Bin life less 1 year.使用方法无甲醛免烫整理剂SRD787NEW处理织物的方法通常有预焙烘法、

10、延迟焙烘法和成衣整理等三种工艺,具体用法和用量根据织物情况而定。1 工艺配方:工艺设计中使无甲醛免烫整理剂SRD787与催化剂NP756之比为2:1。(以轧液率为6080%为例:推荐配方:免烫剂SRD787NEW 180g/L催化剂NP756 50g/L柔软剂 40g/L2 工作液的配制:先加入3/5的水(80左右,搅拌加入无甲醛免烫整理剂SRD787NEW,再加入催化剂NP756,搅拌均匀,加入1/5的冷水冷却至室温,最后加入柔软剂和剩余的冷水并搅拌均匀。3 工艺流程:(1) 预焙烘(pre-cure):织物(布面pH值=6.57)浸轧整理溶液(轧余率6080%,液温:室温)烘干(80100

11、)焙烘(160×3min或150×6min)成品注意事项: 织布最好经过水洗,使布面干净,干湿度一致,不带碱。 烘干最好是热风烘干,如果用烘桶烘干时,开始几只烘桶不宜过烫,以免泳移、结壳、手感发硬。 焙烘温度和时间由织物的厚度和密度决定。如焙烘温度160时,焙烘时间:32支以上的纯棉织物150180秒,21支32支纯棉织物160秒210秒,21支以下的纯棉织物180240秒。(2) 延迟(后)焙烘(post-cure):织物浸轧整理液烘至规定的含湿量打卷(外面包塑料薄膜,防止运输或放置过程中失去水分)裁剪成衣高温压烫(175185压烫3040秒,按要求使平整或产生褶缝)焙烘房焙烘(160×36min;或150×612min,或140×1230min焙烘时间由织物的厚度、密度决定)优点:织物平整,尺寸稳定,能产生耐久褶缝,缝线处可能起皱,但极少。缺点:服装焙烘成本高。打卷后的织物在运输、制衣前的放置过程中易发生早定形,导致布卷中已存在的皱纹难以去除以及压烫形成的褶缝保持能力差。(3) 成衣
