24、 导 教 师 龚 敏 辅 导 教 师 开题报告日期 2015年4月9日 儿童餐椅设计学生：武鑫，机械工程学院工业设计11101班指导老师：龚敏，长江大学机械工程学院工业设计系1 题目来源来源于社会生产实际。目前世界近70多亿人口中，14岁以下的儿童占到了三分之一；中国13亿人口中，14岁以下的儿童及婴幼儿就有3.8亿，占中国人口的近30%，中国每年出生人口约1700万，对于儿童这样一个庞大的群体，必然对适合他们使用的符合他们需求的产品产生巨大的需求。另一方面儿童是一个差别于成人的较为特殊的群体，其无论在生理还是心理或行为等方面都有着自身显著的特点，他们的身体生长发育很快，但是并没有完全成熟，他

25、们的智力，个性正在发展，且有着极大的可能性；他们的行为经常超越成人观念中的常规，等等这些，要求成人们必须以儿童的角度深入放入研究和理解他们的爱好、需求、以便更好地培养儿童成才。然而在我们的生活环境中针对儿童行为需求开发的产品还很匮乏，即使已经有的儿童产品在其开发过程中对儿童心理的科学研究也比较欠缺，还不能完全迎合孩子们的发展需求，童年是一个人发展的至关重要的一个阶段，是身心成长及人格形成的基础阶段，儿童成长的好坏也同时关系到社会文明未来的趋势，如何满足儿童成长的需要，如何在生活中为他们提供一种更好地服务以便促进他们的发展，也是现代设计“以人为本“理念的重点应用，因此儿童产品的设计有着深刻的必然

26、性和必要性。2 研究的目的和意义作为一名设计师除了从生理发育，娱乐趣味，产品功能等视角来思考儿童产品的设计之外，还应该回归到探索产品的使用情景与该产品使用过程中用户所表现出的行为及心理，并深入研究这些行为心理与产品的关联性，从而是设计出来的产品更加符合消费者的需求。从餐椅本身而言，这是与“就餐”这一最基本的生活行为息息相关的家具产品，是儿童每天最基本活动的组成部分，接触甚为亲密，餐椅设计的科学与否将会对儿童的健康成长产生直接或间接影响。因此本研究的主要目的在于对儿童就餐行为的研究，从儿童本省出发得出更加科学、人性化的儿童餐椅设计原则。使儿童餐椅设计更符合使用者的行为心理，尽可能降低不合理设计对

30、境相互作用的产物，研究人的发展必须考虑个体和社会两者的需要和目标，在人成长的不同阶段有不同的发展任务，从中取得的成就，心理社会性的积极面和消极面以及由此所产生的世界观；个体面对新挑战时的应对资源和应对方式，最终积累体现为一个人的个性化。该理论将人的毕生发展分为11个阶段：（1）、胎儿期（从怀孕到出生）(2)、婴儿期（从出生到2岁），（3）、学步期（2到3岁），（4）学前期（4到6岁），（5）、儿童中期（6到12岁），（6）、青少年早期（12到18岁），（7），青少年晚期（18到24岁），（8），成人早期（24到34），（9），成人中期（34到60），（10），成人晚期（60到75岁），（11）

31、，高寿期（75以后）。瑞士著名心理学家让皮亚杰针对儿童的心理和认知发展规律，创立了“连续渐进”理论，即儿童的发展需要经过四个阶段：感知运动阶段（出生2岁），前运动阶段（约2岁6岁）,具体运算阶段（6岁11岁）和形式运算阶段（11岁15岁）。在连续渐进的发展阶段中，儿童通过与环境积极接触，心理和认知能力得到发展，这里的“环境”包含了人文环境、社会环境、空间环境和建筑环境等内容。4.1.2 “儿童早期”儿童的身心特点“发展心理学”普遍将为26岁的儿童定义为“早期儿童”即前运算思维阶段，是学步期与学前期儿童的总和，这阶段的儿童身体变化明显、运动技能与认知能力都得到很大提升，同时，生物和环境因素对其变

32、化有着密切的关系并起到一定的影响，从前人的研究成果来看这一阶段的儿童对餐椅设计的探索具有代表意义，他们的主要身心特点有：（1）、在学步期（2到3岁），儿童的发展任务是增强运动能力、语言能力、交流能力、进行幻想游戏的能力和自我控制的能力，这些任务的目的是让儿童在社会团体中逐渐地独立。“发展心理学”认为儿童前期特别是学步期儿童形成自主性的主要机制是模仿，他们想要模仿自己看到的一切行为，以此积累自我的技能，同时，模仿也是参与社会和保持社会交往的一种方法。（2）、大多数学前期（4到6岁）儿童的发展任务是性别认同、早期道德发展、个体的自我理论的获得和在同伴游戏中参与的新水平。4.2 相关研究4.2.1

33、儿童行为的探讨格赛尔认为行为是个体全部的心理表现，研究了行为就等于研究了心理，所以，他展开了对行为的长期而详细的观察和描述，并据此概括出了行为发展准则，这是他对儿童共性的研究，另外，他还对儿童的独特性进行了研究，认为每个儿童以及每个年龄都是独特的。瑞士心理学家让皮亚杰的“发生认识论”较好的解释了儿童行为心理发展问题，皮亚杰的发生认识论对于我们理解儿童产品对儿童成长的影响很有帮助，儿童的心理发展主要来自于儿童自身的活动。华生是行为心理学的代表，1913年他发表行为主义者眼光中的心理学，主张即便最复杂的行为也是由条件反射形成的。4.2.2 儿童家具现有研究方向及设计方法尽管儿童餐椅的这类产品已较为

34、常见，但其相关理论研究扔显匮乏，对儿童就餐行为的研究则主要集中在营养学及家庭教育领域，对餐椅设计的相关支持还显得非常薄弱，尽可以从儿童家具等方面获得一些参考。在产品语义学的基础上提出一种儿童家具设计方法-基于语义空间的儿童家居设计方法，该方法采用定性和定量相结合，比较并建立了各抽象语义词汇的相对关系，建立了抽象语言和儿童家具形态关联的3*3特征语义阵列类型，使设计目标更加清晰，为儿童家具形态过程提供了有利的辅助：建立了儿童家具形态要素抽取分类体系，对影响儿童家具形态要素的因素及组合规则进行了系统分析，很好地解决了基于语义的儿童家具形态设计运作系统的易用性和高效性的问题。设计并实现了一个“计算机

35、辅助儿童家具形态设计系统”，该原型系统能够辅助设计人员依据语义风格的模糊隶属度来设定约束条件，从而选择合适的形态设计方案和要素，提高设计效率和设计方案质量。荷兰人机工程学研究人员等人通过人体测量学的方法对欧洲儿童学习家具进行了一系列的探索，研究更符合儿童身体需求的桌椅尺寸。研究人员依据英国和德国的国家标准数据得到了荷兰儿童的人机数据得到了荷兰儿童的人机数据，并提出了主要步骤为：目标人群的选择，人体测量模型的建立及百分点排除统计，身高对此影响相对较弱。Nguyen Bich Diep为探索儿童课桌椅舒适性的问题，对越南小学生进行了生理及人机的测试研究，在实验中，研究人员分别选择了城市与郊区的两所

36、小学的240名学生，其中男女生各240名，并按照6、8、10岁三个不同的年龄段进行分类，通过研究发现，绝大多数现有座椅不符合儿童生理需求，一定程度上对儿童发育造成伤害，这种人机的不匹配程度是随着年龄段有规律的分布，但就性别而言并未出现差异。4.3 小结总而言之，现有儿童产品的设计研究已经到了部分行为学和心理学的理论和思想，但涉及面不广且不够深入，对儿童就餐行为和餐椅设计的研究还较为空白。5 研究范围与步骤5.1 研究范围与局限5.1.1 研究拟解决的问题 本研究拟解决的问题主要包括：1 分别从儿童和看护人两方面探索餐椅使用者的行为特点和身心体验。2 归纳儿童就餐行为特点并总结其就餐行为模式。3

37、 研究比较儿童餐椅的现状。4 通过对就餐行为的分析提出餐椅设计的指导方向。5.1.2 研究的局限性 本次研究的主题是儿童但是他们身心发育并不健全，行为和情绪的控制能力相对薄弱，知识架构尚未完善，对文字的识别能力以及语言的理解和表达能力也具有很高的不稳定性和不可靠性。因此用于成人对象的一些研究方法很难使用在儿童身上。这大大局限了研究的开展，增加了研究的难度，为了得到科学有效的研究结果，必须采用其他心理学和行为学的方法。5.2 研究涉及的方法对儿童的心理学研究需要涉及到很多行为学的研究方法，相关的有，问卷法、观察法、个案研究、访谈法、调查法等等。对于儿童的餐椅研究，由于受到儿童本身认知的局限性，本
