5、 出访入境时遇到盘问该如何回答员工因商务短期出国，在入境国遇到被访国官员盘问出访目的等问题时，应注意正确回答，否则会因回答不妥而被遣返,在此特别提醒每位准备出访的员工注意：1、在拿到出国签证时首先确认自已是申请的哪种类型：短期商务签证、工作签证（或工程签证）。2、如确认是短期商务签证：在入境国被官员问及出国目的时，应以邀请函（邀请函在出国时应随身携带）上 的出访理由为准回答，邀请函上的出访理由通常应该是参加会议、商务洽谈、参加展览、短期技术交流等短期访问。千万不可回答为“工作”，不可带有“work,working"等字眼，不然所持的商务签证与出访目的不符，即会被拒绝入境而被遣返。3、

6、只有在确认本人所持的签证是工作签证或工程签证时（此类签证按法律规定允许在目的国工作或参与某项工程的实施），出访人才可向入境国官员答复出访目的为“工作”。 4、我司很多员工出访的主要任务是技术交流、测试及安装设备等，此类任务按国际惯例均属于“工作签证”的范畴，但办理工作签证需向当地国政府申请并受指标的限制，如员工不属于公司长期派驻海外代表处工作的人员则一律申办“短期商务签证”出境。所以，持短期商务签证、负责技术交流、测试或安装设备的人员在入境遇到官员盘问入境目的时均不能如实回答为“测试、安装”等，最好回答为“技术谈判、技术交流”等，并在出国前与邀请单位电话联系统一出访目的的口径，以便入境国官员核

7、实情况。² 出入境手续小常识1. 无论出入哪个国家，都要填写出入境卡。通过边防时，将出入境卡连同护照、签证一起交给边防人员。2. 边防检查。要求填写出入境登记卡，交验护照、检查签证。3. 海关检查。海关一般询问是否有申报物品。必要时海关有权开箱检查所带物品。4. 安全检查。禁止携带武器、利器、易燃易爆物品等。5. 检疫。为防止某些传染病的流行，各国都有到本国旅游而需要预防接种的规定。6. 归国检查。旅行结束后离开本国时，持本人护照、处境卡和登记卡过海关。附例：入境单填写1. Mode of travel (交通方式）Flight No.(航班号)Car/bus reg. noTrai

11、（有没有在任何国家的犯罪前科）选择 NO10. Signature of declarant(填写者签字）Signature of officers（海关人员签字）签名签名² 什么是护照护照是一个国家的公民出入本国国境和到国外旅行或居留时, 由本国发给的一种证明该公民国籍和身份的合法证件。护照一词在英文中是口岸通行证的意思。也就是说, 护照是公民旅行通过各国国际口岸的一种通行证明。所以, 世界上一些国家通常也颁发代替护照的通行证件。² 护照的种类目前世界上大多数国家颁发的护照, 一般可分为外交护照、公务护照和普通护照三种个别国家只发一种护照(如英国)；少数国家发两种护照(如

12、印度和巴基斯坦等)；也有的国家发四五种护照(如美国和法国等)。我国政府颁发三种护照, 即外交护照、公务护照和普通护照。我国的普通护照又分为因公普通护照和因私普通护照两种。 ² 如何保管护照出国前最好先复印一份护照页和签证页 持照人在取得前往国家的签证之前,最好将护照放在家中妥善的地方保管,不必要总是带在身上。在取得前往国家的签证之后,护照的”身价”可以说是很高的。国际上专门偷窃护照的集团和扒手,把护照看得比钱更贵重,他们或者贩卖护照赚大钱,或者利用护照作掩护,从事各种非法活动。因此,持照人一定要妥为保管,尤其是通过海关,踏上赴国外的行程之后,更要百倍警惕。这时,最好随身携带好自己的护

13、照,不要一会儿放在这个兜内,一会儿放在另一个包中,更不要放在行李包裹内。一般的经验是放在贴身内衣的口袋中比较保险,这样不但可防止万一发生意外,也使自己取用方便。 ² 有了护照才能办签证护照拿到手以后是否就可准备出国(境)了呢? 可以这样说,领取到出国护照只是办理出国(境)手续的第一步。第二步,也可以说是十分关键的一步,是持本人护照和有关证件材料到前往国家(地区)的使(领)馆申办出国签证。也就是说，护照只有在办了外国签证后才能成为有效的出国证件，申请办理签证的护照有效期必须在六个月以上，同时护照必须有完整的签证页，否则外国使领馆不予受理签证申请。公民在国际间往来, 必须持有办理好前往国

14、的有效签证, 才能离开本国国境，进入前往国家或地区。再办妥出国签证后,办理国际预防接种证书,购买机票等。上述三步走完之后,才可踏上出国(境)之路。 三、乘飞机-Where can I get flight information? 我在那里可以得到航班信息？-Where can I get a luggage cart? 到哪里找到行李推车？-Which counter should I go for checking in? 我到哪个柜台办理登记手续？-What time will boarding start? 什么时候可以登机？-Where is gate 20? 20号登机口在那里？-

22、ticks筷子 附：西餐礼仪小常识1、 吃西餐时，由外侧往内侧取用刀叉，要左手持叉，右手持刀；切东西用左手拿叉按住食物，右手持刀将其锯切成小块，然后用叉子送入口中。使用刀时，刀刃不可向外；进餐中放下刀叉时，应摆成“八”字形，分别放在餐盘两边。刀刃朝向自身，表示还要继续吃。每吃完一道菜，将刀叉并拢放在盘中。2、 谈话时，可以拿着刀叉，无需放下。不用刀时，也可用右手持叉。但若需要做手势时，就应放下刀叉，千万不可手持刀叉在空中挥舞摇晃；也不要一手拿刀或叉，而另一只手拿餐巾擦嘴；也不可一手拿着酒杯，另一只手拿着叉取菜。要记住，任何时候都不可将刀叉的一端放在盘子上，另一端放在桌上。每次送入口中的食物不宜

23、过多，在咀嚼时不要说话，更不可主动与人谈话。3、 喝汤时不要啜，吃东西时要闭嘴咀嚼。不要舔嘴唇或咂嘴发出声音。如汤菜过热，可待稍凉后再吃，不要用嘴吹。喝汤时，用汤勺从里向外舀，汤盘中的汤快要喝完时，用左手将汤盘的外侧稍稍翘起，用汤勺舀净即可。吃完汤菜时，将汤匙留在堂盘（碗）中，匙把指向自己。4、 吃鱼、肉等带刺或骨的菜肴时，不要直接外吐，可用餐巾捂嘴轻轻吐在叉上放入盘内。吃鸡时，欧美人多以鸡胸脯肉为贵。吃鸡腿时应先用力将骨去掉，不要用手拿着吃。吃鱼时不要将鱼翻身，要吃完上层后用刀叉将鱼骨剔掉后再吃。吃下层肉时，要切成一块吃一块，决不能切得过大，或一次将肉都切成块。5、 盘内剩余少量菜肴时，不要

24、用叉子刮盘底，更不要用手指相助食用，应以小块面包或叉子相助食用。吃面条时要用叉子先将面条卷起，然后送入口中。6、 面包一般掰成小块送入口中，不要拿着整块面包去咬。抹黄油和果酱时也要先将面包掰成小块再抹。7、 取食时不要站立起来，坐着拿不到的食物应请别人传递。就餐时不可狼吞虎咽。对自己不愿吃的食物也应要一点放在盘中，以示礼貌。有时主人劝客人添菜，如有胃口，添菜不算失礼，相反主人会引以为荣。8、 不可在进餐时中途退席。如有事确需离开应向左右的客人小声打招呼。9、 饮酒干杯时，即使不喝，也应该将杯口在唇上碰一碰，以示敬意。当别人为你斟酒时，如不要，可简单地说一声“不，谢谢！”或以手稍盖酒杯，表示谢绝

25、。10、吃水果时，不要拿着水果整个去咬，应先用水果刀切成四瓣或六瓣，再用刀去掉皮、核，用叉子叉着吃。11、喝咖啡时，如愿意添加牛奶或糖，添加后要用小勺搅拌均匀，将小勺放在咖啡的垫碟上。喝时应右手拿杯把，左手端垫碟，直接用嘴喝，不要用小勺一勺一勺地舀着喝。12、不可在餐桌边化妆，用餐巾擦鼻涕。用餐时打嗝是最大的禁忌，万一发生此种情况，应立即向周围的人道歉。13、点选餐酒时，一般主菜若是肉类应搭配红酒，鱼类则搭配白酒。先用眼睛观察酒液的颜色，然后微微举起酒杯，轻轻打圈摇晃，留意酒中是否清澈无杂质。之后就要用鼻子去感受酒香。14、喝酒的方法。喝酒时绝对不能吸着喝，而是倾斜酒杯，像是将酒放在舌头上似的
