1、IBM 共享大学研究项目(SUR 2010)邀请函尊敬的领导和教授：共享大学研究（SUR: Shared University Research）项目是IBM公司面向全球一流高校的联合研究资助型项目，旨在加强IBM公司同全球知名专家学者之间的技术合作伙伴关系，推动双方共同感兴趣的领域中的联合研究。每年全球约有 50 所高校获得此资助。自2000年该项目引入中国以来，IBM公司已经通过设备资金捐赠、联合研究的方式和国内20余所重点高校建立了研究合作关系，共同开展了100多个研究项目，研究覆盖智慧地球、服务科学、绿色技术、云计算、电子商务、远程教育、高性能计算、无线技术、网格计算和生命科学等多个领

2、域。SUR联合研究项目的实施方式概括为16字：公司捐赠、学校配套、研究交流、协同管理。IBM公司将从全球相关高校的若干专家学者所提交的项目方案书中，根据项目自身的技术价值、创新性、可行性和适用性，以及申请项目是否具有多方合作等方面，结合IBM公司的指导方向，审核选择出合适的项目确立为合作项目。对确立的合作项目，IBM公司将捐赠研究项目所需的部分硬件、资金、技术支持；立项所在的大学应配套相应比例的经费购买软硬件，两部分共同构成项目研究所需资源。IBM公司将协同高校对联合研究项目进行管理和项目进度的审查，目的是为保障项目的顺利实施并同高校进行良好的沟通，增强双方的协作关系和技术交流。2009年SU
