9、的根底上再对人员进行分配，必定能够事半功倍。而现有的统计分析系统却存在很多问题，大致可分为：（1）、不能对工作进行有效的分类统计；（2）、不能对工作人员进行有效的分类统计；（3）、质量评估、绩效评价等不能及时跟上；（4）、不能通过统计数据作为分配人员的依据。 提出解决方案 根据企业在管理制度与经验累积的需求上的要求, 在工作方案管理系统中专门建立一个统计系统（即：工作方案统计分系统），在该系统中，首先，能对工作进行分类统计，具体的分类包括：工作的创立时间，工作的完成时间，工作的完成度，工作的紧急程度，工作的创立者；其次，能对工作人员进行分类统计，具体包括：人员的部门、人员的性别；然后，设计出一个审查系统来对所有工作人员完成工作的情况进行质量评估、绩效评价；最后，将工作信息与人员信息进行汇总，得到统计数据并由此作为分配人员的依据。 针对企业的需求，工作方案统计分析系统需与工作方案管理系统中的工作方案流程管理系统相配合,
