水稳层施工总结

1、水泥稳定碎石基层试铺总结报告本次试铺于2007年5月2日上午8: 00开始拌料，工地现场8:40开始摊铺，试铺开始后，各施工人员、机械手各就各位，严格按照试铺报告上的施工工艺进行生产及施工，通过本次试铺我们发 现了一些不足，让我标施工中存在的不足之处得以显现，为我标更 加合理的调整机械组合、改进施工工艺、前后场协调方面提供了有 力的依据，使我们后续大面积水稳顺利施工得以保证。具体情况如 下：一、试铺路段时间：2007年5月2日；地点：K18+173-K18+360 左幅，长度 187m。二、施工机械设备机械组合：主要机械有500型拌和楼一座，摊铺机两台（徐工）戴纳派克602两台，胶轮一台。详见

2、主要机械一览表。三、现场组织方式职务姓名电话现场总负责人刘强现场施工负责人陈新刚拌和场负责人单以刚现场技术员宋亚鹏、刘邦富测量员刘法、刘帮元试验员陆道根、刘亚涛崔佳富机械手20人其它工人15人四、施工准备情况:1、下承层的检测：对二灰土高程、轴线偏位、横坡、压实度、弯 沉检测均合格。2、原材料：水泥采用无锡东湖塘水泥厂恒安P O32.5级缓凝水泥，各项技术指标均符合要求。 集料：产地为宜兴张渚，1#料为9.5 31.5mm、2#料为4.759.5mm、3#料为04.75mm,各集料级配、 压碎值、针片状含量等符合要求。3、配合比采用东南大学试验配合比（详见配合比报告），由东大 老师根据现场情况

3、相应调整了集料比 1#: 2#: 3#为35: 44: 21。最 佳含水量为5%,水泥：集料为4.6: 95.4。五、施工工艺：1、清理现场及铺前洒水湿润底基层。2、高程控制：摊铺机摊铺高程严格按铺前会同监理人员测好的钢 丝线控制，只控制两侧高程，两摊铺机间高程由横坡调整，高程能达 到设计要求（见测量记录表）。3、拌和楼质量控制：每天开始搅拌前，检查场内各处集料的含水 量，计算当天的配合比，外加水与天然含水量的总和要比最佳含水量 略高。搅拌后，出料时要取样检查是否符合设计配合比，进行正式生产之后，每12小时检查一次拌和情况，抽检其配比、含水量是否 变化。高温作业时，早晚与中午的含水量要有区别，

4、要按温度变化及 时调整。4、碾压工艺：待摊铺好一定长度时开始碾压，先用戴纳派克前进静压、后退小振1遍前进、后退小振1遍前进、后退大振4 遍，最后用三轮收光，经检测压实度完全符合设计要求(设计为98%, 见试验记录)。碾压注意事项如下：(1)用振动压路机和轮胎压路机进行碾压，一次碾压长度一般为 2030 m。碾压段落层次分明，设置明显的分界标志，有监理旁站。(2)稳压要充分，振压不起浪、不推移。先稳压 f开始轻振动 碾压一再重振动碾压 f 最后胶轮稳压，压至无轮迹为止。碾压完成 后用灌砂法检测压实度。(3)压路机碾压时应重叠1/2轮宽。(4)压路机倒车换挡要轻且平顺，不要拉动基层，在第一遍初步

5、稳压时，倒车后尽量原路返回，换挡位置在已压好的段落上，在未碾 压的一头换挡倒车位置错开，要成齿状，出现个别拥包时，配专职工 人进行铲平处理。(5)压路机碾压行驶速度，第12遍为1.51.7 km/h,以后各遍 为 1.82.2 km/h。(6)压路机停车要错开，而且离开 3m远，停在已碾压好的路段 上，以免破坏基层结构。(7)严禁压路机在已完成的或正在碾压的路段上调头和急刹车，ocusing onways and means of improving a nd upgra ding w ork,further devel opment of "three tosplit".

16、 nt以保证水泥稳定碎石层表面不受破坏。(8) 碾压必须达到要求的压实度，同时没有明显的轮迹。6 、纵缝的处理：水稳基层每侧分两幅施工，采用两台摊铺机前后梯形施工，两摊铺机相距10-15 米，前一幅全宽内碾压密实，在后一幅拌和时，将相邻的前幅边部约30CMf接拌和，整平后一起碾压密实。7、养生及交通管制：(1) 每一段碾压完成后立即开始养生，并同时进行压实度检查。(2) 养生方法：用土工布覆盖在碾压完成的基层顶面。覆盖2 小时后，再用洒水车洒水。在7 天内保持基层处于湿润状态， 28 天正常养护。上一层路面结构施工时方可移走覆盖物，养生期间定期洒水。养生结束后，必须将覆盖物清除干净。(3) 用

17、洒水车洒水养生时，洒水车的喷头要用喷雾式，不得用高压式喷管，以免破坏基层结构，每天洒水次数视天气而定，整个养生期间应始终保持水泥稳定碎石表面湿润。(4) 基层养生期不少于7 天。 (5) 养生期间封闭交通，两侧设立交通警示、警告标志，并设专人看守。六、施工存在问题及整改情况：前场：1、 两摊铺机中间高程控制，在试铺报告中是用钢丝线控制高程，而试铺时为便于实际操作，只在边线用钢丝控制高程，中间用摊铺机横坡控制高程，在摊铺碾压完成后，经检测该方法是可行的，高程误差符合规范要求。(见测量记录表)2、 压路机碾压时间掌握不到位，以至个别段碾压接头处表面干燥，ocusing onways and mea

28、g ht,speed up a dvance industryPark,effectivoptimization park e nvironme nt导致表面出现有松散现象；并且在碾压时不规范，碾压时起、停速度过快，拐弯角度太小。在试铺后我部已召开了机械手专题会议，加强机械手的培训、教育，如在碾压过程中发现接头处表面干燥，将用洒水壶均匀洒水过后再进行碾压。3、现场物资准备不足，如浇水壶(用于表面干燥处洒水)，现已备齐。后场：1、装载机运料能力偏小、试铺时后场采用3 台 3.0 装载机，运料能力明显偏小，不能满足拌和楼生产需要，大面积施工后，料场采用 2 台 3.0装载机和2台 5.0装载机运料

29、以保证供料。2、拌和楼出料速度不够稳定，由于拌和现场场地不够宽敞，施工机械、运输车辆很多，以至现场运输车辆停放位置过乱，车辆运转速度太慢。现已重新布置停放车辆位置，在大面积施工时将安排专人指挥车辆停放及车辆进出。试验：1、灰计量、含水量项目部安排专职试验人员在后场，对拌和场出料每1 小时对灰计量及含水量进行检测、监控。2、压实度振动压路机大振2 片过后， 每大振一次，试验室人员立即进行压压实度检测，根据检测结果，压路机大振四遍，能够满足设计要求压实度达到98%(见压实度实验记录表)nd improve i dle la nd ofutilizati on,reala chieve denvir
