、ame very 35)reluctant to ask for help. I would do almost anything not to be a burden, and not require any help from anybody.Part III Reading Comprehension (40 minutes)Section A答案及解析36. 37.答案 A stab

、入副词,修饰空格后的动词being funded and developed。 play a. in提示了此处选role,play a role in是固定搭配,表示“在中起作用”。41.

comprise和consist,前者表示include,后者接介词of表示be made up of,故选comprise。45.

the answer to.提示此处有“解决”之义,solutions(种种解决的方法)符合语义。

Watergate, have undermined the faith of many Americans in the integrity of political and economic leaders and society as a whole.

Those who don't get caught pay an even higher price. A cheater. pay an even higher price是pay more dearly的同义置换。

50.答案 I段 解析读H段及I段。 I'm not interested in what you are trying to teach; all I care about is stealing a grade. To avoid fooling yourself, watch out fo

We are each responsible for our own decisions,和To ensure we make responsible choices We must learn to recognize risks, because if we can't see the risks we're taking, we can

、9;t make responsible choices. Those who take risks later regret usually focus on immolate benefits and simply haven't considered what might go wrong. focus on immolate benefits = value immediate benefits most 只关注眼前利益。54.

、和小标题What is Integrity可以锁定A、B段。 But a lapse of integrity also affects our relationships with others. Trust is essential in any important relationship, whether personal or professional.55. We m

、ust rely on the honesty and good faith of others. If not, we couldn't put money in the bank, buy food, clothing or medicine from others, drive across a bridge, get on a plane, go to the dentist-the list is endless. 其中express their emotions与原文的develop their emotional expressiveness是同义转换。57.
