10、延迟焙烘法和成衣整理等三种工艺，具体用法和用量根据织物情况而定。1 工艺配方：工艺设计中使无甲醛免烫整理剂SRD787与催化剂NP756之比为2：1。(以轧液率为6080%为例：推荐配方：免烫剂SRD787NEW 180g/L催化剂NP756 50g/L柔软剂 40g/L2 工作液的配制：先加入3/5的水(80左右，搅拌加入无甲醛免烫整理剂SRD787NEW，再加入催化剂NP756，搅拌均匀，加入1/5的冷水冷却至室温，最后加入柔软剂和剩余的冷水并搅拌均匀。3 工艺流程：（1） 预焙烘（pre-cure）：织物（布面pH值=6.57）浸轧整理溶液（轧余率6080%，液温：室温）烘干（80100

11、）焙烘（160×3min或150×6min）成品注意事项: 织布最好经过水洗，使布面干净，干湿度一致，不带碱。 烘干最好是热风烘干，如果用烘桶烘干时，开始几只烘桶不宜过烫，以免泳移、结壳、手感发硬。 焙烘温度和时间由织物的厚度和密度决定。如焙烘温度160时，焙烘时间：32支以上的纯棉织物150180秒，21支32支纯棉织物160秒210秒，21支以下的纯棉织物180240秒。（2） 延迟（后）焙烘（post-cure）:织物浸轧整理液烘至规定的含湿量打卷（外面包塑料薄膜，防止运输或放置过程中失去水分）裁剪成衣高温压烫（175185压烫3040秒，按要求使平整或产生褶缝）焙烘房焙烘（160×36min；或150×612min，或140×1230min焙烘时间由织物的厚度、密度决定）优点：织物平整，尺寸稳定，能产生耐久褶缝，缝线处可能起皱，但极少。缺点：服装焙烘成本高。打卷后的织物在运输、制衣前的放置过程中易发生早定形，导致布卷中已存在的皱纹难以去除以及压烫形成的褶缝保持能力差。（3） 成衣
