(pose the question to Ss and give them time to think.) Im fishing. (write fishing on the board.) Pantomime sleeping snore loudly. T: what am I doing?

Play the tape and have Ss point to the pictures. T: lets listen again and repeat. Play the tape, pausing after each sente

5、nce to have Ss repeat. Ask Ss comprehension questions, e.g. what are Tony and jenny doing (point to picture 4.) Extension activity TB p.96 Vocabulary Getting ready put picture cards 49-56 up on the board. Also bring in regalia, e.g. a ball, board, to introduce the new words. Hold up a ball and play

6、catch with a student. T: we are playing. (show Ss the picture card.) playing. Repeat.Ss: playing. Continue with the other cards. Using the book T: open your books. Listen to the tape and repeat. Point to each picture as you say it . Play the tape and have Ss repeat each word. After Ss have all the words, point to picture cards at random
