22、动作。2. 样品室真空度:先将光谱室置为空气状态,等待半小时以上,再由空气状态开始抽真空,在软件上观察真空度,记录达到真空状态时所耗时间T及半小时后所达到的真空值S2 Maintenance3. X射线状态: 设定到最大功率,保持半小时,是否正常:4. Cu片校正,检查探测器的峰位及能量分辨率(Cu=8035-40ev, R=0.50-0.60)是否正常5. BAXS-S2标样校正及测量,是否与出厂数据符合6. 半定量测试: 用半定量方法测试BAXS-S2样品,测试结果记录下来。与出厂数据比较,检查是否在正常范围之内7. 定量分析: 用户工作曲线测试用户标样,检查结果是否在正常范围内 清洁清洁

23、: 1. 样品室:清扫吸尘,样品室盖板密封圈检查,必要时进行更换。2. 控制柜:电路板清灰吸尘,每个电路板都要插拔。3. 仪器内部:风扇叶,内部部件表面,风冷散热器。4. 各光电传感器:清洁进样器各轴的初始化位置的传感器,清洁晶体转换器电机上的位置传感器。5. 样品杯:用酒精棉球擦拭清洁。S2 Maintenance检查与更换检查与更换: 1. 真空系统:a. 更换真空泵油(请注意:使用一年后真空泵油一定要进行更换,否则真空泵可能比较容易漏油)b. 更换过滤器(视用户仪器样品类型及仪器使用频率等具体情况确定是否需要更换)c. 更换O型圈及抹真空脂。2. 进样器:进样器位置检查,是否所有的位置样

Be窗口检测c. 必要时对Be窗口进行清理 d. 对LE Flash SDD,不能使用溶剂/固体部件进行清理,可以使用洗耳球轻轻吹S2 Maintenance保养后仪器测试保养后仪器测试: 1. 仪器动作功能: 对28位系统, 使用软件进样,检查仪器是否能够进行样品测试工作。对手动进样系统, 放置一个

25、样品进行测试检查 2. 真空检测: 由于真空在作保养时完全暴露在空气中,而维护中有对各密封圈可能会使用密封脂,所以本测试与保养前使用步骤略有不同,先由空气状态开始抽真空,观察真空度,达到真空状态后需要保持半小时以上,然后再将系统放回到空气状态,等5分钟后再抽真空,达到真空状态后20分钟再转到空气状态, 等待半小时。开始抽真空,并记录:达到真空状态时所耗时间T及半小时后所达到的真空值V, 要求T 与V要优于或相当于保养前的值,否则查找原因。3. X射线/高压检查: 设定X射线到额定功率,保持半小时,是否正常:4. Cu片校正: 峰位Cu(8035-8045)ev (Cu Kalpha) 分辨率 R(0.50-0.60)(Resolution)S2 Maintenance 5. 半定量测试: 用半定量方法测试BAXS-S2样品, 如果超差,则需要对仪器进行漂移校正。漂移校正结束后还需要对BAXS-S2样品再
