4、n environment, safety and health, and evaluate their significance to draw up the implementation directions of Environmental, Safety and Health Management System (EHS System).鉴定组织运作的环境安全卫生影响源,分析其对环境及安全卫生之的影响,并评估其显著性,以作为实施环境安全卫生(以下简称EHS)管理体系的方向。2.0 SCOPE范围.This procedure is applicable to identificatio

5、n of environmental aspects from activities, products and services, hazard identification of safety and health, and risk assessment in Trico Suzhou.适用于特瑞科苏州公司所从事的作业活动、产品、服务之环境影响源鉴定及安全卫生职业安全卫生危害鉴别及风险评估。3.0 REFERENCE DOCUMENTS参考文件.无No.4.0 DEFINITION定义. 4.1 Environmental Aspects: The elements of an orga

19、in “Environmental Aspects Identification Form (HMRFE04)” with identification results. 鉴定小组应详细清查厂区, 办公区中,各项活动可能产生的环境影响,并将鉴定结果填入环境影响源鉴定表(HMRF E04A)内。Identification team should check the possible environmental aspects in the factories and offices, and fill in “Environmental Aspects Identification Form”

20、 with identification results. 3. List the process activities, products and services in the event description columns. Example: process activities (painting, R&D), products (wiper, etc), and services (transportation).在事件说明栏中为将作业活动、产品及服务事项明白列出;如作业活动 (喷漆, 产品研发) 、产品 (雨括器) 、服务 (运送) 。List the process

22、sion, material consumptionetc. (Remark: There are many different methods to identify the EHS aspects, but generally the following items should be considered: a) waste to the air ;b) waste to the water ;c) waste to the earth ;d) energy release ;e)waste and byproduct ;f) physics property, such as size
