4、500三、工作原理气侵钻井液从分离器进液口进入分离器内，经与冲击板碰撞后，散落在一系列内挡板上，碰撞后增大暴露表面积，向下流动，造成紊流状态，使大的气泡破碎并与钻井液分离。如下图所示A、B、C三点形成U形结构，使气体不能够通过排液口排出，而是通过罐顶的气体出口排出并引到安全处，排气管线长度由现场确定配备，而脱气后的钻井液经振动筛排入循环罐，然后再经过真空除气器进一步除气。四、结构及零部件液气分离器结构及零部件如下图所示：1-底座 2-进液管 3-人孔 4-排液管 5-筒体 6-挡板 7-冲击板8-安全阀 9-压力表 10-排气管 11-梯子五、安装1、液气分离器安装在1号钻井液罐边（靠近振动筛

5、）的地面上，用钢丝绳将分离器主体上部四角的固定环与地面固定处连接、绷紧；2、主体安装就位后，按图示要求将进液管与放喷阀门组连接，如需要也可将高架管与液气分离器连接；3、将排液管引到振动筛进浆槽，或直接引到1号罐里；但排液管出口到底面的高度不得大于3.6m，如果罐体比较高，需要在液气分离器下面加底座来提高高度，以保证排液管出口到底面的高度不得小于3.6m。4、将排气管线引到安全地带，直接排到大气里，或通过点火装置引燃。设备的安装尺寸如下图所示。注意：仅海洋上使用此设备时才有底座上的n×d孔。也可以根据客户要求定制各种规格液气分离器。六、操作使用1、使用前先检查排污阀门，如果是打开的，要

13、, and gas will be separated from drilling fluid. Free gas can be discharged from the vent at tank top. The length of gas extraction pipe should be measured and connected on site, and leads to safety area.The degasificated drilling fluid will flow into cycling tank through shale shaker.IV Structure a

Installation(1) The separator should be instal

15、led on the ground beside 1# drilling fluid tank (near the shale shaker). Through the four lugs at the upper part of the separator, fix the separator to the ground by wire ropes and tighten them.(2) After the installation, connect the feeding pipe to choke valving according to the sketch, and connect

16、 the overhead pip to the seperator if needed . (3) Connect the discharging pipe to admission groove of shale shaker,or connect to 1# tank.Be sure the distance between discharging pipe nozzle and bottom surface is greater than 3.6m.Lead the air exhaust pipe to a safe place,or ignition by a portfire.
