1、四年级英语教学工作总结清华大学英语系测试:更适合中小学生英语使用官方网站: 清华大学英语教授研究组提供小学四年级上期英语教学工作总结 开县白桥镇上桥中心小学 文俊 本学期,我担任四年级的英语教学工作。作为从事小学英语教学的我,虽了解到了一些教学教法,但在实际的教育教学中,我深深感觉到教小学英语之难之累,真是“苦在其身,乐在其心”!为使今后的教学工作取得更大进步,现对本学期的教学工作如下总结: 一、学习课标,明确教学目标 为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求,树立起新的育人理念,我们英语教师抽时间对英语课程标准进行了研读,了解了此次英语课程改革的目的,掌握了此次英语改革的重点,理解了英语教学

2、原则,学会了一些科学评价原则等,从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据,奠定了扎实的基础,保证了教学的顺利进行。 官方网站: 哈佛大学英语教授研究组提供二、扎实备课,理清教学思路 备课是课堂教学的重要环节,我在备课时做到了以下几点: 1课前备课,做到“有备而来”我认真阅读各种教科参考书,既备教材,教法,有备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容,既要考虑知识的纵向联系,又要考虑新知识的横向衔接;既要突出重点,又要突出难点;既要体现完整的教学过程,又要注意好个环节的过渡自然。 2课中备课,灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动我通过游戏引入新课教学时,为了不打消学生的积极性,我在实施教学的时候,总是尽量设计一些简单易

3、操作的游戏及其活动,将教学内容层层铺开,把枯燥乏味的课堂变成生动有趣“快乐堡”,让他们在快乐中学习,在玩中获得新制。在活动中学生们都乐于参与,充分调动了学生的情感态度和兴趣,学生的积极性得到了充分发挥,教学效果良好。 3课后备课,总结教学经验每上完一单元,我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思,学出教后感,肯定本节课成功的地方,探讨该单元的不足之处,为以后的教学工作打下基础。 三、认真上课,体现以人为本 英语课程标准提出“让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知,体验,实践,参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。”这便要求英语课的教学要以学生为主,培养他们学习英语的兴趣,提高他们对词汇,句型的听说认读和语

4、言实际运用的能力。为此,我在实际的教学过程中做了以下几点: 1巧设导入,培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏,唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。 2图文结合,掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点,充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生,使学生带着明确的任务目标,并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义,让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程,培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时,我不厌其烦,耐心教导学生认读,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用,培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时,还适时对他们进行思想教育。 3游戏活动,巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务

5、后,抓住学生争强好胜的心理,通过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开;为了尊重学生的个体差异,营造宽松的学习环境,以简单易操作的趣味性、多样化游戏为主来实施教学,让学生进行反复模仿、认读、玩演、视听,从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会,让学生在玩的过程中获得新知,提高他们语言的运用能力,培养他们的学习兴趣。 四、加强自学,不断积累知识 由于本人在英语教学方面经验甚少,自己的知识又有限,在教学的同时,时时虚心向资历深的教师请教,和我们英语组的同事一起学习有关英语方面的教学教法,加强自身的业务学习、扩大视野;用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种游戏资料,时常听录音纠正自己的语音语调。 总之,

10、读、认读单词方面已经有了一定的基础,本学期除按要完成教育教学任务外,还要继续学习音图,在完成多音图教学后,要进一步提高学生们见词能读、听音能写的能力。此外还要适当开展阅读训练以及鼓励孩子们把所学的英语知识大量灵活的应用于日常生活之中,真正达到学以致用的目的。 官方网站: 哈佛大学英语教授研究组提供二、教学目的任务本册书的主要目的是培养学生学习英语的积极情感,在大量的语言实践中,形成初步的英语语感、打好语音语调基础,具备用所学的英语进行交流的能力 ,养成良好的学习习惯,为以后的学习打下坚实的基础。本册书的要求具体体现在以下几方面:(1)在听方面,能根据听到 的词语或指认图片或实物,能听懂课堂指令

11、并做出相应的反映,能在图片 和动作的指示下听懂故事并能把他扮演出来,能识记与辨别26个英文字母;(2)在说方面,能听录音并进行模仿 ,能交流简单的个人信息,包括姓名年龄,家庭状况等,能说唱英文的儿歌和韵文;(3)在玩演方面,能用英语做游戏并在游戏中进行用英语进行交际 。(4)在读写方面能看图识词,能正确地书写26个英文字母。(5)在视听方面,能看懂语言简单的英文动画片。三、 教学设想1把 “重兴趣,重成就感,重自信心的建立”放在教学的首位。2在教学的过程当中,让学生在体验中、参与中、实践中学习。3充分发挥人本主义精神,让学生成为学习的主人。4创设良好的课堂氛围,使得学生乐于参与课堂活

12、动,在轻松中学有所得。5重视学生的口语交际能力,把在课堂上学得的东西运用于生活当中,同时适当地把生活中的口语“What day is today?” “Whats the weather today?”等引入课堂,真正做到课内、课外相结合。6充分利用好网络资源的优势,让多媒体进入课堂,提供一个高质量,高效率的课堂,还可以拓宽学生的知识面。7培养良好的学习习惯。四、教材重点难点 .能跟磁带演唱教材中的英文歌曲 .能根据图片或实物,说出所学单词,发音正确 .能利用所学交际用语在相应的情景下进行会话 官方网站: 哈佛大学英语教授研究组提供五、本册教材具有以下几个特点:1、注重学生语言运用能力的培养,

14、法措施1、认真备课,钻研教材,抓紧课堂教学,做到当堂内容当堂掌握。2、运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学。3、考虑到小学生好动爱玩的特点,以活动为课堂教学的主要形式,设计丰富多彩的教学活动,让学生在乐中学、学中用,从而保证学生英语学习的可持续性发展。4、通过听、说、读、写、唱、游、演、画、做等形式,进行大量的语言操练和练习。 5、将直观教具和电教手段,多媒体课件相结合,培养学生良好的朗读习惯,打下良好的语音语调基础。6、多为学生营造一些学习氛围,如:每日一句、课间英语活动、创设英语角等等。7、培养学生看英语画报,读英语故事的习惯。七、提高教学质量的主要措施:认真学习教学大纲,深钻教材,精心备课,

15、精心设计课堂结构,增强时效性。课上努力创设英语学习情景,运用灵活多样的教学方法,激发学生们的学习兴趣,充分发挥学生们的主体作用,鼓励发现,探究与质疑,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。运用形成性评价的反馈矫正机制,及时改进教学方法,使评价成为教学中的有机环节,形成良好的激励机制。充分运用现代化教学设备,优化课堂教学,尊重差异,落实因材施教,分层布置作业,指导学困生的学习方法,最大限度地减轻他们的心理负担,让每个学生学有所收,学有所获。虚心向校内外优秀教师学习,多听他们的课,力求取人之长,补己之短。希望得到校领导及同事的指导,提出不足,指出努力方向,以提高教育教学水平。 官方网站: 哈佛大学英语教授
