1、冲压工艺与模具设计课程设计指导书一、 课程设计的性质与目的冲模课程设计是冲压工艺及模具设计课程的一个重要环节，是运用所学知识的一次综合练习。其主要目的是：1使学生初步掌握冲压工艺过程的拟定和模具结构设计与计算的步骤和方法；2巩固，深化所学的基础及专业知识，培养独立工作能力；3提高学生使用国标、手册和图册的能力。二、课程设计的任务在两周的时间内完成下列任务，到指定的地点进行答辩1拟定冲压件的工艺过程，并填写工艺过程卡1 份；2设计指定冲压件的其中一道工序的冲压模（每人设计一副不同的模具），并绘制装配图和凸、凹模零件图：1 套；（注：指定冲压件的生产批量可以根据需要进行更改；冲压件未注尺寸公差按g

2、b/t15055 的 m 级）3编写设计说明书1 份，约 20 页左右。三、 设计原则1装配图的零件必须完整，保证冲出合格的工件；2模具结构简单，寿命长，成本低且与生产批量相适应；3操作方便，安全。四、设计前的准备1熟悉设计任务书，明确设计任务和要求；2了解冲压零件的形状，尺寸精度和表面粗糙度，材料等技术要求和生产批量；3配备资料：（1）冲压设备资料：从此资料中选择冲压设备的类型，规格，查出漏料孔尺寸，模柄孔尺寸，闭合高度，工作台面尺寸等，为模具设计作准备；（2）冲模标准化资料；（3）其他参考资料： 冷冲模设计手册， 冷冲模结构图册 。五、冲模课程设计的一般步骤及方法1分析冲压件的工艺性冲裁件

3、的工艺性主要从冲裁件的形状，尺寸（最小孔边距，孔径，材料厚度，最大外形）精度，表面粗糙度，材料性能等逐项分析，确定冲压工序图，若有不符者，应与设计部门（指导老师）协商更改或采取相应的措施。2确定合理工艺方案（1）确定基本冲压工序的性质：冲孔，落料，冲搭边，切料边等。（2）根据基本工序的性质，数量，结合工件的形状尺寸，公差要求，材料性能，生产批量，冲压设备，模具加工条件等因素，考虑模具类型的同时确定工序组合和先后顺序，在满足冲件质量要求的前提下，选择一个经济合理的工艺方案，填写工艺过程卡片。3确定模具总体结构（1）模具类型的确定根据冲件形状， 尺寸， 精度及生产批量来选择和确定模具类型：单工序模

25、复杂，精度较高，且为中，大批生产时用导柱、导套导向。此种导向生产中常用（导柱导套有滑动导向和滚动导向两种，一般都用滑动导向，只有冲件精度很高时才选用滚动导向）；d冲件孔小，凸模多且强度弱时用弹压导板导向。b复合工序模复合模都有导向。c级进模选择方法与单工序模的b,c,d 三项相同。（3）滑动式模架选择无导向和用固定导板导向的模具及用导柱、导套导向和弹压导板导向的模具，一般都有标准模架。用导柱、导套导向的模架，随导柱位置的不同又有如下几种，可根据需要选择：a对角导柱模架：可以承受一定的偏裁，上下动作平稳，且能纵横两方面送料，用于有偏载的大中型模具；b后侧导柱模架：可以三方面送料，操作特别方便，受

26、力均为偏载，模架容易变形，一般用于受力不大或精度要求不高的中小型模具；c中间导柱模架：结构简单，加工方便，但只能一个方向送料，当受偏裁时，模架也有变形；d四角导柱模架：滑动平稳，导向准确，用于冲件精度较高的大型冲压模具。（4）压、卸料方式的确定冲件平整度要求较高或料较薄时，用弹压卸料板， 它既可压料， 又可卸料， 因卸料板随上模上下运动，送料直观性强，操作方便，这是生产中常用的一种卸料方式。当料较厚，用弹压卸料难以卸件，或零件形状简单，要求不高时采用固定卸料，它可简化模具结构，但因行腔封闭，送料只能靠手感，操作不便，安全性差。（5）定距方式的确定对单工序模具且单排排样，一般用挡料钉定位即可，若

27、用双排且需调头送料的有时要用挡料钉和伸缩挡料销结合使用。对复合工序模中的顺装复合模，一般用固定挡料销定距。对倒装复合模，若挡料销在凹模上的让位孔离凹模型腔较远时用固定挡料销。若挡料销让位孔离凹模型腔太近时，则要用伸缩挡料销。以免削弱凹模强度。对级进模，其定距方式有始用挡料加固定挡料定距、侧刃定距两种方式，若跳步步数较少（1-2 个）且料厚时，可用始用挡料加固定挡料，跳步步数较多的则用侧刃定距。从侧刃定距方便容易实现自动化送料的角度，侧刃定距在现代生产的级进模中用得越来越多。若尺寸要求较高，可在以上两种定距方式中增加导正销，提高定距精度。4根据模具类型画排样图，并计算材料利用率画排样图是极为重要

50、具寿命，材料利用率等及几个方面的问题综合考虑，选择一个合理的排样方案。c 出搭边，计算步距和料宽，根据标准板（带）料的规格确定料宽及料宽公差。d将选定的排样画成排样图，按模具类型和冲裁顺序打上适当的剖切线，标上算得的尺寸和公差。5从排样图上找出冲切条料的线段（即模具的受力部分），计算压力中心；6从排样图上找出凹模工件洞口，在考虑压力中心影响的同时，计算凹模轮廓尺寸，确定送料方向，选择典型组合有关尺寸，类型，规格及代号。7计算冲、推、卸料力，初选压力机类型及规格，再按典型组合的有关尺寸校核所选定压力机的规格，校核内容：（1）模具与压力机闭合高度是否适应；（2）压力机漏料孔是否能漏下工件和废料，对

51、有弹顶装置的模具，还应使漏料孔大于弹顶器外形尺寸。即工作台漏料孔要大于凹模工作洞口最大壁间距和弹压器的最大外形尺寸。（3）模具下模座外形尺寸与压力机工作台面尺寸是否相符，即下模座外形尺寸+2 x（5070）压力机工作台面尺寸，若其中一项不符，则应重选压力机，一般是类型不变，增大压力机规格。8 画模具装配草图，同时进行有关零部件的设计和计算，（1）根据所选典型模具的结构及规格，查出模架外形尺寸；（2）根据所选模具的闭合高度及模架外形尺寸，考虑排样图及名细表位置，按 1:1 确定图纸规格；（3）画装配草图a先打开上模，画下模的俯视图、再画模具工作位置的主视图，模具工作位置的主视图一般应按 模具闭合

52、 状态画出，但为了使上下模重合部分表达清楚，可以将上下模拉开一段距离，拉开距离后，仍按闭合时的状态画图。画模具装配草图时，模具零件的结构，尺寸都应相应确定，同时应考虑零件的加工工艺性。选择定位元件（定位挡销，首次挡块，导料板，侧刃等）的类型及尺寸，并计算定位元件的位置。b圆形小凸模用车磨法加工，用带台肩式固定。异形凸模用线切割和成型磨削加工，用铆接式固定，无论哪种固定方法，若固定端为圆形，工作端为非圆形都必须在固定端的接缝处加防转销。对大截面的凸模一般采用螺钉紧固，但凸模与固定板必须加销钉定位。c计算弹压卸料板的台阶高度和宽度尺寸d确定推，打板的结构形状，计算推板，打板的活动空间e计算顶，打杆
