44、给水配件的安装应符合规范规定。(6) 为保证卫生器具安装位置的精确度、待土建单位在卫生间内部初步粉刷后，再安装卫生器具下部的排水接管。第二节 ：室内装修施工工艺方案一、室内贴面砖施工工艺标准施工工艺1工艺流程2操作工艺（1）基体为混凝土墙面时的操作方法 1）基层处理：将凸出墙面的混凝土剔平，对于基体混凝土表面很光滑的要凿毛，或用可掺界面剂胶的水泥细砂浆做小拉毛墙，也可刷界面剂。井浇水湿润基层。2） 10mm厚1：3水泥砂浆打底，应分层分遍抹砂浆，随随刮平抹实，用木抹搓毛。3）待底层灰六七成干时，按图纸要求，釉面砖规格及结实际条件进行排砖。弹线。4）排砖：根据大样图及墙面尺寸进行横竖向排砖，以保

45、面砖缝隙均匀，符合设计图纸要求，注意大墙面。柱子和垛子排整砖，以及在同一墙面上的横竖排列，均不得有小于1八砖非整砖。非整砖行应排在次要部位，如窗间墙或阴角处等。但注意一致和对称。如遇有突出的卡件，应用整砖套割吻合，不用非整砖随意拼凑镶贴。 5）用废釉面砖贴标准点，用做灰饼的混合砂浆贴在墙瓦用以控制贴釉面砖的表面平整度。6）垫底尺。计算准确最下一皮砖下口标高，底尺上皮一比地面低1m左右，以此为依据放好底尺，要水平。安稳。7）选砖。浸泡：面砖镶贴前，应挑选颜色。规格一致的罚浸泡砖时，将面砖清扫干净，放人净水中浸泡2h以上，取出表面晾于或擦干净后方可使用。8）粘贴面砖：粘贴应自下而上进行。抹8mm厚

46、1：01：2水泥石灰膏砂浆结合层，要刮平，随抹随自上而下粘贴面砖，求砂浆饱满，亏灰时，取下重贴，井随时用靠尺检查平整度，时保证缝隙宽度一致。9）贴完经自检无空鼓。不平。不直后，用棉丝擦干净，用缝胶。白水泥或拍干白水泥擦缝，用布将缝的素浆擦匀，砖面净。另外一种做法是，用1：1水泥砂浆加水重20的界面剂或专用瓷砖胶在砖背面抹34mm厚粘贴即可。但此种做法其层灰必须抹得平整，而且砂子必须用窗纱筛后使用。另外也可用胶粉来粘贴面砖，其厚度为23mm，有此种法其基层灰必须更平整。（2）基体为砖墙面时的操作方法：1）基层处理：抹灰前，墙面必须清扫干净，浇水湿润。2） 12mm厚1：3水泥砂浆打底，打底要分层

47、涂抹，每层厚度宜57mm，随即抹平搓毛。二、 涂饰工程本修复工程表面施涂油漆施工工艺标准施工工艺1、工艺流程（1）处理基层：用刮刀或碎玻璃片将表面的灰尘、胶迹、锈斑刮干净，注意不要刮出毛刺。（2）磨砂纸：将基层打磨光滑，顺木纹打磨，先磨线后磨四口平面。（3）润油粉：用棉丝蘸油粉在木材表面反复擦涂，将油粉擦进棕眼，然后用麻布或木丝擦净，线角上的余粉用竹片剔除。待油粉干透后，用1号砂纸顺木纹轻打磨，打到光滑为止。保护棱角。（4）满批油腻子：颜色要浅于样板12成，腻子油性大小适宜。用开刀将腻子刮人钉孔。裂纹等内，刮腻子时要横抹竖起，腻子要刮光，不留散腻子。待腻子干透后，用1号砂纸轻轻顺纹打磨，磨至光

48、滑，潮布擦粉尘。（5）刷油色：涂刷动作要快，顺木纹涂刷，收刷。理油时都要轻快，不可留下接头刷痕，每个刷面要一次刷好，不可留有接头，涂刷后要求颜色一致。不盖木纹，涂刷程序同刷铅油相同。（6）刷第一道清漆：刷法与刷油色相同，但应略加些汽油以便消光和快干，并应使用已磨出口的旧刷子。待漆干透后，用1号旧砂纸彻底打磨一遍，将头遍漆面先基本打磨掉，再用潮布擦干净。（7）复补腻子：使用牛角腻板。带色腻子要收刮干净。平滑。元腻子疤痕，不可损伤漆膜。（8）修色：将表面的黑斑、节疤、腻子疤及材色不一致处拼成一色，并绘出木纹。（9）磨砂纸：使用细砂纸轻轻往返打磨，再用潮布擦净粉未。（10）刷第二、三道清漆：周围环境

49、要整洁，操作同刷第一道清漆，但动作要敏捷，多刷多理，涂刷饱满、不流不坠、光亮均匀。涂刷后一道油漆前应打磨消光。（11）冬期施工：室内油漆工程，应在采暖条件下进行，室温保持均衡，温度不宜低于十10，相对湿度不宜低于60。第三节：地面工程一、砖面层施工工艺标准施工工艺1工艺流程基层处理找标高、弹线抹找平层砂浆弹铺砖控制线铺砖 、勾缝、擦缝养护 踢脚板安装 2操作工艺（1）基层处理：把沾在基层上的浮浆、落地灰等用堑子或钢丝刷清理掉，再用扫帚将浮土清扫干净。（2）找标高：根据水平标准线和设计厚度，在四周墙、柱上弹出面层的上平标高控制线。（3）排砖：将房间依照砖的尺寸留缝大小，排出砖的放置位置，并在基层

50、地面弹出十字控制线和分格线。排砖应符合设计要求，当设计无要求时，宜避免出现板块小于1/4边长的边角料。（4）铺设结合层砂浆：铺设前应将基底湿润，并在基底上刷一道素水泥浆或界面结合剂，随刷随铺设搅拌均匀的干硬性水泥砂浆。（5）铺砖：将砖放置在干拌料上，用橡皮锤找平，之后将砖拿起，在干拌料上浇适量素水泥浆，同时在砖背面涂厚度约1mm的素水泥膏，再将砖放置在找过平的干拌料上，用橡皮锤按标高控制线和方正控制线坐平坐正。（6）铺砖时应先在房间中间按照十字线铺设十字控制砖，之后按照十字控制砖向四周铺设，并随时用2m靠尺和水平尺检查平整度。大面积铺贴时应分段。分部位铺贴。（7）如设计有图案要求时，应按照设计

51、图案弹出准确分格线，并做好标记，防止差错。（8）养护：当砖面层铺贴完24h内应开始浇水养护，养护时间不得小于7d。（9）勾缝：当砖面层的强度达到可上人的时候，进行勾缝，用同种、同强度等级、同色的水泥膏或1：1水泥砂浆，要求缝清晰、顺直、平整、光滑、深浅一致，缝应低于砖面051mm第四节：防水工程屋面防水工程施工方法及技术措施1. 工艺流程：基层处理涂刷基层处理剂涂布2厚聚氨脂防水涂料附加层法施工三元乙丙卷材与基层涂专用胶晾胶卷材铺贴收头粘接卷材接头密封蓄水试验防水层验收做保护层。2. 基层处理找坡施工前，应先事先清理屋面上垃圾，预埋落水口、出水口，完成伸出屋面的所有管道，管边根部用细石砼分两次

52、灌密实，以保证不发生漏水。3. 聚氨脂防水涂料：（1）基层应干燥，含水率以少于9%为宜。（2）涂膜施工工艺施工顺序：基层处理落水口管根增强处涂刷底层涂料涂布第一道涂膜防水层。（3）涂布顺序应先垂直面后水平面，先阴阳角及管根，细部后大面，每层涂布方向应顺直。4. 三元乙丙防水卷材施工方法及技术要点、卷材在大面积铺贴前，排气槽屋面拐角、天沟、落水口、屋脊等易渗漏薄弱环节应加铺一道附加层。防水卷材铺贴方向，卷材应平行于屋脊方向从檐口处往上铺贴,双向流水坡度卷材搭接应顺流水方向。、卷材从流水坡度的下坡开始，接卷材规格弹出基准线铺贴。并使卷材的长向与流水坡向垂直，注意卷材的配置应减少阴阳角处的接头。、铺

53、贴平面与立面相连接的卷材，应由下向上进行，使卷材紧贴阴阳角，铺展时对卷材不可拉的过紧。且不得有皱折、空鼓等现象。、阴角处上翻250，卷材收头采用金属压条钉压，最大钉距不应小于900，然后用密封材料将接缝和压条顶缝嵌填密实。、管道四周防水层收头处，应采用金属箍筋箍紧。并用密封材料嵌填密实。5、排气、压实：、排气：每当铺完一卷卷材后，应立即用干净松软的长把滚刷从卷材的一端开始,朝卷材的横向顺序用力滚压一遍,以排除卷材间粘接层间空气.、压实:排除空气后,平面部位可用外包橡胶的长300重30的铁辊辊压,使卷材与基层粘接牢固,垂直部位用手持压辊辊压。、卷材末端收头及封边嵌固：为了防止卷材末端剥落，造成渗

54、水、卷材末端收头也可采用聚氨脂嵌缝膏或其它密封材料封闭，当密封材料固化后，表面再涂刷一层聚氨脂防水涂料，然后压水泥砂浆压缝封闭。6、卷材的接头粘贴：高分子卷材（三元乙丙）搭接缝用丁基胶粘剂a、b两个组份，按1：1的比例配合搅拌均匀，用油漆刷均匀涂刷在翻开的卷材接头的两个粘接面上，静置干燥20min，即可从一端开始粘合，操作时用手从里向外一边压合，一边排除空气、并用手持小铁压辊压实边缘用聚氨脂嵌缝膏密闭。7、防水层蓄水试验：屋面三元乙丙防水层施工完毕后，经隐蔽工程验收，甲方、监理确认做法符合设计要求，符合施工规范。下来再做24小时蓄水试验，经检查确认不渗漏水，方可进行下道工序防水保护层的施工。8
