1、蓝色威胁 事件当某种特定情况/事件发生时，也许有必要把警戒提高到一个层次，这种情况/事件（在这里）称之为“蓝色威胁事件”。THREAT CONDITION BLUEWhen conditionswarrant,it maybe necessaryto moveto a heightenedstateofalert.This condition is known as“ Threat ConditionBlue ”.在发生蓝 色威胁事件期间的防范措施1. 全体员工一同回顾炸弹威胁，疏散计划以及火灾处理程序。并作书面记录存档Review bomb threat, evacuation plan a

Documentationrequired2. 客人办理入住时必须出具身份证明Identification required upon check-in3. 酒店正门入口处必须有保安员24 小时值岗Security Officer at front entrance at all times4. 大的容器，例如：金属罐子，大垃圾箱必须要移走Large containers, e.g., metal ash cans, waste receptacles will be removed5. 至少每小时检查一次公共区域的厕所Public restrooms

3、inspected at least hourly6. 会议室不使用时一定要锁上Meeting rooms locked if not in use7. 通往屋顶的门一定要锁上，除非是安全出口Roof access locked unless fire exit8. 店外供应商应随时佩戴出入证All vendors (their employees and business associates) displayat all times badges or otherinformation identifying them as non-property employees9.空调暖通系统，变

6、l bereviewed internally on a periodic basis18. 酒店要要时刻准备在两个小时内可以将威胁等级升至黄色级别Properties must be prepared to elevate to threat condition YELLOW within two hours1-4黄色威胁事件当某种特定情况/事件发生时，也许有必要把警戒提高到一个层次，这种情况/事件（在这里）称之为“黄色威胁事件”。例如：当在特定区域周围有具体的恐怖袭击事件，有针对公司的恐怖威胁，或在地区发生恐怖袭击期间有政治敏感人物或极具争议性的人物入住酒店以及其它本地条件决定的威胁事件均

9、sManagementChairman in consultation withGeneralManager.在发生黄 色威胁事件期间的防范措施PRECAUTIONS DURING THREATCONDITION YELLOW1. 采取所有应对“蓝色威胁事件”的防范措施All precautions noted in Threat Condition Blue2. 大堂要有防损员值岗，有一种情况可以例外：酒店保证没有其他入口，或整个大堂都在正门入口的视线范围内Additional security officer in lobby. Exceptions would be granted if

10、 no other entrances and entire lobby can be viewed from front entrance.3. 记录并处理所有对酒店拍照以及测量酒店建筑的人员Note and approach anyone taking photographs of the property or measurements of the property structure4. 不提供行李寄存服务，除非是对行李进行检查后方可No storage of luggage unless inspected5. 酒店外部供应商在进入工作区域是核实身份并有酒店人员陪同Outside

13、事件随着威胁事件（危害性）的不断升级，为了保护酒店人员和酒店财产不受侵犯，需要采取一些额外的保安措施。当有严重威胁酒店或人员的情况，特别是威胁来自于一个广为人知的恐怖组织，此类威胁事件属橙色威胁事件。对于橙色威胁事件应由危急事件处理小组在向酒店总经理咨询后做出（处理）决定。THREAT CONDITION ORANGEAs thethreatlevelincreases,additional securitymeasuresbecomenecessarytoprotect thepersonnelandassetsin a property.Thisincreaseto Threat Cond

14、itionOrange would occur in cases of serious specific threatsdirected towards thepropertyor persons,especially when thethreatoriginates from a known terrorist faction.Thedecision to moveto ThreatConditionOrangeshouldbe madebytheCrisisManagementCommittee in consultation with theGeneralManager.在发生 橙色威胁

16、止停放无人留守的车辆No vehicle unattended within 20 metersof the property (as permitted)5. 要求所有进入酒店的车辆出示证明并对所有证件做记录Identification required for vehicles entering the property6. 分配适当数量的保安员（强烈建议至少 2个）在酒店的车道 24 小时值岗。这些保安员负责检查所有车辆。如果是车流量很大的情况下，检查将有可能只能限制在车辆内部和后备箱。如果可行的话，可以设置障碍物，延缓车辆进入车库的速度。All vehicles must be ins
