Meaning: The computer is the only thing that is given the right to sell tickets for the plane.the only one

Meaning: So when the computer doesnt work, you dont work either because of the computer.it = the computergo down: fail (to work)My business has been going down recently. go down with: catch (an infectious di

28、sease) Many students have gone down with the flu. 8. Thats very good, sir. I havent heard it put that way before. Meaning: How well youve put it, sir. I havent heard such an expression before. Here the word it refers to the expression So when it goes down, you go down with it. 9. There is no way we

29、can find out without asking the computer, and since its down it wont answer us. Meaning: If we dont ask the computer, it is impossible to know how long it will be down, and since it doesnt work, it cant tell us.Notice: The expression no way is used when one wants to express strong refusal or opposit

Meaning: I am not sure whether we have a backup computer when the main computer goes down. it = whether we
