3、emove the waterweed and domestic wastes from the pump suction for direct water supply and ensure the safe operation of the direct water supply pump.2 旋转滤网是符合中华人民共和国电力行业标准(DL/T 458-1999)的正面进水全框架板框式旋转滤网，主要由以下部件组成: 传动装置、安全保护装置、链轮传动系统、上部机架钢结构和罩壳、冲洗水管系统、框架与导轨、链条与网板、链板延伸报警装置、就地电气控制箱(液位计)、各种连接附件。它是以当今较为流行的

4、D-SB2000典型设计为基础，结合近年引进设备结构特点，听取旋转滤网使用单位检修、运行经验以及有关大区电力设计院水工专家的建议后，对此进行特别设计的成果。Travelling Screen satisfying P. R. C electrical industry standard DL/T 458-1999 is of complete framed rotary strainer with water coming from front side and consists of the following parts: transmission device, security pro

5、tection device, chain wheel transmission system, upper steel frame and hood, flushing piping, frame and guide rail, chain and screen plate, chain plate extension alarm device, local electrical control box (level gauge) and other accessories. It is the result of design on the basis of currently typic

6、al D-SB2000 and structural features of imported equipment in recent years as well as the operation and maintenance experience from the Travelling Screen users and the commendations from electrical power design institute and hydraulic expert.3 旋转滤网的结构特点有:Structural features of Travelling Screen:1、卧式摆

27、rts and structure of Travelling Screen will function as following:a. 上部机架(见图<二>)是旋转滤网的链轮传动系统(见图<三>), 冲洗水管系统(见图<四>),安全保护系统, 电机和摆线针轮减速器的安装支架和上部框架连接之用。它主要有冷弯型材和平板焊接而成。Upper Rack (See Fig. 2) is of a mounting structure to receive the chain wheel transmission system (see Fig. 3), flushi

28、ng piping system (see Fig. 4), security protection system, mounting support of motor and cycloid pin wheel reducer and upper frame. Upper rack is fabricated by welding of cold-bend shaped steel and plate.b. 链轮传动系统(见图<三>)是实现旋转滤网网板运行的动力装置, 由一根主轴,两个6牙链轮, 两个主轴承座, 一个传动大链轮,调节把手和调节拉杆组成。传动大链轮将来自电机减速机的

30、r to accomplish the operation of Travelling Screen screen plate and is composed of a main axis, two roller cones, tow main bearing seats , a transmitting large chain wheel, regulator handle and regulator tie bar. Transmitting large chain wheel will transmit the moment from motor reducer via main axi

31、s to two roller cones, which will rotate chain and screen plate (see Fig. 5). Two main bearing seats will be bolted to upper rack by a plate. Regulator tie bar and regulator handle will accomplish the position regulation of chain wheel transmission system.c. 冲洗水管系统(见图<四>)由两根钢管,法兰,若干喷嘴组成。安装在上部机

32、架上并将喷嘴对着链板上升侧,来自冲洗水泵的高压水通过钢管和喷嘴, 冲洗上升侧链板上的垃圾,清洁网板,防止网板孔口被堵塞。Flushing piping system (see Fig. 4) is of two steel pipe plus flange and nozzle. Flushing piping will be mounted at the upper rack with nozzle aiming at the ascending side of chain plate. Steel pipe will carry the high pressure water from f

33、lushing pump and via nozzle flush the waste off the chain plate ascending side to keep the screen plate clean and prevent screen perforation blockage.d. 链条与网板组件(见图<五>)由内外链节链板和网板组件,侧封板通过螺栓与内外链节内链板连结而成(见图<六>)。网板的中部增加一个导向和支撑用滚轮, 网板上的网丝起到过滤作用,内凹的网板框架则将垃圾带上并被高压水冲洗掉Chain and screen plate assem

An additional guide and supporting wheel will be provided at the middle of screen plate. Wire mesh on screen

38、ifference）f. 链条伸长报警装置(见图<七>)其动作原理为：当链条伸长后，在导轨内发生打折现象，图示滚轮在直导轨与弧形导轨相接处偏离原运行轨道，压迫转块，产生图示方向转动，拉动拉杆，使之触动行程开关闭合，信号送到电气回路，停止电机运行，并发出声光警报。Chain extension alarming system (see Fig 7) will operate as per the following principle: when chain extends and overlapping occurs in guide rail, as Fig shown, rol

45、当处理。Check water chamber and foundation dimensions against Travelling Screen foundation DWG before installation and do necessary treatment in case of error.2. 安装上部机架(见附图<二>)时，应使其底座与基础用楔形垫铁校正水平，找正中心位置后，再上紧地脚螺栓。For upper rack (see Fig. 2) installation, rack base shall be leveled by inserting wedg

46、e between base and foundation. Align the upper rack center before tighten the anchor bolts.3. 分段组装工作链板(见附图<六>)，将滚轮内外链条板通过滚轮轴和销,开口销连结(应注意滚轮轴和销朝向外侧) ，一般610节为一组，用吊车将链板装入链轮，依次进行，直到链板构成封闭链环为止，在装另一侧链板时，应注意两侧链节的对应关系，即内链板对内链板，外链板对外链板。Assemble working chain plate (see Fig. 6) in sections and connect th

47、e roller and extern/internal chain plate by roller axis and pin and open pin (Roller axis and pin shall face externally.) . Usually 6 to 10 links form a section. Lift the chain plate by crane and put into chain wheel. Repeat above sequence till chain plate forms an enclosed chain loop. Fro chain pla

48、te installation at another side, please pay attention to the responding position of chain link at both side. Namely, internal chain plate at one side shall be responding to internal chain plate at the other side and external chain plate at one side shall be responding to external chain plate at the

53、器弹簧指针。Set spring needle of chain plate tension contactor.8. 接通电源，人控点动试转12周，如无故障，可连续试运转。Energize and inch by manual for one or two round. If no default found, proceed with test running.9. 安装大罩壳，检查联接螺栓，锁紧螺母，加注润滑油等，接通冲洗水源，打开冲洗闸门，启动水泵，进行喷水冲洗试验。Put hood, inspect connecting bolt, tighten locking nuts, cha

54、rge lubricant, connect flushing water source, open flushing gate and turn on pump for flushing test.10. 接通自控装置试运转，各项操作(各个行程开关)应灵敏，工作程序正确。Hook up auto control system and start test run. 57、和停止。Travelling Screen can be either operated by manual in a regular manner or operated by DCS. Differential level gauge will measure the water level difference between level before filter and level after filter and DCS will automatically control filter for operation, flushing and shut down.3. 自动运行方式

58、如下Automatic Operation Method:a、 当水位差压计检测到滤网前后水位差超过100-200mm（可调）时，水位差压计发出信号，启动冲洗水泵，打开冲洗闸门，经10-30秒(可调)后，滤网启动低速运行。冲洗运行1.52圈后，如水位差降至50mm以下，则按先停网，再关闭阀门的顺序关机；如水位差未达50mm以下，则启动高速运转继续冲洗，同时向DCS发出报警信号，通知值班人员到现场检查原因并及时处理，直至水位差降到50mm以下。When the differential level gauge measures the level difference before and after filter greater than 300mm (which can be reset by user for specific need.
