28、re causing breaks, because some of the fibres are sticking to the cylinder. Than there are hole in the base layer. After that the web will be get wet and breaks on sizer or coating section.前烘1、2、3#烘缸表面胶粘物太多,这会引起断纸。因为纸会被胶粘下来从而形成孔洞。这样就会在表胶或涂布段断纸。Reasons for sticky: 胶粘物多的原因 The cylinder temperature dif

29、ferences were too high.这些烘缸的温差太大 Also the temperature were too high前烘一组二组烘缸温度太高 The doctor blades were old.刮刀太旧 SymRun blow boxes are not working correct. Dirty! Needs cleaning by high pressure shower. Accoring to Metsos recommendation this work should done every year.稳纸风箱没有正确工作,太脏了!需要用高压水清洗。根据Metso

If its higher to viscosity be will lower.涂料温度必须在3045 C,否则会带来粘度变化 The preloading should be all the time same 5-7 mm. 刮刀梁间隙在所有时间都应该在57mm之间。 If th
