1、机床操作规程Operating Procedure of Machine 工作前穿戴好工作服及防护用品，扎好袖口，不准穿长衫、围围巾和头巾等丝带状物品，以及穿高跟鞋。The worker shall wear the uniform, dress the protective equipments and fasten the cuff before work. Everyone is forbidden to wear gown, scarf, headband and high heels.女工应戴好工作帽。高速切削或切削铸铁、铝、铜工件时，必须戴防护眼镜。The workwoman sh

3、cedure of Lathe (1) 工作前须检查机床运转情况，检查工件及刀具是否夹紧，清除床面杂物。(1) Before working, the lathe operator (lathe man) shall confirm the condition of lathe. The operator should check whether the work piece and cutter is tightened or not. The operator need clean the sundries from the platform before working.(2) 卡盘、花

4、盘必须有保险装置，加工畸形和偏心零件时，要加平衡配重，先低俗运转，然后变为所要的速度。(2) There must be insurance device in plate. When operator processes the deformation components, the balance weight must be used. At the beginning, the operator should operate slowly. Then, the operator changes the speed which you need.(3) 机床运转过程中不准用手清除切屑。高

5、速切削和建工铸件时，要戴防护眼镜或加防护罩。加工钢件应合理使用刀具，用专用铁钩清理切屑。(3) When the lathe is operating, dont clean the scrap by using hand. The operator should wear safety glasses or put protective shield during fast cutting or processing the component. The operator should adopt properly cutter when the work man processes the

After working, the workman should use special hook to clean the scrap.(4) 用锉刀在车床上修锉工件时，必须右手在前左手在后，严禁用手缠绕纱布和棉纱砂光工件。砂光内孔时必须用木棒垫缠纱布。(4) When the operator uses the bastard file to cut the work piece on the lathe, he must use right hand in the front and left hand in the behind. The operator forbi

7、ds tying gauze or cotton yarn on the hand during sanding artifacts. When operator sands the inner hole, you should use the stick to tie the gauze.(5) 加工长工件时，从主轴孔后伸出长度不得超出200毫米，并应加上醒目标志，超出200毫米时应装上支架。(5) When operator processes long work piece, the stretch length of work piece should not exceed 200mm

When the length of work piece exceeds 200mm, the supporting device should be installed and also paste the attention logos.(6) 在装夹工件、调整卡盘、校正测量工件时，必须停机。(6) The lathe should be stopped during putting the work piece, adjusting the plate and calibration measure piece.(7) 工作结束后应关闭电源，将各部位手

9、柄置于安全位置。(7) After working, the operator shall turn off all switches and pull the every handle in safety position. 2铣床技术安全操作规程 2. Safety operating procedure of milling machine(1)工作前要检查机床各系统是否安全好用，各手轮摇把的位置是否正确，快速进刀有无障碍，各限位开关是否能起到安全保护的作用。(1)Before working, The milling machine operator must check whethe

10、r every system of machine is safety, the position of manual crank is right, the fast cutting is no obstruction and limit switch is safety or not.(2) 每次开车及开动各移动部位时，要注意刀具及各手柄是否在需要位置上。扳快速移动手柄时，要先轻轻开动一下，看移动部位和方向是否相符。严禁突然开动快速移动手柄。(2) Operator shall pay attention to whether the cutters and cranks are in r

11、equiring position or not, when you use the milling machine. Using fast movable handle, the operator shall pull slowly and confirm the moving part and direction is right. Everyone forbids pulling the fast movable handle suddenly.(3) 安装刀杆、支架、垫圈、分度头、虎钳、刀孔等，接触面均应擦干净。(3) The interface shall be cleaned, w

12、hen the operator installs the hilt, bracket, cushion, dividing head, jaw vice, tool bore etc.(4) 机床开动前，检查刀具是否装牢，工件是否牢固，压板必须平稳，支撑压板的垫铁不宜过高或块数过多，刀杆垫圈不能做其他垫用，使用前要检查平行度。(4) Before operating the milling machine, operator shall check whether cutter and work piece is fastness or not. The pressure plate mus

13、t be stable and the cushion of supporting the plate shall not too height. The cushion of hilt barely use for hilt. The parallelism of every part should be checked by operator. (5) 在机床上进行上下工件、刀具、紧固、调整、变速及测量工件等工作时，必须停车，更换刀杆、刀盘、立铣头、铣刀时，均应停车。拉杆螺丝松脱后，注意避免砸手或损伤机床。(5) The milling machine should be cease wh

14、en operator charge or discharge the work piece and cutter (including fasten, adopt, speed change, measure the work piece). When the operator changes the hilt, cutter, vertical milling head and so on, the machine also should cease. The worker should watch out and avoid hurt or damage the milling mach

15、ine when the rob screw is loose.(6) 机床开动时，不准量尺寸、对样板或用手摸加工面。加工时不准将头贴近加工表面观察吃刀情况。取卸工件时，必须移动刀具后进行。(6) When the milling machine operates, anyone shouldnt measure the size, align the work piece or touch the surface using hand. The operator forbids observing the condition of cutter at nearly during proces

Charging or discharging the work piece, the operator must remove the cutter first.(7) 装平铣刀，使用扳手扳螺母时，要注意扳手开口选用适当，用力不可过猛，防止滑倒。(7) Installation plain milling cutter: when workman use spanner to tighten nuts, they shall pay attention to the size of spanner properly. Workman doesnt o

17、verexert during tightening the nut and avoid to falling down.(8) 对刀时必须慢速进刀，到接近工件时，需要手摇进刀，不准快速进刀，正在走刀时，不准停车。铣深槽时要停车退刀。快速进刀时，注意手柄伤人。万能铣垂直进刀时，工件装卡要与工作台有一定距离。(8) The alignment of cutter should be slowly by operator. When the work piece is near the cutter, the operator need move cutter by hand operating

18、and avoid moving the cutter quickly. When the cutter is moving, the milling machine shouldnt be stopped. The cutter should be stopped immediately when the milling sink into deep groove. The fast cutter should focus on safety. When the universal milling cutter moves vertically, the work piece should

19、make some distance with the platform.(9) 吃刀不能过猛，自动走刀时必须拉脱工作台上的手轮。不准突然改变进刀速度。有限位撞块应预先调整好。(9) Cutting need not too much. Automatic cutter moving should pull out the loop from the platform. The cutter speeds forbid changing suddenly. The work piece should be adapted before hitting.(10) 在进行顺铣时一定要清除丝杠与螺母

20、之间的间隙，防止打坏铣刀。(10) When down milling, operator must be reduced the gap between lead screw and nut in order to avoid damaging the milling.(11) 开快速时，必须使手轮与转轴脱开，防止手轮转动伤人，高速铣削时，要防止铁屑伤人，并不准急刹车，防止将轴切断。(11) Operating fast cutter, the operator shall separate loop from spindle in order to safe and avoid hurt

21、workman from the scrap iron. In fast cutter, because of avoiding cutting the spindle, the suddenly stopping is forbidding.(12) 铣床的纵向、横向、垂直移动，应与操作手柄指的方向一致，否则不能工作。铣床工作时，纵向、横向，垂直的自动走刀只能选择一个方向，不能随意拆下各方向的安全挡板。(12) When the milling move, the operator shall ensure the direction same as handles (longitudina

22、l, vertical or horizontal), otherwise the work shall not be started. The operator should also ensure the cutter direction (longitudinal, vertical or horizontal). The operator forbids discharging the safety shield around the milling machine. (13) 工作结束时，关闭各开关，把机床各手柄扳回空位，擦拭机床，注润滑油，维护机床(13) Finishing th

Safety operating procedure of mechanic （1）在虎钳上装夹工件时，要用力夹牢，手柄要靠拢端头。（1）When the jaw vice clamps the work piece, the worker shall cli

24、p and the hand shank shall close to end. （2）手锤必须装配牢固，并在使用中经常检查是否有松动现象。(2) The hammer must clamp and fasten. During operating, the worker should usually check whether the hammer is loose or not.（3）使用手锤，周围有人时，要随时避开，避免伤人。（3） When the worker is using hammer, the worker shall care for and avoid hurt othe

25、rs.（4）进行錾削时，要控制切屑飞出方向，以免伤人。（4） The worker should control the direction of scrap when the worker is chipping in order to avoid hurt others. a 严禁使用无柄锉刀、铲刀、刮刀等，以免伤手。a In order to protect the hand, the worker does not allow using sessile grater, blade, scraper and so on. b 钳台上应设置防护网，工作中应用刷子扫除切屑，不得徒手揩摸或用

26、嘴吹切屑。 b The protective screening should install on the vice bench. During the working, the worker, forbidding using the hand and mouth, shall use the brush to clean the scrap. c 钻孔时，手不得接触钻床主轴和钻头。c During drilling, the hand should not touch principal axis and drill. d 钳工工具、量具，应放在工作台的适当位置，以免滑落掉地而损坏。 d

27、 The mechanic and measuring tool should put on the proper place of plate in order to avoid falling down and damaging. 钻床安全操作规程Safety Operating Procedure of Drilling Machine1、开机前，要检查设备上的安全防护装置是否完好。机械传动部分、电气部分要有可靠的防护装置1. Before operating, the worker shall confirm whether the condition of safety device

28、 is good or not. The part of transmission and electrical should have reliable protective device. 2、钻头、平台和工件必须卡紧固定。钻小件时，应用专用工具夹持，防止被加工件带起旋转，不准用手拿着或按着钻孔。2. The worker shall fasten the drill, plate and work piece. During drilling the small piece, the worker should use the professional tool and avoid be

29、ing revolved with work piece.The worker shouldnt touch the drill hole with hands.3、钻薄工件时，工件下面应垫好平整木块，工件与木块同时夹牢。3. The flat wood brick should put under the work piece when the machine drill the thin work piece. The work piece and wood brick must be clamped.4、钻孔时，应慢慢匀速推进或退出，不可用力过猛，避免钻头折断伤人。4. During d

30、rilling, the worker should carry forward or drop out with average speed. The worker doesnt allow pushing suddenly in order to avoid the drill breaking and hurt worker.5、调整钻床速度、行程、装夹工具和工件以及擦试钻床时要停车进行。严禁接触运动着的工件、钻头和传动部分。5. The machine must be stopped when the worker adjusts the speed of drilling machi

31、ne, route, the clamping tools, work piece and cleans the machine. The worker forbids touching the moving work piece, drill and transmission part.6、钻床开动后，禁止隔着钻床转动部分传递或拿取工具等物品。严禁在旋转的钻头或工件下翻转、夹压或测量工作。6. When the drilling machine is operating, the worker shouldnt deliver or catch tool across the transmi

32、ssion portion. The worker doesnt allow overturning, clamping or measuring the work piece during rotating of drill.7、钻头上绕长屑时，要停车清除，严禁用口吹、手拉，应使用刷子或铁钩清除。7. The worker must stop and clean the machine when the drill twines the long scraps. The worker shall clean the machine with brush or hook and avoid u

33、sing hand or mouth.8、钻孔排屑困难时，进钻和退钻应反复交替进行。8. When the machine is hard to discharge the scrap, the worker should push and pull drill repetitive and alternative.9、凡两人或两人以上在同一台机床工作时，必须有一人负责安全，统一指挥，防止发生事故。9. If the two or more workers work together with one machine, one worker shall charge of safety and

34、 command everything in order to avoid the accident.10、钻床运转时，严禁离开工作岗位，因故要离开时必须停车并切断电源。10. During operating, the worker shouldnt leave the job. If the worker need leave the job due to some private issue, the worker must power off the machine.11、发现异常情况应立即停车，请有关人员进行检查。11. In case of abnormal condition h

35、appening, the machine must be stopped and checked by professional person.12、工作完后，关闭钻床电源开关以及总闸，擦净机床，清扫工作地点。12. After work, the worker should turn off all switches, clean the machine and sweep the work place.混凝土输送泵技术操作规程Operating Procedure of Pumping Concrete1、经考试合格并同意的人员，方准进行操作。操作者必须严格遵守有关安全、交接班等制度。1

36、. The operator allows operating the machine after passing the test. The operator shall follow the rule of safety and turning.2、操作人员应按要求记录混凝土泵的工作情况。2. The operator, according to request, must keep record the work condition of concrete pump.3、泵机夜间工作现场应有足够的照明。3. There should be provided the sufficient

37、lighting for pump during the night shift.4、泵机周围至少应有1米的工作、空间，便于操作和维修。4. The pump, at least, should have 1 meter distance with other, because it is convenient to operate and repair.5、泵机支腿拉出后与固定支腿用插销销住，必须与机架连接牢靠后，方能放在坚实的地面上。以保证其稳定性，应远离斜坡、堤坝、凹坑、壕沟。5. After pulling the trestle, the operator should bolt i

38、t with fixed trestle. Before the pump putting on the ground, the pump must depend on the trestle. In order to ensure the stability, the pump shall far away from slope, dyke, pit and ditch.6、泵机电源380V±5%，电源电缆应符合功率要求，并加以很好的防护。6. The power source of pump is 380V±5%. The power cable should fit

39、the power requirement and be protected well.7、每次开机前必须认真检查输送管路可靠性。检查油位、水箱的水、及润滑油等情况。7. Before operating, the operator must check carefully whether the conveying pipe is reliable or not and also check the level of oil, level of water in the tank, lubricating oil and so on.8、采用高压泵送混凝土，系统油压超过22Mpa时，操作者必

40、须采取下列安全措施：8. When the operator adopts pumping concrete with high pressure and the system of oil pressure is higher than 22 Mpa, the operator should follow these safety procedures as below:1）定期更换距操作者三米内的输送管卡、密封胶圈及弯管； 1) The management of pipe, silicon seal and elbow pipe, within 3 meters distance wit

41、h operator, shall be changed on time.2）距离操作者三米内的输送管路必须用木版或金属隔板屏护 2) The wooden or metal clapboard should be used for separating operator with transmission pipe (within 3 meters).9、接通电源后，检查电源相序、控制板显示的各种参数。正常后启动。再检查运转声音、显示参数、泄露情况等。泵送混凝土时，严禁输送软管弯曲半径过小，以免堵塞管路造成危险事故。9. After switching on, power phrases a

42、nd parameters shown in control panel shall be checked. Then, the operator also should check the operation sound, parameters, condition of leak and so on. During pumping concrete, the bending radius of transmission pipe should be sufficient in order to avoid blocking the pipe and prevent accident.10、不得把手伸入料斗、水箱内或靠近其他能运动的零部件。料斗中的混凝土料位必须高于搅拌轴。10
