26、前应在引风机房顶用=20mm的钢板10张制作屋架拼接平台，将屋架拼接完毕，拼接接头处刷油。3.3、吊装前应将柱头上屋架埋件标高用垫铁找出，找平，轴线应用经纬仪及钢卷尺将纵、横轴线全部弹出。3.4、屋架吊装前应将屋架2.5m高处绑扎一道钢管，用于加强屋架的刚度。防止在吊装过程中扭曲、变形。示意图如下：3.5、吊装用钢管横吊梁制作完毕，示意图如下3.6、钢丝绳套采用插绳成套，插绳长度20d（19.520=390mm）。3.7、横吊梁上钢丝绳采用45角、长度为两根4.5米。钢丝绳选用：F=0.78G=0.783.4=2.65tFg=26.5KNK=6=0.82Fg=Fg K/=26.56/0.82=

28、架慢慢顺进，使杆头位置到2/3轴时，边转杆边出杆边起钩使的屋架底超30.3m且对准柱顶，缓慢落钩，并在屋架底座刚接触柱顶时立即刹时进行对线共作。对好线时即做临时固定，并同时进行垂直度校正和最后固定。在就位和从拄中顺进行时必须用溜绳拉住，以方便就位及防止屋架打转，碰撞。4.2、当屋架第一榀吊装就位后应将屋架与抗风柱用连接板连接焊牢，第二榀就位后将安装螺栓拧适中，塔吊配合开始吊装水平、竖向支撑、拉杆，边安装边矫正屋架的弯曲及垂直度，屋架的弯曲及垂直均调整好，支撑等安装完后，屋架做最后固定，同时吊车可以摘钩，剩余屋架依次接上顺序吊装4.3施工焊接避免在屋架一侧同时进行，应在两侧交叉施焊。五、安全要求
