1、.大中桥明挖基础施工工艺流程大中桥明挖基础施工工艺流程大中桥明挖基础施工工艺流程后 张 法 预 制 T 梁 (30m)钢绞线张拉伸长量计算书XX高速公路XX标后张法预制T梁钢绞线张拉伸长量计算XX南互通板梁预制厂位于XX南互通区内,占地23亩。预制厂内设26个后张法T梁台座,负责生产302片T梁。所有T梁均采用C50砼浇筑。预应力钢绞线采用GB/T5224-2003标准的高强低松弛15.2mm预应力钢绞线。钢绞线标准强度=1860Mpa。所有预应力钢绞线采用张拉和伸长值双控张拉施工,张拉控制应力按设计施工图正弯矩采用=0.73×=0.73×1860 Mpa=1357.8 M

2、pa。根据天津市市政公路材料试验管理局试验中心的检测结果,我部进场的钢绞线弹性模量为=1.95×105Mpa,单根公称截面积为Ay=1357.8×103×140×10-6=190.09KN。T梁的张拉施工工艺及计算数据如下。一、 张拉施工工艺及程序:根据公路桥涵施工技术规范和设计图纸规定,张拉施工控制采用张拉和伸长值双控方式很圆锚整体张拉、扁锚单根张拉的施工工艺。张拉施工程序如下:低松弛预应力钢绞线0初应力(持荷两分钟)锚固,即用两个150t千斤顶两端同时张拉,初应力为的10%,此时的伸长值为,其值采用相邻级的伸长值。控制张拉应为=0.73×=

3、0.73×1860 Mpa=1357.8 Mpa即为末张的应力值。其中伸长值=,为开始至初张的伸长量,为初张至末张间的伸长量。张拉完毕后,与计算伸长值比较,其伸长值误差不应超过6%,否则应停止张拉,查明原因。二、 计算参数:1、15.2钢绞线的弹性模量:=1.95×105Mpa2、15.2钢绞线的张拉控制应力:正弯矩:=0.73×=0.73×1860 Mpa=1357.8 Mpa3、孔道摩阻系数:=0.254、孔道每米局部偏差对摩擦的影响系数:k=0.0015三、 张拉伸长量计算:1、 计算公式: 式中: P····
