopdiametershouldnotbelessthan70mm,lowerroddiametershouldnotbelessthan60mm,balustercolumndiametershouldnotbelessthan75mm.Andmustusethecorrespondinglengthofroundnail,orwithnotlessthan12galvanizedsteelwirebanding,requiringsmoothandstablesurface,novacillation.Three,st
20、eelbarsontheroddiametershouldnotbelessthan16mm,roddiametershouldnotbelessthan14mm,balustercolumndiametershouldnotbelessthan18mm,usingweldingorgalvanizedsteelwirebindingfixed.Four,steelpipe,crossbarandrailingcolumnareusedPhi48x(2.753.5)mmpipe,tofastenerorelectricweldingfixed.Five,toothersteel,suchasa
21、nglesteelforprotectiverailing,rodshouldchoosethestrengthofthespecifications,toweldingfixed.Article 3.1.3 whensettingupatemporaryprotectiverailing,thefollowingrequirementsmustbemet:First,theprotectiverailingshouldbecomposedofupperandlowertwohorizontalbarsandbalustercolumns.Theupperpoleis1to1.2mfromth
22、egroundandtheheightoftherodbelowthegroundis0.5to0.6m.Aroofwithaslopeof1to22shallbe1.5mhighandsecureupright.Inadditiontothedesignandcalculation,thelengthofthecrossbarisgreaterthan2m,Railingsmustbeadded.Two,therailingcolumnshouldbeconsistentwiththefollowingrequirements:1 whenitisfixedaroundthefoundati
23、onpit,thesteelpipecanbeusedanddrivenintotheground5070cmdeep.Thedistancefromtheedgeofthesteelpipeshallnotbelessthan50cm.Whenthesheetpileisusedaroundthefoundation,thesteelpipecanbehitoutsidethesheetpile.2 whentheconcretefloor,rooforwallfixed,embeddedpartsandsteelorsteelweldingavailable.Thebambooandwoo
24、drailings,welding30cmlongL50x5anglesinembeddedparts,theupperandlowerthedrillahole,andthenuse1mmboltswithbamboo,woodenpiecestied.3 whenfixedonmasonrysuchasbrickorblock,a80*6bendflatsteelshallbeinsertedinadvancetobeaconcreteblockofpreembeddediron,andthenshallbefixedbytheupperentrymethod.Three.Thefixat
25、ionofthebalusteranditsconnectionwiththecrossbar,anditsoverallstructureshallmaketheprotectiverailingatanyplaceontheupperpoleandbeabletowithstandany1000Nexternalforceinanydirection.Whentherailpositioniscrowded,impactofthevehicleorobjectcollisionwhenpossible,shouldincreasethecrosssectionorcolumnencrypt
26、ion.Four,protectiverailingsmustbetop-downwithsafetynetclosed,orsettightfixedheightontherailbottomisnotlessthan18cmor40cmblockfootfootblockingfence.Footblockforfootfenceandblockingholesshouldbelessthan25mm.Barbarabelowthebottomsurfaceoftheplateandthedistanceofthegapshouldnotbemorethan10mm.Theunloadin
27、gplatformoftherailingsonbothsides,mustaddatop-downverticalsafetynetorwiththebamboobar.Five,whenthesideofthestreetfacesthestreet,inadditiontotheprotectiverailing,theopenfacademustbefilledwithhangingnetsorotherreliablemeasuresforfullclosedprocessing.Article3.1.4mechanicalcalculationofthesideprotection
28、railinganditsconstructionformareshowninAppendixtwo.SecondentryoperationsClause 3.2.1Fortheoperationofthetunnelandtheoperationoftheotheropeningsattheentranceoftheotheropeningsduetotheneedsoftheworksandprocess,whichmaycausethepersonortheobjecttofallorendangerthesafetyofthehumanbody,theprotectivefacili
29、tiesshallbesetupasfollows:First,theboardandthewalloftheholemustbesetupasolidcoverplate,protectiverailing,safetynetsorotherantifallprotectionfacilities.Two,liftthewellheadmustsetupprotectiverailingorfixedgate;liftwellsshouldbeeverytwoandmostevery10msetasafetynet.Three,thesteelpipepile,boredpileandoth
30、erpileholes,thetopofthecup,stripfoundation,notfilledpit,andmanholes,skylights,floordoorsandsoon,shouldbesetupbythemouthoftheprotectionofsolidcover.Four.Allkindsofopeningsandpitsneartheconstructionsite,etc.,inadditiontotheestablishmentofprotectivefacilitiesandsafetysigns,thereshouldbearedlightwarning
31、atnight.Clause 3.2.2 theholeaccordingtothespecificcircumstancestakeprotectiverailing,stampedparts,safetynetsandZhangGuagateandothermeasures,mustmeetthefollowingrequirements:First,thefloor,roofandplatformsurfaceofshortsidesizeoflessthan25cm,butgreaterthan2.5cmoftheorifice,mustuseasolidcoverplate.Thec
32、overplateshallbeabletopreventshifting.Two,thefloorsurface,etc.,thesidelengthis2550cmofthehole,theinstallationofprefabricatedpartsofthehole,aswellasthetemporaryformationofholes,canbeusedasbamboo,woodandsoonasacovertocoverthehole.Thecoverplateshallbemaintainedinallsideswithabalancedandfixedposition.Th
33、ree,thelengthis50150cmofthehole,mustbesetbyfastenerandgridsteeltubes,andthecoveredwithbambooorscaffold.Areinforcingnetcanalsobeusedtoformaprotectivenetthroughtheconcreteslab,andthespacingbetweenthesteelbarsandthereinforcementshallnotexceed20cm.Four,lengthabove150cmcave,locatedaroundtheprotectiverail
34、ing,Zhangasafetynet.Five,thegarbagewellroadandflueshouldbewiththefloorofmasonryorinstallationtoeliminatethehole,orwithreferencetothereservedholeforprotection.Thepipelinewellconstruction,inadditiontotheaboveprocedures,shouldalsosetclearsigns.Incaseoftemporaryremoval,theconstructionsupervisorshallappr
35、oveitandresumetheprotectivefacilitiesaftertheworkhasbeencompleted.Six.Theopeningslocatedatthesideofthevehiclelane,thedeepgrooveandthepipepitandgrooveshallbeabletowithstandloadsnotlessthan2timestheeffectivecarryingcapacityofthelocaltruckrearwheel.Seven,verticalholewall,wherethelandingshouldinstallthe
36、switchtype,tooltypeorafixedtypeprotectivedoor,gategridspacingshouldbelessthan15cm,alsocanusetheprotectiverailing,underthefootblock(Tenth).Eight,theloweredgetothefloororthebottomofthewindowbelow80cmverticalhole,suchasthesideofthedropisgreaterthan2m,shouldbeaddedtothehigh1.2mtemporaryguardrail.Nine.Ot
37、herverticalholesandopeningsthataredangeroustotheadjacentpersonsandobjectsshallbecoveredorprotected,andmeasuresshallbetakentosecuretheirlocation.Clause3.2.3Thebarsandtheirerectionoftheprotectiverailingattheentranceshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofarticles3.1.2and3.1.3ofthiscode.Forthemechanicalcalculati
38、onoftheprotectiverailing,seeAppendixtwo(1),andseetheappendixthreeforthestructureoftheprotectiveequipment.ThefourthchapterisaboutthesafetyprotectionofclimbingandhangingoperationSection1climbinghomeworkClause 4.1.1Inconstructionorganizationdesign,theclimbingandclimbingfacilitiesforsiteconstructionshal
39、lbedetermined.Siteclimbingshouldtakeadvantageofthebuildingstructureorscaffoldingontheclimbingfacilities,butalsotheuseofmannedverticaltransportequipment.Laddersorotherclimbingfacilitiesmaybeusedforclimbingoperations.Clause 4.1.2 straightladdersandotherclimbingandclimbingpiecesneededfortheerectionofco
40、lumns,beamsandgirdersshallbespecifiedintheconstructiondrawingsorinstructions.Article 4.1.3 4.1.3Theclimbingtoolsmustbefirmandreliableinstructureandconstruction.Forpeopleupanddownthepedal,itsuseloadshouldnotbegreaterthan1100N.Whentheladdersurfacehasspecialoperations,theweightexceedstheaboveload,shoul
41、dbecheckedaccordingtotheactualsituation.Article 4.1.4 mobileladdersshallbecheckedforqualityaccordingtocurrentnationalstandards.Article 4.1.5 ladderbottomshouldbesolid,shallnotpadhighuse.Theupperendoftheladdershouldbesecured.Verticalladderangle75degreesto+5degreesisappropriate,thepedalspacingshouldbe
42、30cms,nomissingfiles.Article 4.1.6 ifaladderistobeusedforlongconnections,reliableconnectionsshallbeprovidedandshallnotbemorethan1connections.Thestrengthoftheconnectingladdershallnotbelowerthanthestrengthofthesingleladderbeam.Article 4.1.7 whenusingtheupperangleto35stepsand45degreesisappropriate,theh
43、ingemustbestrong,Andreliablebracingmeasuresshallbetaken.Clause 4.1.8Thefixedstraightladderismadeofmetalmaterial.Thewidthoftheladdershallnotbegreaterthan50cm,andthesupportshallbeofanglenotlessthanL70*6,andtheembedmentandweldingshallbefirm.Therodatthetopoftheladdershouldbeflushwiththetopoftheclimbinga
44、ndequippedwithanarmrestof11.5mhigh.Whenusingstraightladderforclimbing,climbingheightshouldbe5m.Morethan2m,thecageshouldbeadded,morethan8m,youmustsetuptheladderbetweentheplatform.Clause 4.1.9 personnelshallgoupanddowntheprescribedpassageway,andshallnotclimbbetweenthebalconyandothernondesignatedpassag
45、es,norshalltheymakeuseofanyconstructionequipment,suchascranes,boom,etc.Whenyougoupanddowntheladder,youmustfacetheladderandnotholdobjects.The4.1.10steelcolumninstallationheight,shouldusesteelladderorsettheladderinthesteelcolumn.LadderstructuresareshowninAppendixfour,figure4.1.Acolumnorplatformshallbe
46、usedforthecolumnofsteelcolumn.Theheightofthecrossbaroftheoperationplatformshallbenolessthan1mwhenthereisnorequirementforelectricweldingandwindresistance.Whentheweldingwindresistanceisrequired,theheightshallnotbelessthan1.8m,seeAppendixfourattachedtothedrawings4.2.Article4.1.11theerectionofsteelbeams
47、shallbebasedontheheightofthesteelbeam,theinstallationofaladderorerectionofthesteelpipescaffoldatbothends,andtheformofthestructureasshowninAppendixfour,figure4.3.Whentravelingonthebeamsurface,thetemporaryguardrailandrailononesidecanbemadeofwirerope.Whenthehandrailisswitchedon,thenaturalsagoftheropesh
48、allnotbegreaterthan1/20,andshallbecontrolledwithin10cm,asshowninAppendixfour4.4.1isthelengthoftherope.The4.1.12steeltrussinstallationshallcomplywiththefollowingprovisions:First,intheupperandlowerchordtrussclimbingoperation,thetriangletrussshouldbeontheridge,trapezoidtrussattwoends,ladderclimbingonth
49、eset.Bambooorlogcanbeused,thedistanceshouldnotbemorethan40cm,andthediameterofbambooshootshouldnotbelessthan70mm.Beforetwo,theroofliftingshouldbesetontheprotectiverailing.Beforethree,theroofshouldbeprelifting,safetynetshangingonthebottom;afterlifting,thesafetynetlayingfixed.Thesecondsectionisvacantho
50、meworkBasedatSection4.2.1ofimpendingworkshouldbereliable,andmustdependonthespecificsituation,configurationofprotectiongrillefencerailsorothersafetyfacilities.Article 4.2.2 therigging,footboard,hangingbasket,suspensioncage,platformandotherequipmentusedforhangingoperationsshallbesubjecttotechnicalappr
51、aisalorinspection.Article 4.2.3 suspensionoperationsforcomponenthoistingandpipeinstallationmustcomplywiththefollowingprovisions:1. Hoistingofsteelstructuresshallbeassembledonthegroundasmuchaspossible,andshallbeequippedwithtemporarysafetydevices,suchastemporaryfixing,welding,highstrengthboltconnectio
52、n,etc.,andshallbehungatthesametimeasthecomponents.Safetymeasuresfordisassemblyshallalsobeconsideredandimplemented.Erectionofprestressedreinforcedconcreterooftrusses,trussesandotherlargecomponentsathighaltitudeshallbeprovidedwithsafetyfacilitiesrequiredforsuspensionoperation.Two,theinstallationoflarg
53、eformworksuspended,liftingthefirstprefabricatedcomponents,liftinglargeandmedium-sizedprefabricatedcomponentsalone,wemuststandontheoperatingplatform.Hoistingoflargeformworkandprefabricatedandasbestoscementboardroofpanel,prohibitedtostandandwalk.Three,theinstallationofthepipelinemusthavefinishedstruct
54、ureoroperatingplatformasafoothold,isstrictlyprohibitedintheinstallationofthepipelinestandingandwalking.Article 4.2.4 suspendedoperationsinsupportanddisassemblyoftemplatesmustcomplywiththefollowingprovisions:First,themoldshouldbeinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheoperatingprocedures,thetemplateisnotfi
55、xedbeforethenextprocess.Itisstrictlyprohibitedtoclimbupanddowntheconnectingpieceandsupportingparts,andtheuppercoverandthelowerfacearenotallowedtobedirectlyfacedanddisassembled.Thestructureofthecomplextemplate,loadinganddismantlingshouldbestrictlyinaccordancewiththeconstructionorganizationdesignmeasu
56、res.Two,setupheightabove3Mcolumntemplate,shouldbesurroundedbydiagonalbracing,andshouldsetupoperatingplatform.Ahorsestooloperationbelow3Misavailable.Three,thereshouldbeafirmfootholdintheformofcantileveredforms.Whenerectingtheformworkoftheairportstructure,ascaffoldorscaffoldshallbeerected.Whentheholei
57、ssetonthetemplate,theholeshallbeclosedafterinstallation.Ontheconcreteslabafterstrippingtheformationofedgeorhole,shouldbeprotectedinaccordancewiththerelevantsectionsofthisspecification.Strippingheightshouldbeconfigured,aclimbingtoolorerectionbracket.Article 4.2.5 suspensionoperationsatthetimeofbindin
58、gshallcomplywiththefollowingprovisions:Alashingandinstallingreinforcingsteelbarskeleton,scaffoldingandMadoffmust.Two,tiebeam,cantileverbeamandthelikewithexternalwallsandcolumns,erectionoperationplatformandsafetynet.Thebindingofthereinforcingbarofthesuspendedbeammustbeoperatedonthescaffoldoroperation
59、platformofthefootscaffold.Three,bindingcolumnandwallreinforcement,shallnotstandonthesteelskeletonorclimbingskeletonupanddown.Columnreinforcementwithin3Mcanbetiedonthegroundorontheflooranderectedintegrally.Strappingofcolumnreinforcementover3mshallbeprovidedwithoperationplatform.Article 4.2.6 suspendedoperationsinconcretecastingmustcomplywi
