1、多功能高温焚化处理系统Multi-function High Temperature incinerator System功能要求Functional Requirement一、适用范围：遇难者遗体、动物尸体、危险废物、医疗垃圾、生活垃圾等及时进行无 害化处理。scope of application:二、基本特点：1、由一燃室、二燃室、空气预热器、柴油发电机、鼓风机、中和处理室、活性炭吸收器、 补给水箱、引风机和烟囱等组成。2、各个部件之间安排紧凑，均采用法兰或可耐高温同时隔热的蛇形管连接，拆装方便，满 足空运时单体吊装的要求， 适合狭小场地的组装要求； 每个部件严格控制尺寸， 满足机动的

2、要求。3、经过设备各单元的不同组合， 可在任何极端环境下、 以不同的移动方式迅速抵达目的地； 可对分别或同时对医疗垃圾、 生活垃圾、 有害废物、 各类动物尸体以及遇难者遗体等进行无 害化处理（见后附之系统合成组合方式表） 。1）、每单套平均每小时可处理不同类型的废弃物500 公斤以上 （视被处理物热值不同有所差异），可连续处理，日处理能力在 12 吨以上。如用来处理生活垃圾， 每单套可以满足灾区居 住于简易房约 2 万人所产生的生活垃圾及其它垃圾的处理。 亦可根据需要设计生产处理量不 同的成套设备。2）、启动二次燃烧炉可处理感染性及非感染性医疗垃圾；3）、启动一次炉炉底燃烧机可焚烧动物尸体；4

3、）、炉床改用台车式进料系统以多孔不锈钢盘可对遇难者遗体进行人性化火葬；5）、加强活性炭吸收塔可处理国际环保公约中六十四种有毒有害废弃物中的五十余种。4、系统由车载到达目的地后，可不从车上拆卸设备，仅需用烟道将两部分相连，便形成了 完整的焚化装置， 可立即投入运行。 且可做到在车载途中进行连续运行处理。 在车载所不能 到达目的地的紧急情况下，由于设计的每一个单体质量均在 15 吨以内，可运输吊装至目的 地，实施应急处理。5、系统有烟气净化部分，通过中和处理室对酸性气体的吸收和除尘，再经活性炭吸收器对 烟气的过滤去除二恶因，烟气达标排放。中和处理室的碱液循环喷淋，同时具备烟气除尘、 中和酸性气体和

4、降温的作用。 活性炭吸收器对烟气过滤后， 使烟气得到进一步净化， 尤其是 致癌物质二恶英得到了吸附脱除。其快速瞬间降温由 1100 经热风回收塔 （节热器 ）降到 850 ,再用中和喷淋由 850骤冷降到 150以下避过二恶英再生成的温度 ,保证排放达标。6、每个单元的高度、宽度、长度分别为40 英尺或 20 英尺集装箱标准尺寸，满足车载运输的限高、限宽要求。考虑运输吊装过长可能在空中摆度过大的因素, 一燃室、二燃室可拆解成十尺的单元吊装 ,一燃室二燃室和空气预热器组装后的燃烧部分总长10.2 米，中和处理室、活性炭吸收器、补给水箱和引风机组装后的烟气处理部分总长为7.8 米。每一个单元的质量

5、不超过 15 吨，每一个单体均设有结构吊点，完全能满足目前救援运输的空运吊装要求。7、整个系统的烟气流向顺畅、系统阻力小，能耗小。8、进料部份可用叉车或卷扬机或输送带，炉门设计精巧,两段进料确保炉压负压减少漏烟出灰渣部分设计与此同样。9、操作具备手动与自动功能，三废的排放达最低或零排放水平。10、系统设计与航天技术结合，具国际先进水平。三、 流程工艺说明： （一）、焚烧系统工艺流程：有害垃圾与一般垃圾热值各异，本系统设计取500kg h，生活垃圾热值 1250/kcalkg 与 500kg h、医疗垃圾 1500kcalkg与 3000kcalkg250kgh 为设 计参数：灰分 30 水分

9、平台；22、其它,包括电控系统： 配电柜、电气柜、变频柜、操作台、模拟屏及 2台 ABB 变频、PLC、 电仪表、电缆等。 ；23、 飞灰固化：搅拌、模具、浇灌、养生、固化剂贮槽等2HP（选项 ）。四、适应使命需求：1、工作温度：摄氏零下 50 度摄氏 50 度；2、单元重量：不大于 15 吨；3、系统车载抵达工作地点开始组装至系统启动运行不超过30 分钟；系统启动后可在车载的行进途中连续工作；如遇系统以车载方式转场运行，由开始拆装至撤离工作现场不超过 20 分钟；4、被吊装时，有专业的空中减摆、落地减震措施及装置；5、具备充分的自洁自清的能力，如采用消毒喷雾机于每次作业完后喷洒消毒水消毒，采

10、用 喷火枪对入料口进行高温消毒等；6、有较强的自供自给能力，系统电力需求由自备发电机供给，所需用水取当地水源供给， 遇无水源，可仅以自然风降温，虽出口温度会升高50，但不影响系统焚化效能及达到环保标准；在水、电、油都缺乏情况下，将采用本技术团队自有的技术，用小型 30kw 风力发 电机应急，该机只要在十米高处有四级风，就能保证系统正常运转， 在没有风的情况下也 可应急焚烧四小时； 亦將考虑将本技术团队即将投入批量生产的以水汽雾气为原料的燃料电 池技术引入系统。7、有在恶劣天气、恶劣路况、恶劣环境下行进、启动、运行、转移的能力及预案；8、有与其执行的应急需求相适应的抗震、抗破坏的能力；9、有完备

If transported by car, it is needless to move down from the car. The only thing need to do is connect two parts, and then the incinerator can be run. It can run

19、 during the transport. Ifitcant transport by car, we can also use hoist to deal the emergency, as per unit is less weight than 15T.2. The system contains flue gas purification device, the neutralizing processing chamber will absorb the acid gap and remove dust. The absorbent charcoal absorption unit

20、 may remove Dioxin, and the flue and gas discharge meet the standard. Lye circulation spray of the neutralizing processing chamber can purify fule and gas, remove dust, neutralize acid gas, and lower temperature. Absorbent charcoalabsorption unit filter the flue and gas, and purifies them, especiall

21、y for absorbs Dioxin. And the temperature will lower from 1100 to 850 when it comes out from heating recycling. And then neutralized and spayed, the temperature lowered from 850 to 150.
