AM100-A系列通用调试命令手册

1、AM100-A系列通用调试命令手册（内部手册，注意保密）AM100-A项目部2002/8/271. 适用范围大唐高鸿公司AM100-A系列相关研发人员、公司内部售后服务工程师。2. 通用测试命令通用测试命令均在目录managementtest下。2.1 server（loadserver）Ø 适用版本：a8,a16,a16pro各版本Ø Telnet: 不可用Ø 功能：在线升级版本GH_AM100A:ManagementTest> loadservernow you can load the new program.在目标机上执行loadserver命令，当

2、输出显示以上提示信息后，启动loadclient将新版本程序（.bin文件）传送到目标机。如果程序传送成功，将依次输出显示以下信息：the file is received successfully,now begin to erase the flash, please wait.erasing the flash ok, now begin to write the flash, please wait.writing flash ok, now begin to test the flash.testing the flash ok, now you can reset the syst

3、em.此时可执行reset命令进行软复位，目标机重启后即运行升级后的新版本程序。2.2 resetØ 适用版本：a8,a16,a16pro各版本Ø Telnet: 不可用Ø 功能：复位设备GH_AM100A:ManagementTest> reset执行该命令后，设备重新启动。2.3 bk（backup）Ø 适用版本：a8,a16,a16pro各版本Ø Telnet: 不可用Ø 功能：擦除flash中存储的数据GH_AM100A:ManagementTest> bkRenew Flash: Input the Block

4、No.(0:all block; 116: single block): 0Operation Mode: (0: Erase Flash Only; 1: Erase Flash and Backup Data): 0执行bk命令，控制台显示以上提示信息时，均输入选项0，即可擦除flash中存储的业务数据。2.4 eraseuserØ 适用版本：a8110及以上版本,a16,a16pro各版本Ø Telnet: 可用Ø 功能：擦除flash中存储的用户数据GH_AM100A:ManagementTest> eraseuser该命令用于解决设备启动后用户无法

5、登录的故障。若设备启动时从flash中恢复的用户数据出错，可能造成用任何用户均无法登录的情况。此时可使用gh_am100a用户登录，口令为gh100，登录成功后到ManagementTest目录下运行eraseruser命令，对存储用户数据的flash区域进行擦除，擦除成功后执行reset命令，设备重启以后就可以用root用户命令进行登录了。但此时以前添加或修改的用户信息已丢失，应使用用户管理目录下的命令重新添加用户信息，然后这些信息就能够存储在flash中了。2.5 versionØ 适用版本：a8,a16,a16pro各版本Ø Telnet: 可用Ø 功能：查
