21、构施工按设计有现浇结构施工、预制装配式吊装施工、预制与现浇结合施工等几种形式。现浇钢筋混凝土框架施工将柱、墙（剪力墙、电梯井）、梁、板（也可预制）等构件在现场按施工图浇筑。现浇框架混凝土施工时，要由模板、钢筋等多个工种相互配合进行。因此，施工前要做好充分的准备工作，施工中要合理组织，加强管理，使各工种密切协作，以保证混凝土工程施工的顺利进行。1、施工前的准备工作（ 1）接受技术交底框架混凝土施工前，全体作业人员应接受技术人员必要的技术交底，将技术部门编制的混凝土工程珠施工方案，在作业层进行全面的理解并实施。其内容包括：1） 工程概况和特点：框架分层、分段施工的方案，浇筑层的实物工程量材料数量。

32、模板拼缝是否严密，锚固螺栓和预埋件。预留孔洞 位置是否准确。发现问题应时回报处理。2）钢筋的检查：钢筋的规格、数量、形状、安装位置是否符合设计要求。钢筋的接头位置。搭接长度是否符合施工规范要求。控制混凝土保护层厚度的砂浆垫块或支架是否按要求铺垫。绑扎成型后的钢筋是否有松动、变形、错位等。检查发现的问题 应及时要求钢筋工处理。检查后应填写隐蔽工程验收记录。（4）现场的清理工作1）模板清理：模板底木屑、绑扎丝头等杂物清理干净。木模在浇筑前应充分浇水润湿，模板拼缝缝隙较大时应用水泥袋纸、木片或纸筋灰填塞，以防漏浆影响混凝土 质量。2）对粘附在钢筋上的泥土、油污及钢筋上的水锈应清理干净。3）运输路线上

33、的障碍物应妥善处理。2、框架结构混凝土的浇筑全现浇框架结构混凝土的浇筑顺序：在一个施工段内，应尽量采用从两端向中间 推进，先浇柱、墙竖向构件，后浇梁、板等横向构件。（ 1）柱子混凝土的浇筑1）柱子混凝土灌注前，柱底表面应用高压冲洗干净没有明水后，先浇筑一层 5 10 cm厚与混凝土内砂浆成分相同的水泥砂浆（又称支石混凝土） ，然后再分段分层灌 注混凝土。2）当柱高不超过3m,混凝土可用小车由柱模顶直接倒入柱模。当柱高超过 3m时，必须用一串筒挂入送料（如图11-6 所示） 。3） 一般浇入混凝土料深4050 cm时，即可用插入式指示器插入振捣。根部可在hefirstresponsi bilit

54、钢筋密无法下料；二是泮由于钢筋多容易产生离析；三是振捣不容易进行，容易发生蜂窝、麻面或孔洞等现象。5） 浇捣中要注意柱模不要胀模或鼓肚；要保证柱子钢筋的位置，即在全部完成一层框架后，到上层放线时，钢筋应在柱子边框线内。（ 2）墙体混凝土的浇筑1）墙体混凝土浇筑，应遵循先边角后中部，先外墙后内墙的顺序，以保证外部墙体的垂直度。2）混凝土灌注时应分层。分层厚度：人工振捣不大于35 cm；振捣器振捣不大于50 cm；轻骨料混凝土有大于 30 cm.3）高度在3m 以内的外墙和内墙，混凝土可从墙顶向板内卸料，卸料时须在墙顶安装料斗缓冲，以防混凝土产生离析。对于截面尺寸狭小且钢筋密集的墙体，则应在侧模上

55、开门子洞，用斜溜槽投料，但高度不得大于 2m。对于高度大于3m的任何截面的墙体，均应每隔2m 开门子洞，装斜溜槽投料。4） 墙体上开有门窗洞或工艺洞口时，应从两侧同时对称投料，以防将门窗洞或工艺洞口模板挤变形。5）墙体在灌注混凝土前，须先在底部铺510 cm厚与混凝土内成分相同的水泥砂浆。（ 3）柱节点混凝土浇筑1）框架梁、柱节点处的特点：框架的梁、柱交叉的位置，称梁、柱节点，由于其受力的特殊性，主筋的连接接头的加强，以及箍筋的加密造成钢筋密集，采用一般的浇筑施工方法，混凝土难以保证其密实度。5） 混凝土中的粗骨料要适应钢筋密集的要求：按施工图设计的要求，采用强度等级相同或高一级的细石混凝土浇
