23、eds, placing the appropriate number of desiccant in the relevant locations.d) busbar transportation unit:the busbars shall be placed horizontally in the box;triangular wooden blocks or wooden stoppers can be used to limit position, with battens used to fix and prevent the goods from getting up and d

24、own during transport;at the locations on the surface in contact with the busbars, foam sponge should be added in order to prevent direct contact with the wooden items;before sealing boxes, sealing bags shall be adopted for the busbars for protection inside, but according to the actual needs, placing

25、 the appropriate number of desiccant in the relevant locations3.3.5 parts:packing parts shall be strictly in accordance with the contents of packing list;before the items are placed in the box, first put the sealing in the box; after completion of the packing, seal the sealing bags and place the app

26、ropriate number of desiccant, and the sealing bags in the packing process must not be damaged;335.3 in case the sizes of spare parts are too small, and the items on the packing list can not fill box to a certain extent, the party a shall promptly adjust items, and the packing list be revised and imp

27、roved;when packing, party a shall be responsible for checking the inventory items, and party b shall be responsible for packing;packing should follow the following principles:before packing, party a confirms: documents, drawings having separate waterproof packages; wearing parts in spare parts, such

28、 as insulation pot, density relay, closing coil, etc., in the packaging needs to be checked for waterproof measures;secondaiy components, sealing rings, paints, density meter, adsorbents, measuring instruments should be placed in separate areas in the spare part boxes to avoid contact with steel par

29、ts (such as: standard parts, support, etc.), that is, mutual isolation in between shall be done for protection against bump;the items needing layering in the box should be isolated with protective plywood, whose performance parameters should be consistent with the relevant provisions of gb/t 9846.4;

33、ram;parts list shall be given in general assembly drawings and split drawings;a description of fixing method in drawings inside the box should be given;in the general assembly schedule, there should have accessories such as: beams, battens, foam sponge, partitions, nails, iron guard, ventilation ope

34、ning, sealing bags, desiccant, and other details of items.party b should send the packing drawings to party a for confirmation at the agreed time;package design drawing should meet the related requirements in gb/t 13385packaging signspackaging signs contain signs for packaging and transport, shippin

35、g mark, company logo and other signs, among which the shipping mark shall be made and printed by the party a in accordance with the project requirements with plastic rainproof processing;packaging logo color: color of signs shall be black, with company logo nsieyuanh blue, which must be clear, eye-c

36、atching, without fading special requirements shall be given according to actual requirements;packaging and storing signs, company logo is sprayed, and shipping mark is attached using nails;packaging and storing signs: signs should be selected based on product characteristics of the product according

41、arty a is responsible for lifting finished products in packaging and provide some special appliances;party a is responsible for checking that the appearance of packaged goods are in good condition;party a is responsible for pasting movement indicator before packaging;party a is responsible for fixin

43、d3.3.2.6 rights and responsibilities3.3.3.6 party b shall ensure that the package provided shall damage during lifting, transport and packaging and willnot have impact on the product;3.3.3.6 party b when providing packaging services to party a, should be strictly in accordance with established packa

44、ging fixing solutions during protection and packing; when the bottom provided by party a does not meet the requirements of fixing to the box bottom row, party b has the right to refuse to carry out the packaging;3.3.3.6 party b shall provide packing and packaging services at agreed time, and provide

45、 proof of fumigation crates. the valid period of fumigation is 21 days. if the uncertainty in shipment cause fumigation failure and lead to further re- fumigation unpacking, the expenses incurred shall be borne by party a;3.3.3.6 the failure in packaging or rework caused by mismatching size of the b

46、ox shall be the responsibility of the responsible party;3.3.3.6 party b during packaging services shall be responsible for the security of party a，s personnel.3.3.2.7 acceptance3.3.3.7 during delivery of packaging boxes, party a shall inspect the appearance and dimensions in accordance with the draw
