3、tThis essay focuses on the analysis of English and Chinese differences. In the past, many English teachers focused their attention on teaching Englist itself, but ignored the corresponding knowledge and rules on social cultural background and inter cultural communication. The less developed teaching

4、 method actually pre2vented the social communicative function of English from being brought into play, so much so that the students were not able to freely express themselves and understand foreigners in the course of intercultural communication.Keys: difference language intercultural communication

IntroductionLanguage is a social phenomenon and a social communication tool. Each language is given in the specific social hist

Different peoples because of geography, folklore, religion and values and so there are differences, to express the same concept of the word, in their own unique cultural traditions of the role will inevitably produce additional terms in the language itself on the different associative

7、 meaning. Therefore, each countrys national languages have a lot of the countrys only national language or the specific social history with a specific color, distinctive phenomenon. Only by understand the foreign language knowledge of the countrys cultural background, to a deep understanding of the

Cross-cultural communication, the term refers both to native speakers and non-native speakers of communication between, also refers to any in the language and cultural background differences of peoples communication. That cross-cultural communication includes not only the internat

9、ional cross-cultural communication, including inter-ethnic communication, inter-ethnic communication, and belong to the same cultural background, communication between different groups, including different ages, different occupations, different social classes, different educational backgrounds such

This article explores cross-cultural communication is limited to English-native speakers and non-native communication between users.。.The reason of Differences in Cross-Culture Communication1 Language structureEnglish sentence varies depending on the verb type. Ways of GreetingsChinese people often greeting when they meet with clothing, food, shelter, and other life necessities related to each other in order to express concern or mutual friendship or close relationship. Therefore, Chinese

18、people often greet each other between the 吃了吗? 你去哪啊? Greeting party of course not really want to know what each other does not, or whether to go to dinner where the party has been greeting will be very naturally replied: 吃了 or 没呢, 你呢? or 办点事去 or 随便走走, 你呢? and so can be very vague answers. And accord
