PROCEDURES 程序 一即日起，矿区所有的无线电通讯设备统一有 IT 进行管理。无线通讯设备是指手持对讲机和车载电台。手持对讲机附件包括主机，电池，充电器，天线，天线座，电源适配器。 As from this date, all the wireless telecommunication equipment on site is under the sole control

5、 of the IT department. The wireless telecommunication equipment includes hand-held radio and vehicle-mounted radio.The attachment of hand-held includes main engine, battery, charger, aerial, aerial pedestal, AC Adapter. 二 IT 将对矿区所有的无线电通讯设备进行详细登记，并进行内部统一编号。使用者不得撕毁修改相关信息。 IT deparment will register al

The users are forbidden to tear or modify the relevant labels. 三遵循无线通讯设备谁领取，谁使用，谁负责的原则。领取时必须签字确认。 Follow this principle: the person who applies for the equipment, must be the only one who use it and i

7、s responsible for it. Your signiture is a required when you receive the equipment from IT. 四对讲机正常使用寿命一般在两年以上，电池在一年以上，车载电台三年以上，天线两年以上。如果对讲机，车载电台，电池和天线在正常使用寿命内，出现故障，除人为损坏， IT 部将通知领取人的部门经理，并联系售后进行维修。如果在正常使用寿命以外且没有维修价值的，信息技术部可以建议该无线电通讯设备使用部门经理提请购单采购新无线电通讯设备。 Normally, the service life of a radio is over

8、 2 years, a battery over 1 year, a vehicle-mounted radio over 3 years, an aerial over 2 years. If a radio, a vehicle-mounted radio, a battery or an aerial, is broken within normal service life, except man-made damage, IT department will inform the originator s manager, and contact the radio company

9、for after-sale service.If the equipment has been over normal service life andsit not worth maintaining, IT will suggest that new equipment should be purchased. 五班组交接班时，自行做好无线电通讯设备的移交、验收确认。如在使用时出现故障无法确认责任方时，由信息技术部技术员鉴定是否是在非正常使用中出现的故 UNCONTROLLED IN HARD COPY2 障，如是此无线通讯设备领取人将承担相应的赔偿责任，如有不接受的直接上报人力资源部按

10、相关政策或规定从工资中扣除。 At shift change, the equipment should be handed over and confirmed to the next shift properly. If the equipment is broken and the person liable for it can not be identified, the originator will have to undertake the liability for compensation after the technician in IT department has

11、identified the trouble has been caused by abnormal use. If the responsible person refuses, this sum of money will be deducted from there wages by HR on some relevant policies. 六如果在使用中出现故障，由信息技术部技术员鉴定是否人为造成的故障。由于 摔，进水，拆卸，进灰尘，使用非原装充电器烧毁等原因造成故障，视为人为损 坏。只要是人为损坏的IT 将通知领取人和部门经理及HR，由领取人承担维修所 有费用，对损坏严重无维修价值

12、需购买新无线电通讯设备的，由领取人承担采购费 用。 If the wireless telecommunication equipment is broken, a technician in IT department will identify that it s man-made damage or not. Dropping on the ground, soaking in the water, disassembly, dusty, burned after using wrong charger, which will be treated as man-made damage.

13、 Any man-made damage will be reported to HR and the originators manager. The cost will be paid by the originator. If the equipment is no worth of maintaining, any new equipment also will be paid by the originator. 七员工离职或调动工作时必须把无线通讯设备交至信息技术部，如有不交者上报人力资源部按相关政策或规定从此员工工资中扣除。 All wireless telecommunicat

14、ion equipment must be returned to IT department when an employee departs or transfers to another department. If the equipment is not returned to IT, it will be deducted from their wages by HR on some relevant policies. 八非本公司员工不得使用本公司采购的通讯设备，如发现立刻收回此无线电通讯设备，并追究此无线电设备责任人直接上报人力资源部按相关政策或规定处理。如果因工作需要，承包商

15、需自行购买符合本公司技术要求的无线电设备，并到信息技术部登记备案，如不符合技术要求将严禁使用。对讲机只限于工作信息交流传递，不得超出工作范围使用。通话用语文明礼貌，意思表达简洁明了，不准使用对讲机闲聊。 Only QDML employees can use our wireless telecommunication equipment.If anyone break this rule, IT department will recover the equipment immediately.
