1、BSCI认证术语表-中英文鉴定由BSCI认可的合法机构的正式核定或者批准。审核公司必须取得SAI鉴定合格水平。审核请参阅社会责任审核部分。审核员BSCI的审核员都是通过 SAI认证的审核公司里的专家。这些专家都达到高素质标准,并符合ISO/IEC指南62和SAI指导方针I中的要求。BSCI倡议商界遵守社会责任组织。儿童任何年龄低于15周岁的人,若当地法律所规定最低工作年龄或强制教育年龄高于15据国际劳工组织第周岁,则以较高年龄为准。如果根 138号公约对发展中国家的例外规定,当地法律规定最低工作年龄为十四周岁,则以较低年龄为 准。认证证明一家公司符合特定的标准。BSCI认证意指按照BSCI确认

2、为最佳方式的标准,例如SA8000标准。在BSCI中,公司认证是完全自愿体系行为守则一套针对公司道德行为的标准、规定或者准则。对于BSCI而言,即BSCI行为守则。公司任何负责落实于行为守则的组织或企业的整体,包括所有员工(不论是直接聘用、合同制聘用或以其它形式代表公司 的BSCI而言,公司指是需要接受审核的商业实体。公司设备指公司拥有的生产设施,不论是公司合法拥有或其本身具有合法身份。投诉被指控没有遵守 BSCI行为守则规定的一个或多个法律要求或劳工标准;或没有遵守BSCI个程序。体系说明中规定的一个或多个程序。遵守指按照或者符合BSCI行为守则。纠正行动为了消除造成现存不符合或偏离BSCI
