4、约的地方，服务区为参观客户和嘉宾的休息场所，备有红酒，水果，饮料等。1）、展示区主舞台正墙做形象墙，包含公司标志和品牌口号，顶部或者前台做射灯突出效果；舞台需要一定的承重，公司主推车辆在主舞台上亮相，主舞台也是活动剪彩的地方。 普通展示区则展示公司其他明星车型。2）、接待区设在大剧院后面平台，凭临两江风景，设置业务洽谈、签约等，对目标客户或者潜在客户完成签约或者业务跟进。3）、休息区域：设置高档红酒饮料、水果供嘉宾和客户休息品尝。4）、签 到 处：来宾签到处设置在会场入口处。签到处配礼仪小姐。5）、礼品发放处：签到处旁边。6）、现场办公区：设置在会场入口处2、庆典剪彩仪式

7、温馨和舒适。10）、条幅（挂幅和横幅）、喷绘、灯片在建筑主体悬挂一共12条，烘托气氛。在主舞台、车展示区、接待区、休息区制作高精度的公司标志和品牌口号喷绘或者灯片11）、x展架在现场相关位置设置相应的展示架，方便嘉宾和客户参观和业务洽谈。12）、音乐场景在展会相应的位置布置音箱设备，播放轻音乐，让整个交房现场呈现喜庆舒畅的感觉。13）、导示牌分别在十字路口和其他三个拐角处摆放指示牌，让人们知道展示区域的准确位置。14）、地毯在车辆展示区域布置地毯。八、活动程序   1、所有现场物料准备工作将提前2天开始准备，并于活动前晚上8点前准时完成，并有相关领导与人员检查、验收。2、车
