YL、YLKK系列(6kV)中型立式三相异步电动机样本

1、仅供个人参考YL、YLKK系列中型高压三相异步电动机（机座号 355-630）的功率等级、电气性能和安装 尺寸及公差均符合国家标准 GB755旋转电机定额和性能、国际电工委员会标准IEC34-1旋转 电机定额和性能和机械行业标准 JB/T7593、JB/T10315.1、JB/T10315.2等。本系列电动机的外壳防护等级根据 GB4942.1和IEC34-5旋转电机外壳防护等级的标准 分别有IP23、IP44和IP54四种。电动机采用国际上流行的箱式结构，机座和端盖均由钢板焊接而成，刚度好、重量轻。定子采用外压装结构。定子绕组采用 F级绝缘材料和防晕材料，绕组端部固定采用特殊绑扎 工艺、牢固

2、可靠，整个定子采用真空压力浸漆 F级无溶剂漆（VPI）处理。由此，电动机具有优 良可靠的绝缘性能和防潮、抗冲击能力。本系列电动机鼠笼转子有铸铝和铜条两种。铸铝转子由纯铝浇铸而成，无转子断条现象，使 用可靠；电动机转子采用铜笼转子时转子导条与端环采用中频焊接，且转子铜条经槽内紧固工艺 处理，因而具有较高的可靠性。YL、YLKK Series,medium size high Voltage,three-phase asynchronous motors(Frame No.355-630) mounting demensions and tolerance are coincident with

4、EC34-5 Rotating electricmotor outer cover protective grade standard,there are four grades ie IP23 IP44 and IP54.The construction of these series is a world wide current tank shape.the motors grame is made of steel plate and welded into a form,thus the rigidiy is good and with a light weight.The stat

5、or with outer-press-assembly structure is adopted.stator is made of F-grade insulation and electric-crown proof material,a special banding technology is used for winding end part fastening.the whole stator is treated by VPI with F grade solution technology.by this means motor will possess good and r
