27、de n to wear shoes, hats and decorati ons which in flue nee p roduct ion safety in work ing p lace.Page 1 of 67第六条劳动纪律1. 不得迟到、早退、无故缺勤、擅自离开工作岗位或工作场所,不得有消极怠工、玩忽职守等行为;2. 严格按照工作程序或标准作业程序,听从主管的合理指挥监督;3. 未经所属领导(指主管及以上职务,下同)许可不得私自外出或会客;会客必须在指定区域内;4. 工作时间不得闲聊、瞌睡、睡觉、吃零食、玩游戏;不得处理私事或做与工作无关的事情;5. 发现质量问题或出现工作失误应
28、及时向上级领导报告,不得捏造或夸大事实;6. 不得以公司名义或职务之便牟取私利;7. 不得滥用职权、不越权行动;遇紧急情况,妥善处理后迅速向所属领导报告;隐瞒、威胁、辱骂、打8. 不得对违纪现象明知不报或姑息迁就、纵容包庇、作伪证,不得有欺骗、 击报复检查人员等妨碍检查工作的行为;9. 工作结束后,应尽快离开工作场所,不得无故逗留。Article SixLabor disc ip line1. It is not allowed to seek private interests in the name of company or by taking advantages of own po st;7. It is not allowed to misuse authority and act beyond one a

Leave working place as soon as possible after the work is over; it is not allowed to stay for no reason.第七条乘车1.乘车按指定的车辆乘坐;2.上班请提前在指定站点指定的时间范围内候车,若迟到自行解决交通;下班因加班需要安排车辆的,请提前半小时通知综合管理部落实安排车辆送至指定的公交车站点;3.按顺序上下车、避免拥挤,严禁爬窗、拦车、扒车;4.乘车时发扬友爱精神,绝不以各
34、种理由占座位;5.保持车内卫生,不得随意扔杂物、吐痰,禁止在车内吸烟;6.严禁做出任何危及行车安全的行为;7.发生突发事件或不可抗力因素时,应服从驾驶员的指挥;8.驾驶员严格按照交通法规驾驶车辆,乘车人员遵守乘车法规,驾驶员及附乘座要佩戴安全带。Article seve nUsing vehicles1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.Take the sp ecified vehicle;Wait for the vehicle at the designated station ahead of time in the morning; if come later, solve transpo

38、 p asse nger seat should wear safety belts.第八条就餐1.按规定时间就餐,在规定时间内用餐完毕;2.取餐时遵守秩序,排队轮候,举止文明;3.厉行节约,对不限量供应的食品按需取用,杜绝浪费;4.保持餐厅卫生,不得随意扔杂物、吐痰,禁止在餐厅非指定区域吸烟、饮酒,只准在餐厅指定的餐桌区吸烟,并把烟蒂丢至餐桌上的烟灰缸内;5.用餐后自觉清理桌面,座凳推回原位,餐具送到指定位置;6.不得在餐厅以外的任何区域用餐;7.严禁在公司内饮酒;8.发生突发事件或不可抗力因素时,应服从管理人员的指挥。Article eight Dining1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.

44、orbidde n to bring all kinds of dan gerous articles into the company without p ermissi on.第四章Chap ter four第十条安全行为准则1.积极参加安全生产教育和培训,安全和健康Safety and Health掌握本职工作所需的安全生产知识,提高安全生产技能,增强事故预防和应急处理能力;2.严禁在非紧急情况下埋压、圈占消火栓或者占用消防间距、堵塞消防通道和安全逃生门,或者损3.4.5.6.7.8.坏和擅自挪用、拆除消防标识、消防器材、消防设施;发现各种安全隐患及时告知所属领导或通知综合管理部门;进入
45、生产区域各个工作岗位,必须按要求佩戴防护用品;特种岗位必须持证上岗,严禁无上岗证擅自操作(叉车证、电工证、驾驶证、电梯管理证、消控管理证等法律法规规定的持证上岗证件)严禁上级违章指挥、威胁强令下属冒险作业;严禁未经审批动用明火作业;严禁未经审批登高 2米以上或私自拉接临时线;9.严禁在非指定吸烟区域(包括办公区、生产区范围)吸烟;10.禁止入内的场所,未经许可不得擅自进入;11.未经公司许可不得将箱包带入生产区域。Article tenCode of conduct about safety1.Actively p artic ip ate in p roducti on safety edu

51、d suitcases into p roducti on area without thep ermissi onof the company;第十一条员工工作牌管理1.为确保公司和员工的安全,在工作时间内及进入二道门车间内,员工必须自始自终佩戴工作牌;来访人员佩戴来访工作牌,除集团公司董事长及相关重要部门领导外。2.员工应按公司规定规范佩戴工作牌,照片应向外显示;3.员工应将名牌妥善保管,遗失后应及时补办,工作牌补办费用为人民币10元,费用自理;4.工作牌不得转借、复制或假冒;5.员工离职应将工作牌退还给公司。Article eleve nManagement of employee s
