2、departmentapril 14th, 2014闸门密封（透光）检查方案gate seal （transmittanee） inspection scheme越南songbung4水电站尾水闸门安装好后必须进彳亍密封检查，闸 门密封检查除了用塞尺检查闸门所有水封的密封情况外，还应做透光 检查。具体方法是：seal inspection must bu taken after the installation of song bong 4hrdropower station project tailwater gate.闸门安装好后，应采用楔形木把闸门紧紧压在门槽上，使水封能 完全紧压在门槽

3、上，达到止水效果。然后用塞尺检查各水封面的接触 情况，接触情况不理想时，就增加压紧契形木的压紧力。然后做透光 检查，透光检查采用强光手电或36v行灯，在闸门外对门槽的水封处 进行照射，在闸门里面（尾水管里）检查是否有光线进去，如果在闸 门里面（尾水管里）看到光线就说明闸门密封不紧密，需要处理，直 到在闸门里面（尾水管里）看不到任何光线为止。闸门两侧密封透光 检查可以用绳了把灯缓慢放进门槽，来回几次。闸门的门楣和底坎可 以采用灯或手电照射密封。闸门内外的人员通信采用对讲机或手机联 系，以保持外部光照人员和里面检查人员位置同步。闸门底坎密封检 查吋，要求不能有水，所以闸门透光检查吋闸门位置的水应全

6、d take the treatment until no light in the gate(in tailwater pipe). the transmittanee inspection of both sides of gate seal is to put the light into the gate slot slowly by rope for several times the gate head and sill seal inspection is to illuminate by light or flashlight the communication in and
