22、格、本厂编号等内容,移植完成并核对无误后方可切割下料。1、 The mach ining is for the weld ing groove of the A & B typeweldi ng seam, if using the plasma or blaze cutt in g, it shall begrinded、A、B焊缝得坡口应尽可能采用机械加工,如采用等离子或火焰切割,则必须将氧化层用砂轮打磨至呈金属光泽为止。2、The p lasma or blaze cutt ing for the C & D type weld ing seamcan be used, but it s

39、l be done for welds、焊缝进行PMI检验。Pr essure test压力试验1、 ASME Code SectionVIII, Divisio n 1ASME规范第VIII卷1分2、 The approved draw ing确认得施工图纸3、Approved Pr essure testprocedures压力试验程序1、Chloride content in water for pr essure test should not exceed 25ppm、 And assured to use De-min eralised water、液压试验时水中氯离子含量不超过2

40、5ppm,且保证试验用水为去除矿物质得水。2、At the hydrostatic pr essure test, the pr essure shall be hold for 2 hours Duri ng the test, the pr essure shall be de-creased in minimum one time below the allowable work ing pr essure andin creased aga in to the test pr essure In each case the insp ector or the OP represe nt
