2、y A and Party B come to the following employment agreement on the basis of equality ,free will and mutual consent:一、工作内容：甲方拟聘用乙方从事英语教师工作。Position: Party A wil employ Party B in the position of ESL teacher.二、拟聘用期限：从 起至 止。The prospective employment term shall commence on and end on.三、工资待遇：乙方每月工资为 元（税前

3、） ，甲方为乙方提供工作期间的免费住房或住房补贴。正式起薪日为 正式合同签署日。Remuneration: Party B shall be entitled to RMB per month （before tax ）.Party A will provide free accommodation or a housing allowance for Party salary starts from the day when both sides sign the formal contract.四、保险：乙方持工作签证并与甲方签署正式聘用合同 后，甲方为乙方购买人身意外和公共交通意外保险。

4、乙方获 得当地公安机关颁法的居留许可证后的下一个月起，甲 方为乙方购买社会保险 （ 养老保险、综合医疗保险、住院医 疗保险和工伤保险 ） 。社会保险卡将由政府职能部门于乙方 取得居留许可证后 50 个工作日左右发放给乙方 （节假日 顺延） 并开始持卡享受中国国民一样的上述社会保险待遇。 乙方如需就医，须在社会保险定点医院就医并按社会保险规 定承担相应比例的费用，在非定点医院就医费用自理 ; 受聘 方的挂号、就医交通、镶牙、整容、保健按摩、配眼镜、住 院就餐和服用非医疗性的滋补药品以及医生出诊等费用自 理。insurance :Party A will buy personal accident

5、 and public transportation risks insurance for Party B after both arriving in China on a work and signing a formal employment A will buy social insurance ( including pension,comprehensive Medicare,hospitalization and injury on job site ) for Party B will after getting the Resident Permitfrom the Pub

6、lic Security thisinsurance card will be issued by the Social insurance Bureau around 50 work days after receiving the Resident Permit (will be delayed if theres a holiday). if party B needs to see a doctor ,he/she has to visit doctors at designated hospitals covered by the social insurance and under

7、take the relevant proportion of Party B sees a doctors at designated hospitals covered by the social insurance and undertake the relevant proportion of Party B sees a doctor at a hospital not covered by theinsurance plan,he/she needs to pay all the expenses;including outpatient registry,transportati

10、eaching certificate4) 健康体检报告扫描件Scanned copy of their healthy check5) 无犯罪记录Scanned copy of their Non- criminal record6) 亲笔签署姓名的简历Scanned copy of their resume with signature at the bottom7) 推荐信Scanned copy of recommendation letters 乙方需在签署意向书后 1 个月内提供甲方所需的办证 文件，乙方如因提供的资料不齐或延误， 造成无法如期办证， 责任自负。All docume

13、绝，甲方将无法 为乙方进行居留许可申请并意味着聘用关系的提前终止。同 时，乙方入境后需进行健康检查和警察局面谈，如因身体原 因或在中国境内曾有非法工作 / 犯罪行为等因素无法办理居 留许可的，甲方唯有解除合约。and original policeWhile coming to China to begin employment, Party B must bring their original highest university diploma, original teaching certificate background check as requested by the Fore
