1、 多囊卵巢综合征论文：加减滋肾生肝饮治疗肝经郁火型青春期多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究【中文摘要】本研究为运用中医古方滋肾生肝饮加减治疗肝经郁火型青春期多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究。经中药治疗,通过比较治疗前后患者的月经、中医症候等临床症状,以及性激素、B超等实验室检查指标变化,探讨加减滋肾生肝饮治疗肝经郁火型青春期多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效,并阐明性激素结合球蛋白与青春期多囊卵巢综合征发病机制之间的关系。方法：42例证属肝经郁火型青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者,服用中药“滋肾生肝饮”加减方,3月为一个疗程。在治疗前及治疗3个月后,于月经第3天采集空腹静脉血,测定血清性激素结合球蛋白（SHBG）、睾酮（T）、黄

2、体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）等,并观察月经、中医症候、体重、基础体温（BBT）等变化。结果：中药加减滋肾生肝饮治疗肝经郁火型青春期PCOS患者42例,总有效率为64.29%。治疗后月经评分较前下降41.32%,中医症候评分较前下降51.72%,统计学差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。性激素水平、基础体温（BBT）、体重指数（BMI）等方面也疗效显著（P<0.05）结论：通过本研究,证实加减滋肾生肝饮能明显改善肝经郁火型青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床症状,临床应用无明显副反应,值得进一步研究和推广。其作用机制可能为通过降低体内T水平、调节脂代谢,促进SHBG与
