18、tandard, installing fixed anchor bolts on hot-blast furnace base.16热风炉施工方案热风炉施工方案Construction scheme of hot-blast furnaceConstruction scheme of hot-blast furnace一、土建施工 Civil construction3、上述工作完成后,开始承台基础的浇灌工作,因浇灌工作须一次性浇灌混凝土1200m3,由于凝结过程中水泥会散发大量的水化热,因而形成内外温差较大,易使混凝土产生温度应力裂缝,为了防止混凝土裂缝的发生,在承台内埋设冷水管进行内部降
19、温工作。3、After finishing the above work, start pouring bearing platform foundation. 1200m3 concrete should be poured in one time. and during condensation, the cement will emit lots of hydration heat, thus leading to huge temperature difference between inside and outside , which easily helps forming tem
20、perature stress cracks in concrete. Safety shield should be set up in access channel, and in the bottom of the barrel, one safety tent should be set every 3 meter. As there is no condition fo

34、要起重机械的选择与使用 Selection and usage of the main hoisting equipment3、热风炉工艺管道工程,含废烟气、充压、煤气、冷风、助燃空气、热风、混风钢结构管道及能源介质管道,主要使用固定式塔吊,进行安装作业;带框架上部20吨单轨起重机安装验收完毕后可作为后期阀门等设备的安装起重工具。3、Process piping work of hot-blast furnace. This work includes steel structure pipes of waste gas&pressurize&coal gas&cold air&combust

Furnace shell will be transported to construction site in pieces from China, then is assembled. In assem

40、手架保证三块钢跳板的宽度,另设一圈1.2m高的栏杆。每层脚手架之间的上下通路采用带护栏式的直爬梯,直爬梯分成若干段,每段与炉皮等高。3、Make installation marking point in four directions (0&90&180&270). For interior and external hung scaffold, the width of three steel springboard of every scaffold should be ensured, and a circle of 1.2m high railings should be set.
41、Up and down passage of each layer of scaffold should have straight ladder with guardrails. That is, one hearth plate zone , seventeen straight zone, one S-type zone(the eleventh),one C-type zone(the thirteenth), one spherical

Steel pipes are easily rolled into peach-type(or breast type)2)制作过程中的机械使用安全、操作人员的手、脚碰伤,吊装
52、机具的完好,厂房内的排风通畅,工机具的漏电保护装置完好。2)During fabrication, make sure the safefy of equipment and operators. The ventilation inside workshop should be smooth. For furnace stack, spray coating quality affects sealing performance and heat-insulating performance of the furnace. The sequence of spraying operation should be as follow: air supply ,water supply and feeding. If s
